Wonderful service! I got in the very next day and the manager, Flor, was incredibly nice to work with. You can tell he truly cares about his customers, not just money like a lot of service centers. Thank you to Flor and his team!

Called the other day for an oil change and tire rotation and Flor was more than accommodating. Dropped my car off this morning and picked up this afternoon and he couldn t have been nicer and courteous to me, honestly. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU to Rick and Tom at the Wyoming Ave in Kingston Pa location! These two made my experience a great one from strat to finish! They were professional but still very kind and forthcoming about everything I needed done to my vehicle. They gave me the best prices possible and never made me feel pressure, forced, or misled. Their staff was also very professional, courteous, and prompt. I need more work than I expected, but they accommodated me and got me out in a very timely manner! These guys were amazing, and they have a lifelong customer in me.Thank you all so very much for everything!

THE GUY NAME FLO REALLY LISTEN AND LOOK AT MY CAR VERY CAREFULLY. HE HAD PATIENCE AND REALLY TOOK CARE OF MY CAR LIKE HE IF IT WAS HIS OWN. THE PLACE IS AWESOME! THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE. Greetings: As I entered the store on Pierce St in Kingston and wasinstantly greeted by Flo at the front counter. He was pleasant, professional and PATIENT. This was the first time I hadever been there. I had a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired.He explained that the others were dry-rotted and recommended that I replace them soon. After he went over different priceoptions (and due to his absolute patience) I bought 4 new tires.KUDOS to him for his time and professionalism.Heh, he even thanked me for the purchase when I was leaving the premises!!!

Kost tire is the best shop in NEPA! The staff is courteous and professional. They are honest and trustworthy. They always provide excellent service you can trust! They are always timely on their services. I'd recommend them for any of your car service needs!!!

I made an appointment to have my car diagnosed. The gave their diagnostic equipment to a different shop the day before my appointment. Their staff was rude and misdiagnosed my car's issues, without actually hearing what was going on. This shop is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Would not come back.

I just had 4 new tires put on today and they did an amazing job. The staff was very nice and respectful and professional. I'd definitely recommend Kost . Thank you to all the staff.

I had a flat from a nail in my tire and when I called about an appointment the exceptionally nice guy on the phone said to bring it in that morning. He asked if I could stay with the car & I said that was fine but I was curious how long he thought it might take because I had just finished working my 13 hour overnight shift & I might have to bring it another time. Very nicely he said, no, you can t be stranded, bring it in now & I ll fix it right away. I was there only about 20 minutes but I noticed that everyone was calm, patient, & kind with every customer even though it was a very crazy busy Monday morning. I am very happy with the service & kindness I received here & will definitely keep doing business here as well as tell everyone how great this location is.

Kudos to Brian and the rest of the team at Kost Tires Pierce St. Kingston. I've been taking my car their for several years. Always prompt, courteous, helpful. A good place to do business with and get excellent car care.

Bryan was amazing to deal with. He called and followed up with me every step of the way concerning my daughters car. He went out of his way to find a part that has been difficult to locate to get my daughters car running safely again. I take all of my cars here they are trustworthy, and kind. You can feel confident bringing your car to this Kost on Pierce Street in Kingston!

I needed an emergency oil change for vacation. I explained that I have been working and it was the only time I could get in. They were more then accommodating. They were very professional too. Love the guys at Kost thanks Rick, Brian and Jim.

The BEST place to get your cars serviced and tires from!!!!! Thorough checkups are done, mechanics and sales team are top notch! Not to mention if you feel like it, you can go right next door on their lot to have your car detailed for the perfect price!!

They do all our service for our vehicles at work and all my personal cars. Very knowledgeable on a wide variety of vehicle brands, friendly staff and fairly priced. Jimmy and Chris are my go to guys when I need them.

My family referred myself and my significant other to this location because they typically provide top notch service.This week both of us tried to get some resolution regarding her tire that had a bubble. It wasn t covered under warranty, we thought it was but we understand, but we still wanted to order a replacement.The 2nd sales associate who spoke with us was extremely uninterested and I don t understand what we did. We just wanted to get the proper tire and was made to feel like a fool because I was asking to order one replacement for the defective tire we were sold.Edit: I have left Joe two voicemails since he left this comment last week and have yet to get any response.

Hit a bear with my GMC van late at night. My alinement was out, called Kost Tire on short notice explained to them what happened and they said get it down here and we will get it in asap! You guys are the best, great customer service at the front desk. I will be back if I require any further work. Keep doing what you do. The Magic Man, only the guys at the front will understand.

I've had multiple positive experiences at this branch of Kost for many years. With a fleet of vehicles, we won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Kost on Pierce in Kingston. I never have to worry about price or being taken advantage of, I fully trust Jimmy and his staff

The guys for the front desk to the mechanic in the back are amazing. I will tell anyone that ask that Kost tires in Kington is the place to go if you are looking for great pricing and a place that treats you like family. They deserve 10 stars in my opinion.

Kost car wash kingston had a deal 10.00 as many washes for a mounth fail to tell you automatic renewal next mounth 19.95 I do feel they should tell you

This place is amazing I would not go anywhere else. When you go into the store it's like family very nice guys work at this location. I would not go anywhere else and I spoke with the company I work for and everyone goes there now. Thanks again

Pierce st kingston has a great staff in office and in work areaFirst place I can take my older car and feel this place is honest and helpful and not condescending to femalesNot most places (MW for example)can do that

The W-B store took $6,000.00 of my money for repairs on my truck. Then 10 months later they wouldn't pass my inspection on my truck after getting brand new tires & front end alignment. I don't drive that much in fact my emission sticker always say exempt, because I don't drive 5,000 miles a year. I paid $2,000.00 for my tires and alignment. And all in a sudden I need all these front end parts?? I wouldn't send my dog there.

Good mechanics, very comfortable waiting area, nice people and reasonable prices. Free car wash with oil change or pretty much any work done.

If I can rate 6 stars I would. Helpful staff, knowledgeable. Truthful and will work with you, explaining what needs to be done. And their detail shop with Bernie is Platinum Class!
