I recently purchased a 2024 Chevy Equinox LT at Bonner Chevrolet, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received, particularly from Jack. After over a year of searching for the right vehicle, the car-buying process was positive and enjoyable from the moment we stepped into the dealership.Jack was attentive, but never pushy. He helped me explore my options and addressed all questions with honesty. He also stayed in constant contact with me from browsing for vehicles, all the way up until the day of purchase. The day I arrived to purchase the vehicle, it was waiting out front for me. I signed a few papers, and I was ready to go. They walked me through the functions of the vehicle so I felt comfortable driving off the lot. I couldn t believe the process was so quick and painless.I am very pleased with my new vehicle and can t wait to enjoy it for many years to come. I definitely feel confident in my decision to purchase from Bonner.

Aaron was the best and so was all the staff there. They really take care of ur car as their own and work on it. I had a very good experience and I drove almost 180 miles to get serviced there from new York. Thks guys wish u guys we re in NYC

If you are looking to buy a car. I recommend asking for Aaron. I had a great experience with him. He made it very easy especially as a first time buyer. He was great to work with and talks you through everything! I couldn t recommend him more!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. The Bonner Chevrolet Team was extremely helpful and courteous.. They were highly professional and understanding. This dealership treats customers like family.. The management and team members take an active part in taking care of their customers.

Routine maintenance, oil change, was scheduled. CJ, Joey, and Bob were working the service department that day. They were as always welcoming. Service was completed in a timely manner. Future maintenance was reviewed and discussed. Waiting area was extremely comfortable with all necessary accommodations available. I was extremely satisfied with the service performed on my car.

We went through the purchasing process with Aaron. He always made us feel comfortable and never pressured us. This was by far our best experience with a salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered every question without hesitation and gave us the time and space to make our decision. Bonners installed rain visors that were a Mothers Day gift, on my new trail blazer. It was done in about a half hour! Very nice waiting lounge! I was able to use points to cover installation.

My son bought a new Trailblazer two months ago and we got my wife a new Trax yesterday. Can't say enough good things about Bonner Chevrolet. Our salesman Jack Nicholson and the entire staff are all extremely helpful and kind. If you are looking for a new Chevy this is where to get it.

If you go here ask for Aaron. I would highly recommend this dealer for purchasing a vehicle. They don t give you the typical headache you expect when going to buy a car. Everything was laid back and easy going. No pressure or haggling. I would buy here again.

I purchased a brand new 2017 Silverado. The price was where I wanted it, but it needed heated seats. I was told that they could install the heated seats after the purchase of the truck.They scheduled me an appointment to have them installed but when I got to the dealer they informed me that the installer truck broke down and would not be in. It would have been appreciated if they called me when they found out 2 hours prior to me arriving to inform me not to come in. I wasted a morning away from work.We ended up rescheduling and I dropped my truck off. I received a phone call later that day that my heated seats were done and I was able to pick up the vehicle. I opened the door and instantly looked at the dashboard for the heated seat buttons (where anyone would expect a brand new truck to have them). To my surprise they were not there! After further investigation I came to find that the dealer installed a cheap non factory heated seat kit and put the button on the seat base near my calf. I went and talked to a salesman at the dealer immediately. He informed me that s a heated seat install.Any Chevrolet that has heated seats installed on their lot has the factory buttons in the bezel under the stereo. I thought that this is what I was getting when I was promised heated seats. Not some cheap rocker switch that STAYS ON all the time if not turned off. I had people sit in the passenger seats and turn them on and forget to shut them off when they get out of the truck. If no one gets back in to shut it off it will stay on every time the truck is turned on. This is a hazard!In short, the service I received was very unsatisfactory. I spoke very highly of your dealership prior to this shortcoming. When a salesman tells you that you will receive heated seats of you buy a brand new vehicle then you expect a factory heated seat package. Come to find that it isn t even a factory heated seat package with the correct buttons on the dash, but more of a guy came in and installed an aftermarket heated seat kit and mounted the button for the convenience of install and not for the person that has to drive the truck every day. I constantly have to walk around the truck to the passenger side to see if the seats are turn off after someone rides with me.This was very unprofessional and I feel cheated.Image of the dashboard is what I was expecting to receive. It is the factory resettable switch on the dashboard bezel. What I actually got was a cheap aftermarket rocker switch located at the front bottom the of seat and is a constant on or off rocker switch.

We couldn t be any happier with Aaron & Bonner Chevrolet. The transaction was quick and seamless. Kyle was very helpful pairing the vehicle and the technology. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see Aaron Bonner Chevrolet. Definitely will shop there again.

Service Dept refused to do an oil change / inspection on a New Chevrolet purchased from another dealership. The reason I purchased from the non-local dealer was that Bonner didn't have this vehicle in stock. Not a good way to get future business - I will take my future purchases and also my other Chevrolet that was previously being serviced at Bonner elsewhere.

Went there to get a replacement key fob and the guy in parts and the guy at the service desk were great. I'll give an update after my recall gets fixed

They purchased my elderly mothers car back at a fair price when I had to put her in assisted living. Took less the 5 min to arrive at the price I felt was fair. Actually took me longer to tell the story about this car. The sales person on his first offer, was on point with the price. Being from out if town with a lot to attend too, I appreciated not having to do a lot of back and forth haggling. Much appreciated
