Store wise this place is clean, simple, and well laid out. You'll find one of each model of car they produce (currently Model S, X, and 3) in the center all of which are turned on and you sit in. Employees are around to answer questions and if you're interested you can schedule a time for a test drive although depending on availability you may need to come back. Test drive wise they're extremely kind and are really interested in answering any questions you may have. Not once was I pressured into buying a car, not once was I "sized up", and not once did the dealer make me feel as if I wasn't welcome. Couple this with the fact that the cars drive insanely well makes this the dealership of the future. Watch out Audi, BMW, Honda, Toyota, ect - the lower the price these cars go the faster more people will buy them. I highly suggest you schedule a test drive - it'll blow your mind.January 2024 Update: they also have a Cybertruck on display and it s awesome!

Took too long for a proper response from Tesla financing. Had to cancel the reservation since we wouldn t be able to pick up the vehicle that day. Vehicle was scheduled to be picked up at 3:30pm March 30th 2024 end of the quarter sale. Got call saying they figured out the issue at 3pm March 30th. Cancelled reservation told them I can t make it since it s already too late. I hated having no direct number to call! They don t have a direct line all calls get directed to their call center. Wasted my time & $250 order fee which is not transferable to another car. The whole experience put me off probably never going to buy a Tesla!

Just went in and the experience was awesome. You can go in any car you want, and even open up the trunk. The guy was super chill and the cars looked pristine. They had 2 cars - Model 3 and X - but no model S :( I had a great time, and if your looking to buy a Tesla, I d definitely drop by.

I am a recent purchaser of a Tesla Model Y. I completed my transaction on Saturday, March 18th from the West Chester PA Tesla location. I wanted to share with you how impressed I was working with Michelle. I believe she was from the KOP sales location.My situation was very unique, and time was of the utmost importance during my day of car buying and selling. I was selling both of my vehicles at a nearby Carmax and purchasing a Tesla, and with Saturday being my only free day, I needed to get this all done in a day. To complicate matters, I was bringing my father with me who was going to help us with this whole process. As you can imagine, selling two cars and buying two cars involved a ton of paperwork and timing. I called Michelle on Thursday to ask basic questions. It was hard getting through the phone prompts to speak to one individual, but I have never been so fortunate to speak to someone like Michelle. She answered all my questions, was pleasant, funny, and genuine. I felt like I was speaking to a friend; she is a great listener. She was sympathetic to my story and my urgency, and probably my stress levels trying to coordinate my purchase along with my outside sales. Panic was setting in as I worried there would be hiccups along the way, but Michelle never missed a step. She went as far as to give me her cell so I could text her with any questions and engage with her throughout the entire process. Saturday morning (March 16), I woke up and reserved my order. I immediately texted Michelle to inform her of my reservation but also to make sure I could get the car that specific day. She worked diligently to communicate with the West Chester store to ensure it would be ready for my arrival so I wouldn t be carless. The process at Carmax was nothing short of a complete nightmare. The entire day of sales and purchase of a separate Honda for my wife took 7 hours. I was texting Michelle throughout the day, informing her that I was going to miss my pickup window and needed her to inform WC to delay my pickup. Each delay, Michelle came through without pause; she reached out and had it changed. My app would immediately reflect this magic.I am not a person to write reviews ; quite honestly, I don t think I have ever written one before, for good or for bad. But I am absolutely FLOORED at the service I have received. In my 36 years on this earth, I don t think I have ever worked with someone like Michelle. You have someone very special working there, and I can t say anything more than THANK YOU. Thank you for going above and beyond, thank you for being so genuine, thank you for executing on what you say you re going to do, and thank you for making my day.

I had such a great experience with Kaylyn, she was super informative and thorough. I appreciate her answering all of my questions and she genuinely wanted to help me, not only as a customer, but as a person too. 10/10

Firstly nice things.. helpful on vehicle features, price quote from sales associates also helpful on test drive,appreciated on it though order from store on new vehicle order had terrible experience. We can do online but thought of ordering from store and help sales but went very bad on order from store. new Tesla referral code was not went through during order and gave blunt response and weird suggestions to get referral code passing to the order. Second asked us to install Tesla app for further delivery and other process but no walk through navigation on required actions for scheduled delivery .. struggled to complete tasks for schedule delivery ..went back to store to get things straightened. Terrible this experience and suggesting sales to take care of explaining things to customer to make less visits tostore. Sadly we opted to order online ..bad idea.

I'm rewriting my review because I came back to do a test drive and had a mediocre experience with setting up a test drive. I signed up the night before for a test drive and received a confirmation text. I wanted to do an overnight test drive, so the next day (day of test drive) I tried calling and the answering machine sent me through a bunch of prompts that ultimately ended in it telling me to use the website. So then I emailed the store's email that was on the website asking about doing an overnight. I also sent a text to the number that I got the confirmation from, which I have used to talk to Tesla representatives before. I got no response from either method. When I get to the store to do the test drive, the employee tells me I had to call in advance to set up the overnight and that I couldn't do it. I told him I called and he condescendingly tells me I probably called the wrong number. I told him the number I called (which was the right one) and he didn't say anything. When I was done with the test drive, I came back to the store and couldn't find any employee to give the key back to, and then I get a text from the employee that originally helped me thanking me for the drive and asking if I had any questions. I replied asking if I can text him at that number to schedule an overnight, and he never responded. I also never got a reply from the email (this all happened 2 weeks ago). As for returning the key, another employee eventually came out from the back and helped us finish up.I wish I had a better experience, and I have at other Tesla locations, but I think all of it could've been avoided if they communicated better.

LIARS. MANAGER JULIAN told me $557 on a tesla y perf and forced me to put the 250 deposit so I did cause it was a great deal. After issues trying to register my application in tesla app, the price of my payment went from 557 to 700. These guys are liars and screwed me and won't refund my 250$ on am agreed upon price that they changed !!

Not like your traditional dealership, walking in plenty of sales people were sitting around on computers minding their own business, but this gave time to check out the cars on the floor. When approached, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Test drive was enlightening.

Julio, the young man at the Tesla KOP location, has been an incredible help to us throughout the process. During our first demo drive, we found it a bit challenging to handle the acceleration pedal, but Julio patiently explained how we could adjust to a driving experience closer to a regular engine, though still unique. After a few months, we returned for another try, and once again, Julio assisted us. He programmed the manual to our liking, resulting in a completely different driving experience that convinced us to make the decision to buy one. We are grateful for Julio's expertise and assistance!

The team was extremely helpful in setting up the test drive and explained everything to us in order to drive the Tesla in a comfortable way. When we decided to order a Tesla, they were again so helpful. The entire experience went smooth and now we enjoy owning not one, but two teslas! A big thanks to the KOP Tesla team!

Couldn't imagine a better way to buy, drive and explore a Tesla than at KOP! A very Knowledgeable sales staff in a very easy to reach mall location makes for a great environment to learn about some really amazing vehicles

Had an overall great experience here at Tesla. But I kind of hated the fact that the salesmen don't work one on one with you, I felt like a kid in class waiting for my car. I had to sign my lease agreement on one of their showroom cars :( super weird. Didn't even get the envelope that says congrats on the new car that all other dealerships give out. Let alone that none of the 3 coffee machines were working lol but that's okay. Still love my car, but upset that the 3 men working the floor made me feel like I was invisible until the minute I got my key cards. Oh well, hopefully, next time will be better.

The representative I spoke to was very condescending and told me my family member ripped me off which he had no basis or facts to say this Although I the Tesla product, I feel the Tesla customer service needs work you never tell someone that their family ripped them off out of line

I had a 5:30 PM appointment and traveled for 45 minutes to arrive at the designated address in KOP mall. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there was nobody there to meet me. Despite attempting to contact the provided phone number, I was unable to reach anyone who could assist me.

Great place to get more knowledge on Tesla products. Very informative. You may order one there or at home at your own time. It does have some cars on display. Certains the cars are removed to be sold but it's not a big deal.

My experience with this store s customer service was truly awful. I scheduled a test drive several days ago for a future drive date of today 12/12/2021. When I showed up this morning to drive the model I was interested in, a customer service representative told me I could not drive the vehicle because it had just sold moments prior. It took me a second to comprehend what he was saying, but when I asked him if I could drive any other cars, he said no. He also explained there was no availability to test drive any models for the remainder of this year. There was no effort to reschedule, no other solution offered, nothing. Being in many customer service based jobs in my lifetime, I realize that things happen. In fact, I ve tried to be more accepting, and aligned my expectations for things like this to happen. But there was no effort to fix it. I asked if Tesla would compensate me for the gas I spent driving 1hr 30min + (in total) and the answer was no.Tesla, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very frustrating.

Patrick and his brother are phenomenal advisors. I had so many questions and came back a second time to test drive the Model 3 before ordering. The entire team was super helpful and informative. I can t wait until my new model 3 gets delivered!!!

I had a great test drive experience here. I was accompanied by Alex, who did a fantastic job of explaining all the features of the car and answering any questions I had. The test drive itself was about 20 minutes long, so you really get a good feel for the car. I highly recommend stopping into this location if you're at all interested in a Tesla.

Nathan Tarr was terrific. When I got there with my damaged Model 3, he explained in detail what he would do to complete the estimate, and what he would probably have to do to convince the insurance company of the driver who rear-ended me that all the repairs were necessary and required for safety, functionality, and to restore appearance to pre-crash conditions. He followed through with all that, and kept in touch with me as the car progressed through repairs, and kept in touch with me to explain how the opposing insurance company was reluctant to fulfill their obligations. He gave suggestions to me on how we could "double team" them. We did convince them. Picked up the car on Friday and it's flawless.Thank you.Robert and Esther Peruzzi

We went out and test drove a Model S. The staff was knowledgeable and well spoken. The car was amazing. The show room displays a lot of information in an easily digestible fashion. It was a great day. The location was great as well. Lots to do and see at that mall.

Staff was super helpful. Compared pricing and options on multiple models and they offered to go on some test drives. Unfortunately we didn't have time to do this, but it was a nice plus. So a year later I came back and test drove the model 3 and y. Ended up ordering a model y long range. Absolutely love it

Great staff! I stopped by after having parked next to their charging spots the other day, but all were full (with store cars). I asked if they'd be able to move one so I could plug in. Not only was the staff member eager to do it, but he even offered to just take my key and move my car / plug in for me. Now that is some fantastic service!

Walked by just 4 hours ago on 3/25/21. Store was empty except for a little desk in the back with one worker and some displays on the walls. Was planning on checking out their cars in the flesh while visiting town, but all I got was a big empty store.
