I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Zook Motors under less than ideal circumstances, and I have to say, they turned a very stressful situation into a remarkably positive experience. After an unexpected emergency that resulted in the loss of my F150, I found myself in urgent need of a replacement.Enter Mandy from Zook Motors. She was not only empathetic to my situation but also remarkably efficient and knowledgeable. Mandy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect truck that met all my needs and preferences. Despite the pressure of the emergency I was dealing with, the process was smooth, and Mandy made sure everything was taken care of with professionalism and warmth.I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Mandy and the team at Zook Motors. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and ability to deliver under tight constraints is commendable. The owners of Zook Motors have created a beautiful dealerships in Kane that they, the rest of their team, and community should be very proud of. Doug was extremely nice and upfront from the beginning. He was quick to return our calls and a great person overall to deal with! He went the extra mile to recalculate our loan when the percentage dropped THE DAY we were scheduled to pick up our vehicle.Mandy did our paperwork and was super nice and accommodating as well!We would shop here again!

Drove down to Zook motors from Buffalo NY.Our saleswoman Mandy had all the paperwork set and ready. Zook Motors service is a one of a kind place. Jessie treats you like family and the entire bunch does an exemplary job. We needed front end work done. They got us right in, gave us a loaner and finished the job right on schedule. I would not hesitate to go back or send my friends there.

I drove 600 miles one way and spent the night in my truck on their lot overnight in order to take delivery of an outstanding '23 F250, which was well worth the effort! Joe, Brandon, Sue, Beth, and Daphne were wonderful. I deeply appreciate their efforts, and would highly recommend Zook Ford to everyone in need of a vehicle.

Hands down amazing. We traveled to purchased our car, called ahead for a test drive they had it out and ready. Drove it, purchased it and away we went. They were not pushy, I knew what I wanted, gave me fair trade in value and everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend!

We purchased a new Explorer from Zook a week ago. We drove 6 hours from Michigan to pick up our vehicle. Our sales representative Mandy helped us to complete as much paperwork as possible before picking up the vehicle. When we arrived, after our long drive, she was fast and efficient completing the rest of the process so we could get back on the road to drive home. While at the dealership the owner Susan made sure to come over and thank us for our purchase and gave us two yeti tumblers. We have bought three new ford vehicles over the past 3 years and Zook by far made the experience the most pleasant. We wish we had a dealership like this near us in Michigan!
