They dealt with the insurance. Helped me get the rental. They kept me informed about how the repairs were going. Had my truck ready before scheduled time to b done. Took my company truck to get an estimate and they took pictures and never gave me estimate, poor customer service. They don t answer my calls or emails either, it s probably because I m paying cash and not going thru insurance, they like to scam the insurance companies. I tow cars and won t recommend this body shop to anyone that I tow, and I tow accident cars every day.

Great work. Great people. Text messages kept me updated the whole time. They communicated 100% on my behalf with my insurance company. They have a relationship with Enterprise so they can take care of you right on the spot. All easy.

These guys are awesome! After getting into a little fender bender, I brought my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid into Mercer Auto Body and Smitty made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. He took the time to walk me through what to expect with the work that needed to be done, dealt with my insurance company, and was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process and kept me up to date every step of the way. My car was returned me to cleaner then it was before drop off and the paint was perfectly matched. It looked like I never had an accident at all!I am so happy with my experience at Mercer Auto Body and would recommend them to anyone! I hope I won t need to return any time soon, but it feels great knowing that I have a trustworthy auto body shop that I can count on to take great care of me! Thanks Smitty and the entire Mercer Auto Body team you guys are the best!

Brought my car here after an accident -- was able to get in for an appraisal within a few days (all places I called in the city were at least a month wait time). Smitty was excellent --walked me through what to expect, kept me updated throughout the process, dealt with my insurance company and was sure to check in regarding my preferences and was incredibly accommodating with my busy work schedule. I felt well heard and taken care of during what was a very stressful time!

0 STARS No Customer service Estimate was 6630.00 end up being 8065.00??? was to take 95hrs to fix had the vehicle 6 weeks only one phone call after a month read paper and they disconnected the battery while working on it so got it back the radio didn't work because it lost memory now have take it to the dealer and had to replace the battery 250.00 and was not clean and mirror was not tight, I guess don't inspect the vehicle before pick up told they would call bring back never call had to get insurance involved then they want to get paid for the work that they not do right the first time go after another week go to pick up and mirror was not fix cleaning wasn't the good they didn't care I guess i will fix it myself never call to apologize not the original owner so they haven't been there 40 year like say BEWARE!!!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

So far so great! I stopped by to review the damage to my Camry because insurance said they were considering totaling the car. The team an Mercer walked me thru the damage on the car, explained how so many pieces were damaged. Why they did a tear down to confirm the estimate for the insurance company. Thank for the time and helping me understand!

I have a brand new car and the last ice storm a truck broke a branch and destroyed my passenger side mirror. I was devistated but something so good came out of it....I got to experience the AMAZING customer service. They ordered a new mirror and it was in within a day and to top it off they changed the mirror in 20 minutes while I waited. It sucked that this happened but blessed to have Leo and his team at Mercers!!! Thank you again!!!

They don't respond to requests for an appointment on their site. They seem only interested in big insurance work and couldn't care less about small jobs. Bad business practice to completely ignore people who have small jobs; sometimes small jobs done well lead to big jobs later. Not interested in my business and they don't have the professional courtesy to bother to respond when asked. Go somewhere else like me... bad news.
