Richards gets my highest recommendation. He got me in within a day, diagnosed it, and repaired it...honest and reasonable price. He keeps his shop immaculate, so I can tell he cares about his work. Nice job!

We love Richard s we take our work trucks, as well as our personal cars. We have the upmost trust and confidence with the work that Richard s does for the company and our families. As far as Richard's auto. They have great service. My car needed inspection. I forgot the inspection was due last month. I know there is always people waiting to last moment to get there car inspected. I called for appointment and dropped off my car and the next day it was done. The parking lot was full of cars. I was very thankful my car was done. 5 stars rating from me.

Richard and his team have never let me and my family down. We've been taking our cars there for the past couple of years and have never been disappointed! Needed headlight bulbs replaced for my Kia Forte and Richard accommodated me on very short notice even though his shop was very busy. We always appreciate the quality service, honesty, and professional care experience from Richards Automotive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best auto shop I've ever dealt with. Our family had a total of 4 cars at one time, and Richard did a great job with them all. Fairly priced, excellent advice, and a very clean shop and waiting area. I highly recommend Richard Automotive.

Our family has been going to Richard's for over 10 years, and we refuse to go anywhere else. Prices are always fair, the work is always done perfectly, and he's one of the funniest/nicest guys in the world. His staff is wonderful as well. All of them are very welcoming and very forthcoming with information anytime something needs to be fixed. Best of all, they're all very honest. They don't replace parts when they don't need to be replaced. It's always a treat paying them a visit. I highly recommend them!

I called 5 other shops to see who would patch my tire. Most said they did not have time, 2 agreed and then called and said the tire was unpatchable. Richard's was the only one that patched it, the offered to put it back on and filled all my other tires for $30. Legit honest shop here. I will be visiting again for any necessary repairs. Thank you so much, you made my day.

I thank my lucky stars the day I found Richards! I have an unusual vehicle - a 3500 Express Chevy Van with four wheel drive with a ton of rust. Richard took my very used but loved vehicle and fixed the rust and made it so I am confident to drive it. And this was done at a very reasonable price. I have so much confidence in him. I know he and his staff know their business very well, and they treat me fairly and care enough to follow up and make sure everything is fine. What a gem! I highly recommend Richards!!

Definitely took advantage. I was in a pinch and needed my inspection done, and I'm pretty sure they made stuff up for me to pay extra. I was too naive and young at the time, but I would suggest another place and don't think they are trustworthy.EDIT: I went in November of 2019.
