Great experience!! I saw a new subaru on the lot that I liked. Contact them by email and then text messages we did most of the process through texting no pressure to buy. I have bought many cars in my lifetime I must say this was the best experience . Went to sign the papers, very easy the lady was awesome. They had my car in the showroom looking awesome. Mr.Mike was the best ! He helped me to hook up my phone thank you!! He made sure that I knew about all the stuff excellent service. Will go back .

I most definitely give Spangler Subaru 5 stars! Amazing experience with Katie, along with Garrett and Denise. I LOVE my Subey! Even after purchasing my new car, the team has been supportive, kind, and helpful with anything I ve needed. I highly recommend Spangler Subaru! Go get your new ride!

This dealership has the worst service department of any dealership I have ever been to and the manager will tell you there is nothing he can do and things are out of his control.I have tried to get service done here three times and have been given nothing but excuses as to why they can't perform the work whether it's because they had mechanics call off or there isn't enough time before closing to get it doneIf I could give 0 stars I would and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone ! The last straw was when my appointment was scheduled and I was told it would be around 4 hrs and after 4 hrs I came back and asked if it was done I was told it had not been touched so needless to say because of my two visits prior I was and the manager offered nothing of any sorts to make things right.I filed a claim with Subaru of America and they took care of things .Now I just need to find a different Dealership that has a management staff that is competent to do their jobs!!!

I bought my car here in 2020 and continue to bring it to Spangler for regular service. The sales team was awesome to work when buying and financing my car. The service department here is excellent. The staff are friendly and informative. The waiting area is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Coffee and snacks are available while you wait. There s also guest wifi so I usually bring my laptop and I always joke that I get my best work done at Spangler! Highly recommend this Subaru dealership.

Can't speak more highly of the service staff here. Came in for wipers, and they handled very quickly but also informed me of all the other service benefits Subaru has to offer. Will be back for sure.

Recently purchased a new Subaru from the Spangler team. Probably the easiest car sales process I've had. They had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Mike, our salesman, was professional and knowledgeable. Since I'm a previous owner, he asked if I was familiar with things and only spent time on those that I wasn't or that were brand new. They quoted a price that was what I was expecting based on my research, so no haggling - they offer you their best price up front. And the paperwork closing process (always the longest) was as fast and pain-free as could be. These guys really care about their customers!!!

Amazing dealership! Worked with Sasha who I would highly highly recommend. With our plans to come out during the weekend from Philadelphia, they worked with us to hold the car until then, and made the process as smooth as possibly so that we could come in and just pick up the car. She was super responsive, answered all questions we had, and most importantly, made us feel very comfortable during our first purchase from a dealership. I would not hesitate to work with her again!

I have always been treated well by Spangler Subaru s service department, and they have earned my trust. The technicians are honest and helpful, and I know that I m not going to get ripped off just for being female. The waiting room is comfortable and has snacks for customers, but I rarely have much time to enjoy it, as they always do the work quickly!

DO NOT GO HERE.I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport mode. And I drove off a couple months later with more problems with it than a car from 2006. They wanted to charge me 500 dollars just to *GRIND* my rotors that didn t even turn out to be warped:I went to stucky Subaru In Hollidaysburg pa, and they informed me it s arm bushing. They did a fantastic job.Sprangler Subaru tried to take advantage of me and tried to charge me almost $800 because I was alone and not with my husband. The minute my husband called them they acted completely differently towards him than me.Then whenever I went to drive off with my car after I had it in the shop I had more problems with it than good. They definitely lost a loyal customer who bought almost a 32,000$ car from them. I will not be back here for my next car I will go to *STUCKY SUBARU*I am unbelievably disappointed with this place. I didn t even try to hassle the price of the car even though it had a dent in the front driver side car door that they didn t inform me of.Also to talk about information, they didn t inform me of my warranty either. Bunch of crooks.

Just purchased my second Subaru Outback from Spangler Subaru in Johnstown, PA. Garrett Spangler was very helpful and patient in not only helping me deciding on the right options for my Outback, but was also very knowledgeable and patient in helping understand the features and technology of my new 2024 Outback Premium when I picked it up. My old 2011 Outback Premium had over 185,000 miles so it may be awhile until I purchase another vehicle from the Spanglers, but until them, I give this family-owned dealership a five star rating and recommendation to anyone considering purchasing a Subaru.

I bought a new Impreza over the weekend from Mark at Spangler Subaru. I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received there. All of the employees were friendly and courteous and the atmosphere was very welcoming. You did not get that feeling like you were being poached for a sale. Mark was an exceptional salesman. He went out of his way to make sure I had what I wanted and answered every single question I had a did everything possible to ensure that I got the best deal possible. I went through the loan process with Denise who was so warm and funny. She guided me through the warranty and loan paperwork, explaining everything and making sure I understood everything I was signing. I am so happy with my car and the service I received there, I highly recommend Spangler Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new car. Their prices are incredible and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much Spangler Subaru!!!

Wonderful staff! They gave me a new car to borrow while my car was being serviced at no charge. I love that they wash my car anytime it is in for service also!! Spangler Subaru is a great place to do business with.

I have been buying Subaru cars from Spangler Subaru since 1996. I've always had a great experience. Forrest Spangler and his team know how to make the car buying experience pleasant. I've never been dissatisfied in the 21 years of dealing with them, I've always gotten the car I wanted at a great price. I recommend Spangler Subaru to anyone, in fact I've told many people in the Pittsburgh area about Spangler.

Took our mom there to check out Subarus and Jared was so helpful and knowledgeable that my mom ended up buying her new Outback on the spot. Awesome experience and will be back for more vehicle purchases.

Hands down THE BEST service. I take my WRX here for service etc. They treat you like family. From the moment you walk through the door. I would not trust my WRX to anyone else. FANTASTIC. As always job well done!

No words to describe the the treatment by service department ..do not question the service dept! Or you will get belittled and gas lighted especially if your an older female. They were to top off fluids and didn't. Took it back to have it done. They said fluids were "satisfactory" I replied the ad said they top off fluids. They took my car in. A half hour later asked about my car and they said Oh were going completely over it again. They knew i just wanted fluids topped off. Refused to give me my car back till they washed it again. Checked fluids afterwards they decided to over flow the coolant line. GUESS THEY SHOWED ME!I took pics of it. Their behavior was abusive and uncalled for!

Quickly diagnosed and treated my ailing Subaru, kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. LOVED the dog friendly, spacious waiting area and surprised with a top notch car wash on the way out! Won t take my car anywhere else now and just moved to Johnstown a few years back. I ll drive nothing but a Subaru and now feel lucky to have discovered my dealership and service experts! First impressions matter!

Patty was Amazing scheduling me and getting me a courtesy car. She was kind, understanding, and considerate. Yet got the scheduling done quickly and smoothly. Thank you, Patty! Matt was an awesome technician that serviced my car to make it work like it is supposed to. In addition to the other work I requested, He noticed my alignment was out and offered to fix it which is now saving my tires. He was super kind, friendly, and understanding. Thank you Matt! Ryan and Jesse were great getting me checked in and getting my courtesy car. Jesse also helped me get my extended warranty credits onto my bill so as to cover the additional expenditures. Thank you Ryan and Jesse! Ashley was wonderful at the payment center. She did everything quickly, and when I had questions, she got me the person who could answer my questions quickly. Thank you Ashley! Car service is not always pleasant; however, You as a team at this shop made my trip to the service department the best trip than I have had in years. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Shopping for vehicles always made me panic. My husband and I spent the day looking for a vehicle and I wasn't holding out much hope. Katie found us a car we really liked for the price we requested. She took the time to explain how all the gizmos in the car worked, and took all the pressure out of buying the car. The interest rates were the lowest around, even beating the credit union. Subaru has a good reputation to begin with, but the employees at Spangler's made my car buying experience a lot less stressful.

I have worked with Katie at Spangler Subaru twice now, and both times have been amazing. Shopping for a vehicle can be so stressful, but Spangler makes the process so easy! I was able to text Katie about questions which really worked well with my hectic work schedule. There is no sales game mess here. The prices were fair and a lot more agreeable than other dealerships I had researched. Thank you Spangler Subaru for your amazing customer service. I will come back here every time and recommend it anyone in the market for a Subaru.

I had an ABS sensor on my outback malfunction while on a road trip, 3 hours from home. Spangler subaru service was fantastic! They got us in to look at it right away, ordered the part and even drove us to the hotel for the night. When the part came in they quickly took care of it to get us our car back and home. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. It can be very unsettling to be in a strange location and have something like this happen, spangler made us feel safe. I appreciate everyone there!

Our car was totaled in an accident, and we were given a 2023 Crosstrek Sport as a rental. The day I drove it home, I was sold. This car drives and feels, like no other car I've owned. So! My wife and I stop in at Spangler Subaru, and meet George Conrad. He took the time to explain every feature the Crosstrek had to offer.
