According to Google, Wednesday afternoon is slow (Kennett). I drove up and there were already cars in both bays. 29 minutes later (I used my iPhone's stopwatch app) I drove away with new oil, new filter, tire pressure adjusted, and other fluids topped off and a discussion of what my older, high mileage car MAY need next time all with only a $50 charge. These people know what they're doing and their system is designed for total efficiency. Capitalism at its best. I'll be back in 3-5000 miles.

I recently visited Tolsdorf a 2nd time for work on my 2014 Nissan Sentra. The 1st time was in June 2023. I am extremely satisfied with the service. They are consistent. Their prices are fair, and the staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Tolsdorf.

Always great service :) The employees are fast, knowledgeable, and very nice. I feel like they don't push products, if you don't want them, but it's nice when they suggest them. I had been meaning to change my windshield wipers so it was a nice reminder. They also notified me of a slow air leak in one of my tires, that I was aware of, but some people wouldn't know unless they came into a place like this. Also nice of them to always top off some things like windshield wiper fluid, pump air into tires, etc. while they service you. 10/10 would come again

This has the best oil change experience - ever! So, you may be wondering how an oil change could be a good experience...Tolsdorf has a drive-up/drive-through service center. You never leave your car and the entire oil change takes about ten minutes. Plus, they top off all of the fluids, check the tire pressure and air filters and give honest recommendations. I've been here twice and will always return! They suggested a tire rotation and cabin air filter for my next oil change - no pressure - just great customer service and highly skilled mechanics!Service: Oil change

While on my way up to Jennersville from VA recently my check oil light turned on. Once I got into the area and settled into my relatives house I did a quick look online and found Tolsdorf was about 10-12 miles down the E Baltimore Pike in Kennett Square.A short drive later I arrived, it can come up quick so make sure you're paying attention as you're approaching. They're right next door to the Dunkin' Donuts. When you enter the lot you drive around the back of the building to one of the 3 bays. They'll point you to the one they want you to go to. From there, leave your keys in the car and walk inside.The lounge is clean and comfortable and there's a glass wall so you can see the entirety of the garage and watch them work on your vehicle if you desire. There's also a coffee machine and such so you can have a hot drink while you wait.My wait time was probably about 15 minutes total, even with a couple of people in front of me when when I arrived. I was out the door and back on the road in no time at all. Price was about $40 and that was with the basic oil and filter change. Tolsdorf did a great job and I'll certainly consider using them again if I need an oil change while I'm in the area.

Hadn't been here in about 7 years but I drove an hour out of the way to get my oil changed here.Service was just as good as I remembered it being. The guys are chill and it literally took them about 17 minutes to change the oil and air filter. The prices are very fair.If you're in Southern Chester County, I'm not really sure why you'd get an oil change anywhere else these guys are 100!

These guys always do a great, quick, and relatively inexpensive oil change and fluid top off. They check out some other stuff and always tell me if something needs addressed. My main spot for this servicing.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided at the Kennett Square Tolsdorf Oil Lube Express. Theprofessionalism and knowledge exhibited by Ricardo and the rest of the team is remarkable. We've been a very-satisfied customer for a few years now. Every visit to this location I always have a great experience. Just drive in, they will guide you inside the garage and explain everything you need to know after that. Very simple. Stay in your car service, professional and courteous technicians there that do a great job. This visit Tony, one of the techs, found I needed to change my engine air filter. Good call. Clean air to your engine is always best for the intake system. No, they are not pushy, just helpful. I have sent my family & friends here, they all love this place. Thank you to Tony, Rob & Ricky, these guys really work hard to gain your trust and do a thorough job.

Extremely professional and friendly I will not go anywhere else. Antonio was happy and professional along with all his guys and had me in and out of there in NO time. Wish I knew about you sooner. Cut that damn tree down and get a bigger sign. Hahaa. Thanks team!!

I didn t know oil changes could even be this fast. 10 minutes in and out. Didn t even have to leave my car. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They had all my car s info in their system from the one time I came before, which made things go even smoother. All oil change shops should be like this.

I love going here for my oil change and other car needs! The workers are always so kind and professional and help you in whatever you need. As many of the other reviewers have said, this place was professional, fast, and reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised to see an antique car being serviced there when I drove up. I figured that meant someone who loves cars is using them. I also traded emails with Tony (manager) over the weekend because I use a synthetic oil in my car. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.Service: Oil change

It was my first time going there to get my car's oil changed. I was very pleased. The staff was wonderful. They're fast and did a great job. There prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back.5 stars for sure!!!!

I pulled up 10 minutes before close. They got me in. Only to encounter an issue with my filter that definitely took more time than usual! Cannot stress enough how polite and professional they all are, explained everything to me!

I have been coming to this shop for at least a decade. Since I am in this area 1-2x a week, I will stop in every so often for top offs and tire refills. The staff is always fast, courteous, and kind. While their oil change prices are a little higher than some places they are fairly competitive and offer a variety of oil changes (like high mileage with synthetic, which is what I use). I highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Tolsdorf. Not only do they change oil, they check tire pressure, refill fluids, check windshield wipers, clean my windshield, reset my oil light for me, and even clean out debris from under my hood. All in under 10 minutes for less than $50 - and I never even have to get out the car. I tell everyone about Tolsdorf!Service: Oil change

We have been bringing our cars here for a while now. Tolsdorf is so convenient! I have never waited longer than 30 minutes from beginning to end! You can usually find coupons online or in the local value packs. We have never had an issue bringing our cars here. Love love the convenience and the complimentary vacuuming!

The staff that works here have no right being as nice as they all are. I have never had a bad experience going here for an oil change. Everyone is polite and it never feels like the wool is being pulled over your eyes. Quick and easy.

Really great experience. They changed my oil quickly and were incredibly friendly. They topped my fluids and checked my tire pressure. There was no pressure for any additional services which was great. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and fast. They offer services and tell you maintenance schedule but does not upsell services. They also are very helpful to offer assistance if you aren't mechanically inclined.

I had my first visit here today and it was the fastest oil change ever !!! We were in and out in 10 min. They didn't hassle you to buy unnecessary extras. We will definitely be going there for now on .
