I would never recommend this. They botched every aspect of my repair. Paint work looks like hell. Pitted and full of dust particles. The exhaust tips are very uneven, they put a loud aftermarket muffler on and tried calling it OEM parts, aftermarket Chinese bumper and plastics are junk and plastic bubbled up. Wire harness doesn t fit the plug now. They told me that my exhaust is uneven bc I had an aftermarket exhaust on the truck before which is a lie and makes ZERO sense. In fact they put one there now! I can t believe they returned my truck to me like this. Shoddy workmanship

Had 2 experiences with them over the past few years. The first car was totaled, but the second was repaired. I was very happy with the paint match and speed of their work. I had a GEICO claim so they are a preferred repair shop. They over torqued my wheel so I couldn t get it off, but they were kind enough to make the situation right. I might go to the dealership next time if it s an insurance claim for a BMW, but if you need a high quality job done quickly this is a great choice.

I was rear-ended at a red light. A friend recommended Caliber. Professional. Great communication with frequent text messages so I didn't have to keep calling. Provided a completion date early on and car was ready 5 days sooner. Their workmanship is excellent, plus the interior of the car was cleaner than when we brought it in! Caliber KOP has a connection with Enterprise KOP so both getting the rental and dropping it off at Caliber was wonderful.

I was in a car accident and the whole drivers side was dented and scratched. My car took less than 2 weeks to fix. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. When I got home after picking up my car, I noticed two things that had to be fixed. Two days later, I brought it in and already have it back. Shawn drove it to my house to drop it off to help me out. Would definitely go back here!

I am very satisfied with the repair service from Caliber Collision, they did an awesome job. When Chris pulled around with my car it was as if it just drove off the lot my smile was so wide my face hurts also, my car was so clean in comparison to when I brought it in Thanks to Chris and Jen at the front desk is also very attentive to my questions and concerns. Hopefully I don t have to go back because of another hit and run lol but I would choose them again at that location if needs be. Excellent Job Chris!!!! Thank you Guys

On 4/12 2023 I took my 2010 Acura TL (Recently purchased from a dealer), into Caliber for repair from a hit and run. The repair cost to me (my insurance deductible) was $500.00. They were supposed to repair the damage to the rear passenger door.When I when to pick up my vehicle, the interior ceiling fabric was hanging down. I called this to the attention of the contact representative (Jason K.) and he sent the manager out to talk to me. The manager kept insisting that they had done nothing to cause the sagging, but clearly it was from something they did, as it was not sagging prior to bringing it in. The Manager I spoke to (Charles Harper), made it clear that they were going to take no responsibility for the damage they did to my vehicle.The contact representative (Jason K) told me that they had to remove the Drip Molding on the top of the car to do their repairs. I contacted a friend of mine who is knowledgeable about cars, repairs, etc.... he told me that what probably happened was that they likely pulled the trim on top to pull the door, and probably left it in the rain (in their yard without the trim, allowing moisture into the ceiling. The last 3 days or so has been constant rain here).I would like to also note that I went by there on Friday of last week (3/28/23) to check on the vehicle and the repair to the door had been completed, and it was in fact, sitting out in the rain.The bulk of the ceiling material in the rear is falling and the trim on the sides is also starting to fall off. I bought this car about 4 months ago from a dealer and there was NO sign what so ever, of the interior material falling, and it was in tack when I dropped it off to Caliber.NEVER AGAIN will I take a vehicle to CaliberService: Painting

Can t say enough good things about caliber collision. My wife was in a car accident and sustained front end. Damage in our brand new Honda. They had the car for roughly 30 days to no fault of their own but only because a sensor we needed was on back order. Caliber kept me informed weekly on the status of our car and I was always met with someone very friendly if I called with any questions. The car was finished on time as promised, and looks great. They didn t want us to leave unless we were happy, and we are very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them ! Thanks so much caliber

Super fast service: wife s car was rear ended right before Christmas. Took it to caliber and literally had it back in 7 days. Great service and they explained everything they were doing in detail. Would definitely recommend!

The staff here are AMAZING! They are so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. My jeep looks brand new and you would never be able to tell where the damage was. Highly recommend to anyone.

These folks are awesome! I wish more people knew about them. I'll make sure I tell everyone I know!They kept me updated with the status of the car and worked with my insurance. They even clean the car thoroughly before giving it back to you. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

My car got hit & run bad while I was at work. My insurance company sent me to Calibur & they were fantastic. Everyone was so incredibly kind & helpful through the whole process & they even finished my car before the estimated date. My car looks brand new. They are not detail oriented, like a detail shop should be. They don't return calls in a timely fashion. They do not complete jobs on schedule. They are polite, and well meaning.

Brought my car in after getting rear ended. They did an incredible job. The customer service was outstanding. I was updated the entire time. My car was also fixed extremely quickly. I have never received such great service from an auto body shop before. Had an incident where someone hit my car that was parked. My car was totally destroyed, thought it would have been totaled out. Caliber did an excellent job. Customer service was excellent! They kept me updated with progress and part availability! I m ver satisfied with their service and my car looks amazing! Thank you guys! Sam was very helpful with play by play updates and Eric the body tech did a superb job making my truck look factory spec and in an impeccable time frame. When I got my vehicle back it was cleaned thoroughly and will I be sure to return for any future repairs
