Benjamin / Derek DrownHello Derek! I would like to take this time out to show Benjamin, (Mgr) from Kingston, Pennsylvania store how much my husband and I appreciate him. His being a manager did not stop him from stepping into customer service mode like the CHAMP he is.I needed help and he heard an associate give me ideas about how to fix my problem. When I was leaving he walked over to me and said. I'm going out with you to see if I can help. Not only did he help. He saved me a diagnostic fee and another fees at the Dealership. I will send everyone there for business. I am very grateful that you're committed to a job well done. I want to commend your employee that works in your AutoZone store on Wyoming Avenue. His name is Ben and he was so polite and truly nice beyond words. He was extremely helpful as my check engine light came on and he put the machine on and informed me it was my gas cap. He found the part and also put the it on for me. He really went out of his way to give me the best Christmas present ever. If you are reading this Ben, thank you and Merry Christmas.

The only bad thing I have to say about this place is, the workers think they're master mechanics. Working at a car parts store does not mean ya know everything about vehicles. If ya did, maybe I wouldn't get the wrong part then have to return it.... Twice in a row

They re the coolest people and very helpful. Ben assisted me and helped me figure out exactly what I need, and even helped me after I struggled to handle it myself and couldn t afford to get it done at the garage. I very much appreciate and respect everyone there I definitely love the vibe and the smart hard workers make sure you spend your money there for parts

I brought my Ford escape there because my check engine light was on and Ben that works there came out and pulled the codes and told me 1 million times that I don t have a have to have a diagnostic test done that they do the same thing they re pulling codes the same thing as a diagnostic test I m a female don t know much about vehicles so I believed him so the codes that it pulled. I had two sensors put on my vehicle cost me over $890 and then the check engine light came on again. I went back there. And it was a good thing that I didn t listen to him this time because I even asked the other workers there and they told me pulling codes. It s not the same thing as a diagnostic test so they don t know why he was telling me that I believed him because like I said, I m a female I don t know much about vehicles if I would ve had a diagnostic test done by the mechanic I took it to from the start I would ve saved over $890. A diagnostic test is way different than pulling codes which Ben told me it s not the last code and the only code and sensor I needed was the low pressure fuel sensor if that would ve been put on from the start and if I would ve had a diagnostic test done from the start it would ve save me $890. I would recommend that Ben no longer tells customers that pulling codes is the same thing as a diagnostic test because it s not I learned my lesson. I think Auto Zone is good for putting batteries in and things like that but when it comes to sensors and other things you need a diagnostic test done and I hope he does not tell customers in the future especially females that don t know what they re doing to not have a diagnostic test done because those were his words. Even the other guys that work there said a diagnostic test is totally different than pulling codes but again I took Ben s word on it like I said, lesson learned The other codes that been polled did not need to be replaced. They were being set off by the main code which was the low fuel pressure sensor and that was only a $300 job.

Every time I come here everyone is so extremely helpful! No matter is it's checking engine light, to helping find products or showing you how to do something ur not sure of, you will definitely get friendly service! Nowadays it's so hard find employees not glued to phones and actually wanting to do their job!!!!

Stopped in the other day as I live a couple blocks away, my battery was shot, they tested it for free. Found me a good Budget battery and proceeded to install it in the car for me for free. I gave the guy a nice tip and thanked them for their great service team. I will return again. PS. Get Sezzle, Behalf, AfterPay,Affirm, Karna and such. It's a digital, low interest, loan time in America, for All! Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge accept those for payments too. -+

Purchased an headlight for my vehicle and waited an hour for the store manager to come and change it. After waiting an hour he refuses to replace my headlight, stating that he does not have the proper tools to do so. This isn t my first time having an headlight replaced at autozone and I m sure he was more than capable to do so. However, I was not happy with my services here today and I pray that this was not a racial discrepancy because I felt uncomfortable my entire visit. I had to approach the manager, ask for assistance, inform the store manager that o was not capable of removing the headlight myself and if he could assist, wait an hour before re-entering the store for services just not to receive any. Clearly customer service is not a priority here, or for me to say the least.

Did not like the music that they were playing in the store some of the music and vulgarity and there are kids sometimes that go in that store young kids should not be allowed they have no cards for your shopping experience You have to carry everything which turns me away to order stuff online from eBay

I had interactions with 2 associates today. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who was stocking shelves but he was very polite and helpful regarding which oil treatment and injector cleaner to purchase.The next person who helped me was even more awesome. Echo is a gem! Polite, knowledgeable, funny, but most of all honest. Sadly that's a rare commodity these days so it was very refreshing to see. Echo was super helpful and very patient with my numerous questions and searching for a part of which I was calling by the wrong name. Not once was there even a hint of annoyance and that is quite admirable as I became quite annoyed with myself. Overall it was a great experience and I hope management acknowledges Echos hard work and superb customer service skills.

Terrible attention from this place. i live in wyoming and i prefer to go to kingston the guys from kingston are always willing to help. If you don't know what part they need, they go to your car and they seem willing to help, but this new place in Wyoming is terrible.

The store was well stocked, clean (for an automotive parts store), and everything I needed was easy to find. The employee who assisted with my purchases was professional, courteous, and even offered to install a part (rear windshield wiper) without having to be asked. I was very satisfied with my experience at this store.

I had to go into AutoZone today to inquire about why my air conditioning blower motor wasn t blowing the air out of the vents. There was a gentleman there whose name was Christopher his name began with a K he was wonderful knowledgeable helpful and respectful. I have gone into this AutoZone in Kingston before and they have always been this way no matter who I have dealt with I will never go any place else. To the managers of this AutoZone in Kingston. You guys are doing a terrific job keep up the good work I will always send someone there when need something whether it be for information or for parts.Thank you,Marcia

Lots of items out of stock, but that's not the biggest issue. The staff here are loud, vulgar, and were screaming back and forth to each other on my last visit. Most seemed more interested in taking smoke breaks outside near the entrance. I would try to find literally any other location to shop at.

I like this store. Staff very helpful full. If they don't have what you need they'll check other stores and go get it. Or if you want to pick it up they'll call over and have what you need on hold for you. I like the loan a tool so helpful. Tool selection is nice. Very happy when I go there.

Amazing! They are so nice and willing to help. They don't make you feel stupid. I got wiper blades from them in December, and today they weren't working correctly. I walked in, told them what's going on, and they replaced them!! At no cost!!! I'm so appreciative and thankful. Gold star

I wanted to share the excellent experience I had at the Wyoming Ave location in Kingston recently. While I was turned down at the Main St. location in Wilkes-Barre, Kingston stepped up to the plate and helped me get to the bottom of the problem I ve been experiencing with my vehicle. I went in and requested my battery and alternator be tested, as they offer these services for free (despite staff at the Main St. location telling me they don t do this while it s mentioned to be a free service outside on the window). The associate helped me right away. When the test indicated my battery and alternator and were fine, she helped me determine what else it could be. A. The lights were replaced recently it couldn t be that. B. The fuses were okay she helped me check. The only other explanation was that it s electrical. While the other location couldn t be bothered to help me, the staff here were more than eager to help me. Thank you!

I like this place every time something comes up with my bmw suv like a check engine light autozone does a free check and tell me the problems or the codes... they even print it out so you can buy the part number if you need to fix the issue on a later date if your short on cash at the time..
