Best Ford dealership around the area. Always polite and focused on making the experience pleasant. I've never purchased a vehicle here and they always treat me like I'm their biggest customer. Took a company car in for an expensive repair under warranty and they handled it with utmost professionalism and class. I've taken my Bronco there for a few issues and a recall, again they didn't hesitate to provide me with a courteous and professional experience. I highly recommend Suppes Ford for your service needs as well as starting here for a new car. You probably won't go anywhere else.

Great place to get work done on fords. Any car for that matter. I've never gotten a car or truck from them however I did recently install carpet in the building and heard the way they treat people who come through the door. The are super polite and treat everybody not only customers with respect which you don't see much nowadays. I would surely recommend Suppes ford to anyone locking for a vehicle or work done to theres

I purchased a Ford Fusion from Chris. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I needed to have my car serviced he actually came to my workplace to pick up and return it when done making the whole process hassle free!! He is a honorable salesman. A sincere Thank you, Chris!!C.J.Witko and Eric Robson, the service advisors do a fantastic job of taking time out to answer all questions to get you in and out without unnecessary waiting. Thank you two for great service, you are appreciated!! The dealership is very neat, clean and well organized. I also want to shout out to the mechanics that work on my car, you are appreciated and Thank you for your hard work!!! I would not hesitate to purchase another Ford from Suppes!

Bought a new Ford truck here. It had to go back for a loose tailgate, a door seal that kept coming off, rough shifting and then a windshield recall. While all this was vastly disappointing the crew at Suppes made things right. I give Ford an F for quality with regard to the Michigan Assembly Plant who s solution was to try a buy back rather than offer to go over the entire vehicle - which should have been done at the factory and not expect the dealership to clean up their mess. 10/23. With less than 22300 the 4WD switch failed and the blue tooth failed again. Suppes fixed the 4WD switch but told me to unhook the battery and rehook it to reset the Bluetooth . Kinda wish I would have bought another F250.

Highly recommend. I'm not local but decided to buy my new truck from them. I happened to be in town when my truck was ready which was also a Friday before a holiday weekend. They bent over backwards to help finish the process and make sure I had my new truck by the end of the day. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, I cannot recommend them enough!

Sales experience went great on a used for SUV. 37 days after purchase the front transfer case goes out. $1800 fix. Of course when i call them up they only offered a 30 day warranty. Ive discovered multiple items they hide during the sale. However i guess i should have had it inspected somewhere else before purchase. Buyers beware.

Great car buying experience. Today i drove 3 hours to pick up a honda accord crosstour. Car was very clean in and out, well maintained (great job) No paperwork games there. Paperwork explained in details,nothing hidden. The entire staff was very welcoming Ed, you're the man. Thanks again.

I drove 2.5 hours to get the vehicle I always dreamed about, and it was well worth the drive. Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are beyond fair and they never made me feel that I was not important, and I definitely had a lot of questions! I will buy my vehicles there for the rest of my life! I am so grateful for their honesty and reliability!Lastly, Chris thanks for making my car buying experience what it is supposed to be. I really did feel like royalty!!

Excellent employees and overall awesome experience with Suppes Ford in Johnstown, PA. I drove 2 hrs to test drive and buy a lincoln mkz and I was in and out quickly and had an awesome experience. Was able to drive the car home that day no issue or hiccups with paperwork or anything. The owner of Suppes Ford is soo kind and you can tell she cares very much for the customers and the employees and will work with you thru your car buying experience. Chris (my car dealer) explained everything to me about the history and ins an out of the car and actually gave me the history and background of there current building and how it used to be and old Cadillac car assembly building, you just don't find alot of dealers that care about the customers as much as he does anymore. I love the car and the drive there was definitely worth it. I definitely would check this place out if your looking to buy a car, less headache and very wholesome people

We definitely feel that the team at Suppes went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we left feeling very comfortable that we were getting a great, fair deal. While purchasing our car, our son's girlfriend had a problem with her tire as they were leaving for the beach. The Suppes team took a look at her tire and helped get them on their way safely even though the car and tire had been purchased elsewhere. We were very thankful that they helped out like that without any hesitation.Great group of people. The experience was quick and pleasant.

I recently made a service visit to Suppes Ford in downtown Johnstown. I was very satisfied with the quality and cost of the service on my Ford/Mercury vehicle. They have an experienced and courteous staff who appreciate your business, provide top quality service and provide great value. Their labor hourly rates are the lowest in the region and, based on conversations with other customers and my own research and experience, I believe them to be fair and honest in their service recommendations and pricing. I have had less than satisfactory service experiences at other dealerships in the region, especially when it comes time for state vehicle inspections.I highly recommend Suppes Ford not only for service work, but for new car sales. The current general manager, Frank Arcurio, joined Suppes Ford within the last few years and he is known throughout the region as a top notch, honest and willing-to-negotiate sales manager, not to mention his having an engaging personality. He tends to bring old customers with him when he moves from one dealership to another, a great indicator of customer care and appreciation.

Service is second to none, literally. Service at Suppes Ford is as close to non-existent as it gets.Granted they got teamwork, they stick to their lies like glue, refuse to see any evidence of wrong-doing, even after making my parents take a special trip to the dealership where they were promised the vehicle would be detailed to remedy the grease on the seats placed there by the mechanics. Worst part, my parents are disabled, and wasted all that gas money just to be called liars, when they had photos, and evidence that any sensible person would have recognized as sincere and honest.For all intents and purposes this dealership is incompetent in its entirety, from the management the whole way down to the mechanics. I'm writing this on behalf of my parents that purchased an Explorer at Suppes, and each service trip ended with more grease deep in the leather seats, and discolored plastic components due to cleaning with excessively strong chemicals.Thus changing my mind of purchasing a fresh 2013 Explorer Sport from their dealership. Johnstown is my town, I believe in supporting where one lives, but this place is nothing but a den of deception. If you have any issues with your vehicle purchased there, be sure to get all the conversations recorded, as they'll deny the words that came from their mouths mere minutes prior.Buyer beware, and get yourself a good Ford elsewhere, anywhere else but Suppes... unless you enjoy your new vehicle's flawless leather interior caked with grease due to mechanics too lazy to put protective materials down until after the job is done.

I needed to request a Brand New key because I had misplaced my key and they had the right key that I needed and also had to do is take the key to a locksmith and get them to cut the key because there key cutting machine was not working properly plus also I had some recall on my Ford Explorer and they had repaired the recall and also the people there were very friendly and helpful plus they have some nice vehicles that I was looking at is I was waiting for my vehicle repairs

my father always told me to keep my money in Johnstown if i could. so when i set out to buy a used fusion i went to suppes instead of heading to Greensburg or Monrovillie. this was my first mistake. after the salesman told me that "we don't go down on used cars" i should have know better. like a fool i was misled and suckered in. but that's not where the problem lies, after trying to talk to the female owner she was extremely arrogant and rude. as were most all the other employees. it was almost like they were all family or related and i was in there house with my shoes on. even the sleazy man who does the financial paperwork looked like he had been there since Johnstown actually had a population, he was also a real d!@k. with my fathers voice in my head i bought the car any way, for full asking price! i know crazy right! i didn't even get car mats. then the first day i had it the key was stuck in the ignition. after finding a tsb on the problem they acted like i was speaking Chinese. after 33 days the check engine light comes on. i take the car down. im told they cant just hook it up to the computer i have to "get the 102 point inspection for $109.00" i did not do this . now the car is shifting very hard, the rpm's go through the roof when you first put it in gear, and a terrible sound coming from the front left tire. no it;s not the brakes. in any event please use caution when dealing with this mafia mentality at this establishment. needless to say i have told 200+ people about this and will continue to do so. BEWARE!

There was a recall on an F 150 I bought brand new. It was for bad paint. I took the truck in to get repainted, I was told the recall only lasted one year. They refused to paint it. Within one week I sold the truck and bought a brand-new one from another dealer. 25,000 . Cash. You should have painted the truck... never went back to a Ford dealer again.

Fixed my issue in just over an hour. Got me in the same day I called for an emergency repair on a broken window hinge. Programmed my door code too! Nice waiting area. Friendly customer service.

The staff was great and willing to do anything they could to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. They were more than accommodating and did everything to ensure that the entire car buying process was smooth and easy.

I was trying to find this place but instead I ended up at the garage area. The building is not even labeled at all. Very very hard to find even though you see a bunch of Explorers and F150s parked at the edge of the intersection. Isn't it standard that they have a big Ford sign up with Suppes on it? Good luck finding the sales people!!!
