These guys are great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I know when I take my car there that it will be fixed correctly the first time and I wont be overcharged. Fast, reliable and honest!

Went to Knox to pick up a UHAUL trailer. Had a 10 AM appointment. The owner, Bob, greeted me & immediately stopped working on a car & processed my paperwork. He attached the trailer & we tested the lights. I was out of there by 10:30 and on my way to Florida. Very friendly & efficient. You could tell the guy likes what he does & does it well. If I was still a PA resident, he would be my mechanic.

I actually found Knox Auto Repair because I drive by it often while at work and it just so happens that I was having car trouble with my vehicle at the time so I went on Google reviews to see what kind of reviews Knox auto repair got and they were amazing! So I called and scheduled an appointment with Bob the owner and I brought my vehicle in the next day to get serviced, long story short I will be returning, loyal customer because I was satisfied with the excellent and the affordable quality work that was provided to me!

These guys were a life saver! My alternator went bad and living out town, I was scrambling for a repair place. I was skeptical on my first quote, so called Knox for a second opinion. Estimated half the price and fit me in the next day. They were super friendly and completely honest about the other recommended repairs from my first quote. 5 stars isn't enough for their excellent work and customer service!

A very friendly group that doesn't try to rip you off with fixing more than is necessary. My radiator had a crack, fluid was going everywhere and my car was overheating. They were able to explain the issue in a easy to understand manner and get it done as quick as they could. It took more than a day to get around to my car but I totally understand a busy schedule. I can see myself going to these guys again in the future!

I told the mechanic I'd drop off my car Monday. Then when I called to check the status of it Tuesday He replied, I was wondering who's car that was. Well I believe this was nearly 2 years ago. But honestly it didn't stop me from coming there to get my car fixed. They never once steered me wrong & always got my car fixed for an affordable price. I also learned to be clear on when my car would be ready for pickup. That might have been the point of their sarcastic pun in the first place.

Some of us constantly use reviews to get a better idea of what type of business we're about to patronize, and in my opinion, that's actually a wise thing to do. Sometimes people use surveys/reviews as weapons rather than tools; which is common for people who are just having a bad day and feel like taking it out on a local business person. Which of course, is remarkably unfair.You should assume that anyone who gives Knox a review of 4 stars or less, was simply having a bad day and decided to take it out on Knox. You can just click on that person's previous reviews to get a better idea of what type of person is doing the complaining. Did you see a trend in their whining? Probably.Knox is top-notch, end of discussion. If you disagree, then it's very likely that YOU were the problem, not the garage of people just trying to fix your car for you.Still not sold? I suggest you go to Pep Boys instead, and keep your negativity away from this shop.

I have been a customer for 15 years. I got rear ended about a month a go. When I went to them my car had so many dents in it, my back light was broken, the door behind the drivers door was broken, and the door and trunk wouldn't close. One time it was raining and my car had so much water in it. When I got it back today the doors were able to close, the light was fixed, and with a good price. They are the nicest and generous people.

This place was a life saver! My car broke down on a work trip and I gave them a call. He said no problem on getting my car in, suggested a great towing company and got my car all fixed up the next day!!! Very nice service and the price was very reasonable! Great place!! Thank you Knox Auto Repair!

Always, I mean ALWAYS quick, fair , and honest. My last mechanic I had for twelve years. The one before that was seven years. I value my relationship with my auto mechanics. Bob Knox and his crew led by Max are exactly who I want to take care of my family vehicles.

These guys are just fantastic and will take car of your car in a honest, professional, expedient manner. They have always treated their customers right and are a great option to the chain shops that will rob you blind

I was traveling for work and needed a major repair to get home. They did a fantastic job for and exceptionally fair price. Absolutely the best repair shop I have worked with. I wish they were a local repair shop because I would not go any place else.

Brought my Uhaul back to these guys and the guy at the front desk who took care if me was amazing, explained my situation to him about my experience when I picked my Uhaul up in Florida. If I ever need to rent a uhaul or even need my car fixed I will definitely go to them first!! Thanks guys I appreciate all of your help!!

We broke down on the pa turnpike day before 4th of july ...we called all over and no one would take us cause they were leaving early and most were'nt coming back till the following monday...but knox auto repair waited for us to get towed there and worked on our car friday after the 4th....we rented a car for the rest of our vacation and picked up our car on the way home monday..all fixed and ready to go...the price was right and the service was above and beyond...thank you so much for saving us......lisa and keith
