Josiah at the King of Prussia location is Absolutely amazing. He is kind, professional and excellent I mean excellent in customer service. Although he was helping me he took time out to address other customer needs which is important because if I walked in I would like to be helped. This man is manager material and zI will always come back here due to his service

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in for service thinking I needed new tires and was prepared to spend the money to get them Josiah explained how and why my current tires should be fine for another 6,000 miles or so. Another place tried to get me to replace them 6 months ago, saying they were at 50% life, want to just replace them now? .That kind of concern for my budget and only advocating for what s needed now just earned this location a new regular customer. I have to think that this trust will result in a lot more money spent here over the long term.

I have a 2019 VW GTI with after market rims. I really try to be really careful to dodge potholes, but winters in the Northeast can be brutal. Late November I was driving on a concrete section of the highway and nailed a small crater in the road. Couldn't avoid it given traffic. I hoped for the best but soon after, I started losing pressure in the driver's rear tire. I kept inflating it but to no avail. I'm new to the area but remembered passing a Mavis shop near my home. I booked an appointment online figuring I needed a new tire only to learn that I had cracked the rim -- the tire was actually fine. Ouch! I ordered a replacement rim on Amazon and then went back. Those Mavis folks totally took care of me! The staff was supa friendly and the waiting room was clean and neat. They had great wifi and an area where I could plug in my laptop and work while they did the fix. They didn't try to sell me a new tire that I didn't need either. I need to get new pads and rotors all around soon. I'll definitely head back to Mavis for that work. Thanks guys!

I had a tire issue and walked in and welcomed by Josiah whom is very friendly. Was able to tell me to what issue was and had Diego work on my tire. Mike was was also here and kept me entertained. I would highly recommend this Mavis location. Very friendly. Timely work!

The Store manager, Neifiece, checked me in and inspected my vehicle. It was quick and easy. He was very respectful. Josiah (Assist store manager) was very helpful as well and gave me a discount!! I came to get my tire plugged and the service only took 30 mins. I ll definitely be back and the price is right!

These guys are great have done full tire service here and replacements, but they ve also helped my wife out in a jam with an urgent issue. She was in and out in no time when we originally thought it was pretty serious. Great service, good dudes!

This place is amazing ! Brand new! Super clean. Super quick . They fixed my run flats in 30 min. I just pulled over in to their lot and they got me right it no prob . Mechanics are clean and friendly . Place doesn t reek of cigarettes. Workers all seem happy - not disgruntled like most places . People coming in and out and they are getting services right away . Efficient place!

My son hit something that was left on the highway and it ruined both passenger side tires, he was stranded on the side of the road. I went to assist and I called Mavis Tires and spoke to Josiah the assistant manager he was blessing. He gave us directions to the store. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the pleasant staff, Kevin assessed our situation and immediately addressed it. I am so grateful for the service provided.

Good spot. Very professional, polite, and friendly staff. I changed all 4 tires on my car and it was 2.5 times cheaper than through official dealership. They also gave me some valuable advice on what tires fit best for local Pennsylvania roads. Although there was quite a long wait time, overall experience has been great!

Desperately googled tire repair at 7:30pm on a Thursday and saw Mavis was open for one more hour. Brought the car in and tire was fixed quickly and for a fair price. Josiah was friendly and professional and we are so grateful we found this place on short notice. Great service and will be back - thank you!

I brought my vehicle here for new front tires & an alignment. They gave me back my vehicle without doing the alignment and it almost caused me a major accident driving to the airport. After I brought it back I thought they redeemed themselves. He showed me the alignment paperwork & all was well. They also took care of the scratches and scuffs they caused while doing my tired around the metal areas above the tires and we did a walk through to make sure it was all taken care of. My second visit i got my rear tires done. I later brought my vehicle in for new front control arms. I drove my car and it sounded like metal was cracking. When I brought it back in the manager said the guys forgot to put on one of the pieces back on which was causing the intense metal cracking and settling when I turned my car off. I brought my car back home after about a week or so I noticed my alignment felt loose and there was still noise like cracking when I turn right. I also noticed that my car had been burned or melted somehow above one of my tires. I took my car back immediately and the manager took ZERO responsibility and said there was no possible way that damage happened in his shop but he would review the tapes. NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I called back over a week later and he said he review a few hours and didn t see anything. Said he would gladly get me into another shop to look at the rest of the issues but I never heard back from him. Now my vehicle is still damaged he didn t look at all the times I had to bring my car in from their F ups. These guys do not know what they re doing here. They re understaffed & irresponsible. This place was convenient. I could drop it off on my way to work. I feel like they took total advantage of me being a woman and damaged my vehicle probably more than I realize. Minus my new tires I still have the same if not more issues with my car now.

I rarely write a review for any service, but here it comes: I decided to go to Mavis Discount Tire for a PA state inspection because of its exceptional 4.9-star ranking on Google. The online reservation process was fast and easy and I added a complimentary tire rotation service as well. A couple of hours later I decided to cancel the appointment and reschedule, but there was no way to do that online. So I called the store to cancel it and got the sense that they didn't care much about reservations.I scheduled another appointment online a week later and when I got there, they told me they didn't know I had ordered a state inspection and the person in charge of that had already left for the day. So they rescheduled me for a week later. The day after I realized from the reminder emails that they had scheduled an incorrect date. I had to call the store to fix it.The next time I was there for the appointment, they apologized and said the person in charge of the state inspection got stuck with another car and we had to reschedule for the next day. When I got there for the third time, I was with my 1-year-old poodle puppy and he was excited and barking playfully to get attention and ask the person at the counter to pet him. They asked for my car registration and insurance and then I realized the hard copies of these documents had expired a couple of weeks prior. I had the updated documents on my cell phone but they insisted they needed the hard copies.While I was thinking of driving back to my house to print the documents, they added "You cannot keep the dog here. It is bothering people." I wasn't planning to keep my puppy in the waiting room at all, but that concluded my decision: "Please cancel it; Thanks." I honestly sensed that was what they wanted. They didn't offer to reschedule the appointment or even seem sorry that I was leaving without getting the service after being there three times.I understand businesses have policies, but passing unfriendly remarks shouldn t be a part of handling situations that arise especially after they drag a customer three times to the store.Edit: I just received another appointment reminder email from them, but I have not scheduled any appointments. Apparently their scheduling system still has issues.

The customer service was amazing. Josiah (manager) was very knowledgeable and educated myself and my son on not only the tires but other important features we may need to look out for. Definitely recommend this Mavis location

I brought my car in on the 18th for an alignment. Josiah was very pleasant to deal with and he was very informative. He gave me a print out of my alignment and explained to me what it meant. Their service was very quick and very professional!

I had a tire issue, called and was able to be scheduled within 20 minutes. Fast, efficient and Professional. The manager was awesome, definitely will be coming back. Thank you for this emergency visit and it was fixed ASAP.

Stopped in mid-morning on a Monday without an appointment. Was promptly greeted and the issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly! The bill was very reasonable and the guys couldn't have been more helpful. This is my go-to place for anything tire-related.

I greatly appreciate Mavis Discount Tires Dave and Mike for squeezing me in last minute for a tire repair! I had a flat on 76 and came right before they closed. They truly looked out for me. I really enjoyed the kid play area for my 2 year old. This is the first auto shop I ve been to that had something for children! Huge relief as a parent + it was very clean. Thank you guys we will be back!

I called because I had screw in my tire. I brought my car over and they were able to fix it right away. In all, I had to wait about 15 minutes. The staff was very friendly, and their waiting area is spacious and clean. It has a big area which has an area which can be used as a desk with plug outlets. I ll certainly come back here in the future.

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tire Shop thanks to Dave and Niefiece. When I arrived, I was quite flustered about my tire issue, but they immediately put me at ease. Their customer service was not only delightful but also incredibly efficient. Dave and Niefiece assured me they would take care of my tire, and they certainly delivered on their promise.I'm genuinely impressed with their professionalism and how they handled my situation. This kind of top-notch service is rare to find, and I'll undoubtedly be bringing my vehicle back to this location for any future services. In my book, they deserve a solid five-star rating for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

These guys are wonderful. They fit our budget in a serious time of need. Even got a 50 dollar discount on my 4 tires . I literally had 505 dollars and the ticket was 504 then they gave me an additional 50 dollars off. We needed that more than anything . These guys WILL work with your budget and find a solution that fits your needs. Special shout out to Niefiece. Wonderful guy who needs to be in upper management. I hope his managers see this and see his potential to make this company even better than it is already.My next visit here was amazing as usualEveryone was so kind and helpful. They have a great team and at with such professionalism, I highly recommend this place.

I'm a big fan of Mavis in general, but if you have a chance, and you need tires or service, you should swing by the KOP store and let these guys take care of things.My college age son came home from work, at 1 am, and explained that he had gotten a ride home because he had a flat and then his spare was flat. It was late and he didn't want to wait forever for roadside service. So, today we got up, went to get the car, had it hauled to Mavis in KOP and without an appointment, while they were obviously very busy with every bay holding a car in it, these guys took my kid's car in, fixed the tire, and sent us on our way. They didn't try to sell us on what we didn't need. They were just super nice, very professional, and repaired the tire despite being busy.If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would.Thank you, KOP Mavis!! We'll be back!

We always go to Mavis for all our automotive needs. The manager of the King of Prussia location and his staff have always treated us with respect and professionalism. The offices and shop are clean, with the correct equipment to handle your needs. They are our go to place for tires, Matenance and repairs. I would highly recommend Mavis for your automotive needs!

Mavis was a life saver after a long work week installing equipment in NJ. Niefiece took care a nail in my tire, plugging up and getting the tire back on my vehicle. I know it is a super busy time of year. The level of service was top notch! So glad I called after a quick Google search from roadside assistance. I was able to get on my way, traveling back to Central PA. I would recommend this service center again for quick repairs. I don't live in the area but if I did I would keep this place in mind for my auto needs. Many many thanks Niefiece and Mavis!!
