The employees at Kost Tire, Wyoming Ave, Kingston are amazing. We have be going there for some time now and they are always helpful. Tom, Flo & Tim (the technician) are outstanding. Great customer service and they always go the extra mile. They are helpful with pricing and do their absolute best getting you in and back out on the road. I recently had a tire emergency (pot hole) and the guys were fantastic. We wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else. If you need tires, service or just an inspection, you can't beat Kost Tire, Wyoming Ave, Kingston.

I have been dealing with Tommy at the Wyoming Ave kingston location for many years always gives top notch service and cares about the customer. Joe even gave me a ride home when I had to leave my car. Highly recommended I wouldn't take it any place else. These people are truly the best

The service I received from Kost was Above and Beyond! I had a very bad oil leak in my valve and I got denied from other places to get fixed. I Stopped in explained to Stephen my situation, Tim took my car and told me the exact problem and how it happened, he gave me a price that worked with my budget and even picked me up and dropped me off! They Got my car done in 2 hours and never had a problem since! Stephen even dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. I was welcomed and they were all so pure hearted and caring of my situation which is hard too come across being as I am a female they never tried to take advantage of costing prices! Top notch service for your vehicle I would highly recommend coming here!!

This Kost tires location never disappoints! From the manager Tom to all the employees, super friendly. Tom goes above and beyond to make sure your car needs are taken care of. I went in today to check my tire pressure, it was on the house and they advised me about driving in the snow! Super helpful for someone moving into the area. Highly highly recommend!

Kost made servicing my car a breeze! They have a wonderful program partnering with WVW teachers and staff to service cars during the school day. They picked it up, did everything I needed within several hours, and had it back to me by dismissal. The prices were unbeatable, and they were so kind to deal with. I would highly recommend!

They kind staff there were able to fit me in with an issue. They were able to replace my blower motor in the same day, and I had my car back in time to pick up my kids. They even helped me out with the cost of things, since in today s world every little bit helps. The best part was they spoke to me at my level; and even showed me an important recall I missed.

Had a wonderful experience with Tom, Flo and the entire Kingston team. After a shaky experience with another kost location this team went above and beyond to make it right. They warrantied the work and gave us a great price to get the car back in tip top sharp. They even finished the car early - definitely was above expectation and is my new go to shop. I have been a longtime customer at Kost tire in Kingston. Tom has always taken care of all my needs whether big or small. But I have to mention the outstanding customer service I received this past Saturday My wife and I went into the garage and found a front tire flat. This was at 10:30 and we had furniture being delivered between 11:00-3:00 pm, so we put the doughnut on and headed to Kost. We arrived at 10:59 and as we pulled into a full parking lot the furniture delivery called and said they are at our house. My wife told them we were 5 minutes away, and they said they would only wait 5 minutes then leave. Tom came out and said what's wrong, I explained, flat tire everything is in the back, He said go, I will park your car and take care of it. Thankfully we made it in time, and Tom called a short time later and said everything is done. We came back and Tom as usual had a kind word and a firm handshake and we were on our way. But here is the exceptional part, after pulling in my garage I went to put all the things I left in the back away, the tire, jack, wrench etc. and found everything had been put back perfectly. Now that's going the extra mile. I would recommend Kost and Tom and his team to anyone. Andy & Kathy Marshall

A great big shout out to Flor Paton the manager of Wyoming Ave Kost! I was leaving from my eye apt and heard this horrible scraping noise. A shield had rusted loose. I drove in and he looked and got me in and problem removed. I need to replace it but he solved the problem to get me home. I would come back and get any job done, such a great crew. Thank you for saving me from sparks and possible fire. I live near Scott township but would drive here for work on my car.

Stopped in today to get in issue with oil possibly leaking from somewhere after an oil change done somewhere else. They checked it out and cleaned it up for me and found nothing wrong so far thankfully! They were all so nice! I will definitely be back for future services needed. Thanks guys!

It used to be my favorite place to buy tires. Unfortunately, the Mastercraft MSR snows that I usually purchase doubled in price, so I shopped around. I found them elsewhere for the same price I normally paid at Kost. I called them back to see if they'd match price, but unfortunately, I couldn't. From what I recall, I don't believe these were stocked tire for Kost, but they can get any tires you prefer from the warehouse. The staff was always friendly, tires mounted and balanced correctly and had no issues other than price for these tires.

We bought 2 tires here a week ago anf they were great. One of my car's original tire valves went bad today so as soon as I noticed I drove straight there. They were closing in ten minutes but they put a new regular valve on free of charge to make sure we were safe until we can come in to get the valve that has my car's sensor put on. Amazing, caring service! I highly recommend them!

My finance brought our vehicle in to have the tire checked for a slow leak. We didn't have an appointment, but they took the vehicle right in, where they found a nail in the tire. Quickly plugged it and informed her "she's all set". The Manager "Flor Pabon" insisted there was no charge, and he was just happy to help her out.I've been a long time customer at the Wilkes-Barre location but I now live on the west side, it was fantastic to see that I still have this kind of great service and dedication to customer satisfaction available in a new town. Keep up the great work, thanks guys!!!

I have had so many problems with my car in the past few months it felt like a continuous nightmare. The guys at Kost Tire are amazing people and are truly the people you want working on your car. Both Tom and Flo have been extremely kind and courteous each time I've gone into the shop, helping me to find the best options and care for my car. And the guys working on the cars under the hood? They have the magic touch. They all know you by name ans treat you like family. You couldn't find greater, kinder people anywhere else.

The most phenomenal and most friendly and I don t know the words to express my appreciation to the WHOLE team. The way they made me feel was so welcoming I felt like I was in my home chilling with them all. Thank you all so much. May God continue to shine on all of you. I will definitely recommend this shop. Flo is great at explaining what work needs to be done on the car. He gave fair cost estimate for parts and labor. The team was great at getting the work completed within a reasonable time frame. TJ worked hard and long hrs andcompleted the exhaust system repair/replacement with a work day. We are very appreciative of their hard work. And happy that my daughter didn't have to borrow a car for another workday.

My car would not start. I called KOST, they sent 2 guys to my house to take a look at it and gave it a jump. I followed them to the garage and they had me back in the road in 10 minutes! Great customer service! I could not thank the people at KOST on Wyoming Ave, Kingston enough! This is the only place I would recommend someone totake their car.

6.13.2023 - In response to what they stated This was in 2020. And I finally posted my review because I found the place I went to for repairs. This did happen, regardless if your company states it has no record thats fine, but the mechanics there still did not provide the services that was asked for. With that being said. Review stays, I personally put it as 5 stars so it wouldn t be overlooked. At this rate, you might as well take your car to pep boys. Happy pride month.ALMOST LOST A LIFE DUE NEGLIGENCE OF CAR REPAIRMAN/WARNING BEFORE PAYING FOR SERVICES/NEW CAR BUYER?? Don t go here to check!!!! My review is based on the repair that almost cost my life. As a woman, I asked the repair shop to tell me if this car is safe to drive after purchase, thats all, they said some minor work like oil changes could be done and we are fine. I got on the highway the next morning for a out of state trip, the car brakes went out and almost cause a collision that could ve been fatal. I went to another repair shop in NEW JERSEY, they stated any auto repairman should ve been able to see these problems. A fire could ve easily have caused the car to burn down and lock me in it. This repair shop should be closed down, in the Kingston area many other residents are concerned about their knowledge on cars. Regardless it is a unsafe practice, if it would ve caused any injuries this mechanical build a bear workshop would be in all facing criminal charges because I have documentation stating they said the car was good to drive but on the other end 2 auto professionals proved otherwise. I understood people could be greedy for work especially for pay, but greedy enough to cause a CUSTOMER to almost lose their life? You have to do better!! Regardless of self identify or race, you should always send your customers down the right direction if YOU can t. I hope this place of business gets closed down or corrected IMMEDIATELY!!

Today I got 4 new tires, and an alignment. Tom and Flo were super nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely will be a return customer. They really care about their customers. Definitely check them out, you wont be disappointed. I sure wasn't!

I am always treated with COURTESY and Tom (a Manager) always tries to give me the best price possible. And all of the STAFF are POLITE and HELPFUL. when Tom is not available. Flo, second in charge, was also very COURTEOUS and HELPFUL just recently when I needed immediate help and Tom was not available.I will not go to any other facility - including Kost on Pierce St. because I am so satisfied with Tom and the work that gets done under his supervision!

Every Kost is different. Because of the employees. This one as of January 2023 is filled with honest people who go to the personal level. No scheme here selling you stuff that you don t need. Every customer is different and you don t know what they know and I do know and when they were talking to me about the things they found with my car I knew that they were right on. That builds trust Let s hope Kost keeps these employees
