Eric was absolutely awesome, this is one of the best services we've ever had! With kids, it was all but impossible to find time to go to a dealership and test drive a car, and we couldn't even imagine the song and dance negotiation process. Having Eric manage all of those details in addition to advising of us our best option, finding us a car and brining a car to test drive and the final car to our house was incredible. Hugely recommend!

I was putting hundreds and hundreds into my old beater, trying to build my credit and save for a car.I talked to Eric about my dilemma and he put me in a car that I can only describe as a dream come true.Having a car that I can enjoy on road trips, without worrying about having a tow service ready, is pure joy and freedom.With my new monthly payment and gas savings I cant even tell if I'm spending more money or less than on my beater.Thank you to Eric and his life changing services!

Eric helped my husband and I out of a negative equity car that just wasn't working for us anymore. Got us the SUV we wanted for a lot less then we had been able to work out with any dealers. Eric made the process super easy, came and got my car to take for trade in value.As a result of the excellent service I recently referred a family member who is also thrilled with the work that Eric was able to accomplish. Highly recommend Eric and Phoenix Preferred!

I highly recommend Phoenix Preferred!! My husband and I wanted to get a better car to tow a camper and knew Eric would be the guy to make sure we got the best deal. He found us the perfect car to suit what I wanted and what my husband wanted, not an easy feat! On top of that, the process was smooth. We got to sit back while Eric did the negotiating so we did not feel pressured at all. He also helped us with selling our old car for a better price than a trade in! We saved more overall by using him - time, money, effort, headache. We plan to go back when we need another car, we are very satisfied. Thank you Eric!

Eric went above and beyond helping my family find our new car. With a new baby and limited time, Eric swiftly found us our new Mazda in only a matter of emails and text messages. I still can't believe how easy it was! I had nightmares of spending days researching and haggling with dealers, and there was absolutely none of that. Eric negotiated us the best price and financing, brought our choice of vehicle to our house for a test drive, and arranged absolutely everything. On the day of the purchase, my trade-in's battery died and Eric took care of it all, jumping it himself and making any blips in the road to buying disappear. The entire experience could not have been better and I cannot recommend Phoenix Preferred enough!

Pros- Eric knows a lot about cars, brands, models, etc. He knows his stuff. Also, he had the buyer's order ready which saved time at the dealership.Cons- Communication was rough at best. It was very disappointing that the deposit check was cashed before the contract was signed. Nothing was sent (contract, buyers order) when it was promised - we had to ask specifically for it. They were a couple of days late.We ended up finding the car we ended up purchasing and asking Eric to check it out because we just were not hearing from him. There were cars he sent us to see but hadn t seen himself and they were a waste of time. He was also not present at signing.What was most disappointing was that we did NOT save what it cost to hire Eric.We chose to hire Eric because of the reviews we saw posted but unfortunately, it was just not our experience. We just did not feel like a priority.We reached out to him with this feedback first because we were hoping he would do something to make things right but he never responded.

This is the second time that my wife and I have used Eric to do our car shopping. Three years ago, he found us two leased vehicles at great prices, and this time one leased (Pathfinder) for me and one used purchase (Lexis) for my wife. We couldn't be any happier! Eric makes the process so easy. For my car, I spent 45 minutes on a test drive, and then ten minutes signing the paperwork at my kitchen table, when the dealership delivered the car to my house. MY HOUSE!For us, the benefits of using Phoenix Preferred are manifold. We get the vehicles we want at great prices. We save hours and hours of our (especially my) time not having to research vehicles and deals. Most importantly I do not have to go through one second of negotiations with the the dealership, which always leaves me feeling stressed out (and quite frankly a little bit icky).I wholeheartedly recommend Phoenix Preferred, and Eric. The amount of time that he save us, alone, makes his service totally worth it. We will use him for every car we get!

Eric is simply the best. I have purchased 2 cars with his help in the last year. My brother has purchased 3 cars. Just referred him to my cousin, she was amazed at the process, the deal and the car. I keep referring him and everyone loves him and the work he does. You will never go back to the old way of car shopping or online car shopping again. Thanks Eric!!

Phoenix Preferred came through for me again! Eric Bell got a GREAT deal on my 2015 Mazda CX-5 and a STUPENDOUS deal on a new Soul Red 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring edition. It s more beautiful than I thought and an EASY process. I knew what I wanted, so no messy test drives or dealer squabbling. Eric does it all and drove the new car right to my house It doesn t get any better than that!

Eric at Phoenix preferred charges a fee for his services yet gets upset when other dealers charge a fee for service performed on vehicles.

Outsource the slog of car shopping to an expert you can trust - it's one of the best things I've done! Our car was totaled and we needed to replace it in a pretty quick time frame on a limited budget. Erik was super responsive from the get go, knowledgeable and really listened to want we needed... Then findf *several* cars that fit the bill! He set up test drives that too a fraction of the time it would've taken us to do on our own (he can even bring the cars to your work or home to test!) From the search to the test drive to the financing, he was able to leverage his relationships with local dealers to our advantage. And because he works for the shopper, not the dealers, you can trust him to work on your behalf. He's kind and honest. I feel great about the work he did and the car we bought. I'll never shop alone again. The time and hassle he saved us was amazing.

My wife insisted I give Eric Bell a call when it came time to find a new vehicle. I had met Eric on several occasions at local business networking events and enjoyed our conversations. When I called him it was days before he was getting married. We discussed what I was looking for and he was on it. Less than a week since we had first spoken and I have exactly what I was looking for. A year newer than hoped for and spot on with budget given. He makes finding your next vehicle effortless. Highly recommend Eric Bell and Phoenix Prefered and will use him again in the future.

SAVED ME $1000s!!!!!!I was shopping for a while for a specific vehicle in NY and was let down by a lot of NY dealerships trying to sell me a truck that didn't match my liking and was overpriced. I heard about Eric Bell from a repeat customer and gave him a shot. Eric has helped me purchase 3 vehicles(the latest being a 2018 Acura MDX Hybrid). His inside knkwlage of the industry was invaluable and it doesn't hurt that he us a really great guy and a pleasure to work with!

Talk about going above and beyond... obviously Eric wanted my business, but I can't remember anyone fighting with a supplier over charges even when the deal was struck. I shan't be buying, or selling, a car any other way in the future.
