Great experience here with tire manager Anthony. I came in with a flat tire, himself and his team worked efficiently to help and get everything done. Thank you for all your hard work we appreciate you.

Their service is really great. They are professionals who know what they are doing. Last time, they kindly corrected my tire pressure when I needed, and today, Justin explained me how my rim is bent using a rim model so that I can understand what is wrong with my car. Thank you Justin for your kindness and professional service.

It's not often that I write reviews online, but I will say I was extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received. I came in with a flat tire 2 hours before closing and the shop was clearly extremely busy. The shop ended up squeezing me in despite the chaos. The workers were extremely kind and professional. They also honored my warranty for my tires, which the Glen Mills Costco did not. I will only be going to the KOP Costco in the future for car related issues and would recommend anyone to go to KOP over Glen Mills. It is not often that you find workers who are so positive and genuinely nice to their customers.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute! Super friendly and fast! Can t go wrong with waiting inside a Costco.They also used a plastic covering to cover my seats! I love that. I m very meticulous with my car.

They're very nice and easy to deal with, but my tires had a vibration from new, and even though I came in for a rebalance they couldn't fix it and claimed I had suspension problems. Went to an independent mechanic who fixed it instead but it cost me extra money....

I ordered a new set of tires for my car, and when I went to have them installed their tire expert Robert called me almost immediately and told me that my existing tires still had a lot of wear on them and then refunded the price of the tires I had purchased. Excellent service!

At 730 pm I realized I had a nail in my tire. But thank goodness for Bobby!! He said if I could come in and get a membership he'd patch it up for me right then and there. He was so wonderful and kind. My tire had a not super easy patch needed, but he took his time and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Bobby!!

Costco offers great prices on tires, especially when combined with their 1� installation deal. I left my car first thing in the morning and they had me done within 3 hours. Hint: if you feel you'll need tires within the next few months, buy them online when on sale and get them installed when you are ready. The store will hold them until then. If you change your mind, you can always get a refund. This is a great way to take advantage of special deals on the tires you want.

I had bad locknut with flat tire and had to tow my car from one shop to other. Finally Costco tire center did their magic and saved my day. They are kind enough to give some tips. Thank you so much for helping me going out of your way. I highly recommend this place.

I had my 4 tires installation appointment and they said my car has a wheel lock, so they are able to do one tire only. They told me go to mechanic and ask them to unlock the wheel and come back Costco to install another three tires. After I checked the ONLY one tire they just installed, I found out my wheel rim is bend. Terrible customer service they have!!! I show the guy and he said that s just a bend, you have to buy the new rim . I have nothing to say with his reaction ( Please don't have Eric (his name) to do anything with your care). Never come back here again.

Unlike some of the people working for Costco, the staff at the tire centuries very friendly and welcoming. They did a professional job replacing my tyres and were quick. It took them less than an hour to instal my tyres. The receptionist guy who processes paperwork was very friendly and kept a smile on his face while working there. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves the credit.

Within 5 miles of leaving Costco my tire pressure sensor light went on. I was able to turn it off but it came back on the next day. Had to make another trip back the following week to fix the problem

Nicest crew. Best service. There.are cheaper options but quality wise they are tops. Called me when tires arrived etc....Huge selection. Lots to do when waiting...

Ordered tires online was told it would be 8 days and to set an appointment to install. Did so then was advised 2 hours later that they had been received. Tried to reschedule installation without success. Decided to walk in without appointment and was quickly served. In and out in one hour.

They tell you one thing the soup you up make you spend more money Taylor wants up being another I don't like to do business with double talkin people have a real fast like talkin guy working behind that counter top and when you show up there you really have to watch him and scrutinize everything you saying and doing otherwise you going to be shouting are close to $1,000 just for one tire

Costco has great prices, and there is often a discount. If you come at 9.00 am service is on a first come basis, officially opens at 10.00.
