Mounted and balanced new tires with alignment. Fair and reasonable rates. Waited during service, wait area is comfortable and accommodating. Work was completed quickly and was informed during the process.Highly recommend.

I purchased new tires and went here to have my tires changed and balanced on my 5 series BMW. I was excited to have a local shop that specializes in BMW s.When making the appointment, I specifically declined the complementary inspection. When checking on the status of the work, I learned that they did the inspection anyway. I was not happy to hear that they decided against my specific instructions and it also cost me another 45 minutes waiting in their showroom next to a set of tires, although the chair was comfortable.When they delivered the car, the tires and rims were filthy - it literally looked like old tires. I was surprised and asked to speak to the mechanic. He said the the tires get dusty in transport and the gunk all over the wheels was necessary. They gave me a card for a basic car wash.When I got home, I opened the trunk and found a box of old lug nuts. Why? They said they were extras! Why do I need extras?Then they called and said they forgot to return the wheel lock key, which is pretty important. They dropped it off at my house with another complementary car wash the next day.The final straw was that I noticed some scratches on my rear bumper which required touch up paint.For a simple job, Bavarian Motor works really disappointed. . The office people were very nice, but given my experience, I would not recommend taking your BMW there.

Called to check whether I could have my car serviced for PA safety inspections and emissions sticker. Even though it was nearing Thanksgiving holiday they were gracious in accepting me and providing prompt service. Really an asset for foreign car owners for knowledgeable and trained technicians at prices that beat the dealers. Highly recommend this company for professional service and behavior.

First time using these folks instead of driving all the way up to Ottos BMW. Excellent communication, service, and fair pricing. They make communicating and viewing quotes super easy through texts. You can also pay right through the portal which is nice. I honestly wish more shops did this. They are also communicative in regards to where your vehicle is at in the process.Can t recommend them enough

We have a Tesla and all the places we found were in West Chester. I found Bavarian and it was so close!The experience was perfect start to finish. I dropped off, walked to Kennett, had lunch and came back when done. They even gave me a free car ride wash!!

I had my truck detailed last week. The quality of the work was fantastic! I have had my truck and family cars serviced at Bavarian as well. I recently got my car back from Bavarian Motorsport, the engine needed new camshaft sensors and chain. Car was running rough and now it feels like a brand new car! 1989 bmw 325 i.Thank you to everyone who helped get my car back on the road! Great customer service and employees. 35 years and she's still on the road today!

I realize I'm repeating myself but, as I've said before, the service here is excellent. The team is most accommodating. They provide a detailed analysis of the problem and best way(s) to fix it. In the months since I purchased my Jaguar XJS from them, they've become more than just a trusted partner maintaining my vehicle; they are friends.I could not be happier with the service from Barvarian Motorsport. A classic automobile is always somewhat of a challenge, but my Jaguar XJS is now running as well if not better than the day it came from Coventry. Excellent service and a friendly customer environment are their hallmarks. I would not trust my Jaguar XJS to anyone else.

We use Bavarian Motorsport for both of our cars. They are professional, accommodating, thorough, and trustworthy. We love the way they provide a detailed list, complete with photos and recommendations of issues they find on the car when it's in for maintenance or inspection. Also, Alexandra and Karen are friendly, helpful, and on top of any communications. Experienced and responsive staff! Used night drop to drop my car - got a text when the work was completed - paid online - and BOOM I was done! Bavarian has made customer interaction very easy. If I have any questions, I call and get the answers. Or, I text a question, and get a quick response. Could not ask for anything more! I had a slow leak in my passenger front tire. I was able to make an appointment for the following day at 7:00 AM. I came in for the first time and thought I needed my rear brakes replaced and rotors but I'd forgotten I had that work done previously. They recommended a tire rotation which did the trick. Could've easily just tacked on that unnecessary service. Ethical business, friendly staff and they turned the car around in half a day. Don't go into this place unless you wish to be enthralled, amazed, astonished and very much allured by the witty intelligent and very knowledgeable dedicated staff. The prestige of the cars being presented is only seconded by the beauty and appreciation to detail of each car being sold. There is only immense appreciation of the stock acquired at this group and even greater appreciation of the warmth shown during the sale. This is not a cheap nasty company looking to boost numbers, it is a company looking to transfer well taken care of assets from one owner to another. I am now the owner of a beautiful car that I could afford within my budget. However the appreciation to the client at whatever budget level is immense. I just love this jewel in Kennett.

Great service and workmanship, top to bottom. Friendly, courteous, professional and responsive service reps that clearly and thoroughly explain the issues. Karen and Alex are both great; I worked primarily with Alexa. Great, open communication; and she genuinely cares. Most importantly, they fixed multiple tricky lingering issues that no Audi dealership could even properly diagnose.

Bavarian Motorsports swaps my winter/summer tires during the seasonal changes, for the past 18 months. They are fast, reliable, the cost is reasonable and the team has terrific communication. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them to anyone with the same needs.

Needed tires for my BMW- went onto Tire Rack, shopped and purchased exactly the brand I want, had them shipped directly to Bavarian Motorsport. Two days later they were there, and BM mounted and balanced... easy peasy! I took my car there to get it diagnosed for a weird noise. After the diagnostic was performed i was told the noise was coming from the transmission. I was told that transmission fluid needed to be ordered for it and they would try to do a flush. In the meantime the mechanic offered other services be performed while the car was there and while we waited for the fluid to come in.the car's engine was running fine despite the noise coming from the transmission. So i was told i needed spark plugs and 2 new coils, which i didn't need at the time. That work could have waited as the priority was the transmission. So needless to say that after the charged me for non priority work and a transmission flush that didn't solve the problem, and 3 days later, i had a $1750 bill and was told that I'm still going to need a transmission for the car. I was quoted $17000 for a new transmission. I am super disappointed with how the service was handled, charging for work that could have waited since the car didn't come in for those services. And then quoted an extremely outrageous price to replace the transmission After paying $1700 for unnecessary work. Im not happy with my experience with Bavarian at all. The staff is very nice, but that will be the last time i go there and not recommend them to future clients. Im sorry i had to write this.Service: Transmission repair

I was very pleased with the service. Usually I have gone to the BMW dealer for my 4 series convertible. But Bavarian is very convenient and did a great job and easier than going to the dealer. Service was done on time and fairly priced.
