First thing Sat am needed an alignment on my newly lifted and shoed truck. Dropped off at 8 and it was done by 9:30. Great service and pricing too!

Excellent experience! These guys fix a punctured tire the right way. They were polite and got the job done quickly, and for a very good price. I won't be going anywhere else for tire repairs.

Came in for a walk in tire rotation. They took my car back almost immediately. Also did an alignment. I was setting up my son s electric dirt bike in the parking lot while I was waiting. I asked them if they could pump the tires after I was finished. No problems, all smiles. I m glad I bought my tires here back in May.

Great service, rightly priced, complementary tie rotation, very friendly and courteous front desk. Needed alignment, was done within an hour. I highly recommend the KoP location.

Not happy I booked an appointment a week before dove from hatfield to Philly to pick up a new clients car for brakes had a 8:AM appointment got there at 7:45am to be told I don't see your appointment can u come back next week we are booked ... I'm love my team in Lansdale pa. I took the car all the way back to lansdale they took the car in and got it back in 1.5 hours ..love team lansdale Pa

Summary: This shop damaged my daily driver to the point where I have to replace a whole axle and wont accept any responsibility. Multiple independent mechanics confirmed the damage was from the work CJ's did on my suspension. During the whole exhange I was talked down to by multiple levels of managers. Take your car there if you want to risk them breaking something and making YOU pay for it. They also have video of the work being done but refuse to share it.Original Review: Be careful using CJs. Took my car in to have them replace the front shocks on my car. After getting the car back every thing seemed ok until I got under the car to see my CV boot slipped off a bit and was leaking. Took it back and asked if they could slide it back on and reclamp it. They said they couldn't help because the car was lowered.... Ok but you just replaced my shocks without an issue. I leave and buy the parts to DIY it. Now I got to take the wheels off and the lugs were COMPLETELY OVER TIGHTENED!! THEY WONT EVEN BUDGE WITH MY CORDED IMPACT GUN!!. I even sheared my breaker bar tip off in my socket trying to get them loose. Over torqued lugs from a place that is a "tire shop"? I feel bad for anyone that would need to put their spare on in an emergency! There is no way for them to replace a flat unless they have a neumatic impact gun in their car.Update 1 11/22/21 - After managing to free the lugs and dropping the axel to replace the CV boot I find that the CV boot flange was completely bent was causing the leak in the first place (Pic). This damage is because CJs decided to skip corners and just pull on the lower control arm to get the front suspension out.Update 2 11/23/21 - Stopped by this morning to show John (Manager) the photos of the damaged part. He was defensive and immediately started talking down to me. Dropping excuses "well you supplied your own parts", "your car is lowered" and so on. If he knew what he was talking about he would know that none of those pertain the damage shown. This damage was from an unknowledgeable employee cutting corners to save time. He paraded techs in and out of the shop to echo his thoughts.Update 3 11/23/21 - A higher up called me to discuss the situation. While explaining my story he interrupted multiple times to tell me about how much experience he has. OK cool dude... Talking down seems to be common in this company. I told him that all I wanted was for them to replace the part they broke. I would go through the struggle of installing it myself. He then said he "might" consider to work with me, but only if the replacement part was aftermarket... His estimate $100, while a new unit from VW is $400. I refused and he hung up.I went ahead and purchased an OEM axel and replaced it myself. This company is so cheap the they wont right their wrong over a difference of $300. If this is how this company operates be prepared to be nickeled and dimed every time you're at their mercy.Thanks guys, your work really speaks for itself here. Now I'm concerned about the other times I brought my car into this establishment..

Took my car in for a tire change and they locked up the whole shop for two days without telling me. Came back later to see what was up and no one was there and there was no way to reach anyone. Left me stranded without a car for two days with no notice whatsoever. Not cool

Can't say enough about the guys at CJ's in KOP! This is my second time shopping there, and the first time was many years ago. So long ago that none of the guys there were even on the staff. Back then it was my '04 Tahoe Z71, this time my '18 Jeep Wrangler. This experience started with about 4 calls to Daulton, helping me make an informed decision on tires and wheels. To make a long story short, I have a 2.5" lift on my Jeep and was looking to go from stock to 35's. Couple places I called said I could use the stock wheels, some said I couldn't, and Daulton basically gave me all the info I needed to understand why I could, but it was best to get new wheels. In addition to the great advice, he gave me a great quote on five (5) Falken Wildpeak AT3W's.They fit me in the schedule, last minute, during a busy holiday season and took care of me. Even when we ran into issues with the TPMS, Daulton and John were open and upfront and kept me informed. I had to come back the next day, which was a Saturday, and they made sure to get me squared away, even having to stay late, past closing. The whole team was top notch and they took care of my Jeep like it was their own. EVEN, when it was close to and after closing hours. Can't thank the guys, John, Daulton, Jadon, Ty, Ray, and Joel enough. I appreciate y'all and I'll definitely be back. This time it will be a lot sooner than 15 years, lol.Thanks again guys!

Amazing Service. Yesterday my BMW had a flat tire. It has run flats so I was able to make it off of I-76 and into King of Prussia. After calling around to make sure companies had run flats and my tire size in stock I called CJ's Tire. Took the car in and right away John Adiletto ( store manager) and Daryl (didn't get his last name) made all the right recommendations. After deciding not to replace the tires with run flats and choosing tires John and his team discovered that the rim had been cracked. They give me several places that might have the rim. After finding one, they put the new tires on the BMW and recommended the warranty. ( Which we did purchase) The service was Great and the staff was professional and knowledgeable. My car is back on the road and I am very thankful for CJ's tires. Will be going here from now on and sending all my friends. Thanks John and Daryl. I'll be buying you guys lunch.

Bought a car and it started making a rattling sound. Guys at CJs told me it s probably nothing serious. Ended up just being the heat shield. Got inspection, oil change, and a good look under the hood for less than $200 out the door. Super friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. I ll be getting my next set of tires there when it s time. Taking my wife s jeep in soon for 90k mile maintenance. They ve got a customer for life. (I wasn t asked or paid to leave this review)

Old 5 star review from 2-3 years ago below***********************I was recently told by the team at CJ s that I needed new front brakes. I said ok, I ll be back in 2 weeks to get it done. I come back exactly 14 days later and say I m dropping off to get my front brakes installed . I get a call 2 hours later with ok, the estimate for front and rear brakes and rotors will be $3,000 . A complete disconnect from what was originally recommended, what I asked for, and a crazy price on top. I went down the road to the expensive specialty shop and was told you don t need either brakes or rotors immediately, but we can do it all for $2,000 total . Very upsetting. This past week I noticed 2 nails in my tire. I figured I would give CJ s another shot. I walked in and was told within 5 minutes that I would need a new tire as the nails were too close to one another. Brought my car to the specialty shop again for a second opinion; they said no problem for them to patch the tire. I understand CJ s King of Prussia is under new management. Also seem to be inexperienced. Beware folks.Old Review - John and the team at CJ s in KOP are the best in the business. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, they are very personable, caring and understanding. I trust their expertise and know that their advice comes from a good place that is not driven by price gouging or insisting on parts or services that are not necessities. All 3 of my vehicles are solely serviced by CJ s.

Called on Saturday shortly before close, and they were kind enough to take me right away! The manager was extremely polite, customer focused, and very knowledgeable. Tires are great, and I am thankful for such a wonderful experience! Thank you!

I bought a flat tire in to have it replaced and I was in the waiting room for less than 15 minutes. I got a good quality tire at a terrific price! They did a wonderful job! Thank you so much CJ s Tire and Automotive!

Always professional, best prices, and best quality work. They had no problem installing 37" tires on a 17" wheel, and low profile runflats on a sports car. Not a single scratch. Most shops refuse to even do those tires, and these guys beat their price and service level.

I had a wonderful experience that CJ tires made a bad experience turn into a great experience. The gentleman that waited on me could have sold me additional tires could have sold me an extended warranty. He was honest he was informative. He was polite and if I owned business he is the caliber of person that I would want working for me at the front desk. CJ tires turned and upsetting and frustrating event into something much more palatable. Thank you, CJ tires

I have been going for years. They treat you like family and are always the nicest people. They only do what really needs to be done to your car. Very honest, very reliable and reasonable. once you go there, you ll be happy did. They do a great job on the work that they do.

Helpful at the front desk. Wasn't sure if I had to patch the tire or I needed to replace the tire; analysis showed just a patch. Could have been a big difference in cost and I wouldn't have been any wiser. Honesty and helpfulness will bring me back as a return customer.

We got a flat tire and went into CJs when it opened the next day around 8am. No appointment, just walked in. They got our car in the shop within 15 minutes! They were super communicative the whole time about what was going on and even had us come in the shop to show us the tire. We were out of there with a fixed tire in 1.5 hours total. Couldn t have been happier with our decision to go to CJs. Very kind employees, clean waiting room and workshop too. Highly recommend!!

Had an appointment for an oil change and rotate the tires. They did the oil change but forgot to rotate the tires So the car had to go back in. Only waited another 20 minutes

Visited CJ s Tire in King of Prussia for minor maintenance including battery change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. It was easy to get an appointment and the service was efficient and reasonably priced. Very good experience.

Norcini's Auto Body highly recommended CJ's Tire & Automotive.I am extremely glad that I followed that recommendation. CJ's saved me a lot of time, running around, money and hassle. CJ's welcomed me as a long term customer. The professionalism and service that they provided told me that they want me to be a long term customer.CJ's has several locations. We purchased 4 tires for our daughter s car at a great price in Dec 2020. Daughter got a flat late one night a Friday in December 2021 (a year later). We called and John Adiletto (manager) told us to bring on in and he d take care of it. Tires had insurance so that was cheap to take care of. Not only did they take care of the flat tire, staying late on a Friday, they fixed a headlight and completed an alignment, and all at a great price and with great customer service. All staff were courteous and informative. We could see the car being serviced through the waiting room window.Also did not realize they perform state inspection and oil changes for your car. We will be going here for our future car needs.Great price. Great staff. Great service. A plus!

So this is the best Tire and Auto place out there. They get the work done nearly instantaneously. You drop it off whenever you want and BANG! Like Emeril Lagasse they cook up a new version of your car...and it's tasty. I have never described a tire and auto shop as "tasty" but there you have it.

Need to give a HUGE shoutout to Jaden at the front desk incredibly helpful, kind, and fantastic guy. This was the tenth place I called to try to replace a flat tire and when I called, Jaden said this should have been your first call. He was right!!Jaden took the time to walk me through my flat tire (and looked at all the other ones), and they did it for less than any other tire shop was quoting me (trust me, I called them all). Took only an hour!Thank you for turning a stressful situation into just such a pleasant experience! I ll be back!
