State Farm was recommended to me quite a few years ago.. Steve Tunall Agency was definitely the best decision I made for my insurance needs. As my children got older and needed vehicle , homeowners and renters insurance they all switched to State Farm. They received the coverage they needed at reasonable rates..Steve and Becky are great people to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful.. Whenever I have questions they make you feel important!Becky is amazing! If I need something or have a question she s just a text away for me. I know I can count on her which is a great feeling! ..I highly recommend this agency!

I went to State Farm in Kane a few years ago and I'll never go anywhere else. Steve is great to work with and Becky is the most patient person I've ever dealt with. I call there A LOT with questions and Becky never makes me feel like it's a bother. She is eager to help and they both are right there with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Best experience, hands down.

i was helped by becky when i needed insurance on my car. she was not only so helpful but very pleasant as well. she discussed every option i could make to insure me &my newborn baby s safety. she helped me understand the importance of insurance. you can tell she CARES. steve is just as great, always going above &beyond to help with payments or even just giving me a ride! love this agency!

On October 13th my husband and I switched to state farm for our life insurance. We gave Rebecca and Steve our policies we had through another company and found we were getting ripped off. We switched to state farm and now get double the coverage for less than we were paying. That gives me more security knowing our girls are provided for if anything is to happen to either one of us.Rebecca was very professional and answered all my questions and really helped me understand more about our insurance and coverage. If you want someone to take their time and explain everything and not feel rushed into a policy, then Rebecca is who you want to see.

We highly recommend Steve and his professional, courteous staff. His attention to detail gave us piece of mind to allay our concerns without recommending to over-insure a liability that wasn't necessary but would have increased premiums for another insurance agent. We have had other insurance agents in the past, and I can tell you that based on my experience with Steve and his State Farm office with my business, home, and auto policies,we have no intention of taking our business elsewhere in the future.

We have had several insurance policies through Steve's branch over the years. Their team has always been happy and eager to help with any questions we have. Claims have always been handled promptly and efficiently. We are very happy with their service!
