Price was good and counter service person was nice. Only thing was my one wheel had a deep scratch in it when I picked my truck up which I didn't look at until I got home but I left go because how could I prove it was done there once I left. My fault for not looking.

Tire prices are ok but their mechanics are average. Had a tire rotation and they put the lug nuts on so tight I couldn't remove them with my air wrench. When I called to inform them they were ignorant. Would never suggest this garage to anyone as they damaged our cars three different times and never owned up to it.

Not the place to get your car inspected if you have high mileage. They will fix everything broken or not.

I have been coming to Roxbury Tire for a few years now and I don't trust anyone else to service my vehicle. I have all my routine maintenance done here as well as my tires. I never have an issue getting an appointment when I need one and they consistently go above and beyond every single time. I always recommend them. They have repaired a number of things on my Malibu and I never have an issue.

Freddy is the best! Always willing to help the customer in any way possible. Very high quality professional staff and amazingly friendly! I have a fleet of vehicles I need services regularly and I wouldn't let anyone else beside Roxbury Tire to do the work. The best in town for not only tires but a wide range of other vehicle needs too!

Appointment time was accurate, they took us in right away. Had the new tires on and we were back in the car within 20 minutes. Curtious staff and reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for tires.

I called to make an appointment to get the oil changed in my car and I was able to get an appointment just two days later. I walked across the street to Roxbury Park to wait and had a small snack while reading a book. In less than 20 minutes my car was done. Mr. Hicks was very nice and I was very pleased with Roxbury Tire Center and I'll be back again.

Fairest Garage ive been to in my Life! Very Good to know their's Still Good Honest people and Prices in this town. Manny I Believe is the gentleman that helped me out he went Above and beyond and was Very Happy to do it. A+ Work and Prices

These guys are awesome. Had issues with brakes, had me scheduled first thing the next day. They went so far as to remove my hitch and ball and place it in my truck so someone didnt walk by and take it. Great service, love these guys. Justin

The service was great! I was in town unexpectedly due to a family emergency and had to replace 2 tires and ball joints; Fred and his staff took good care of my car and even gave me a ride to the hospital and picked me up when my car was ready. If I ever have trouble with car when visiting again, I would definitely go back to Roxbury Tire.

My parents purchased tires here, and it will probably be the last time they do so. Unbeknownst to them they didn't get the road hazard warranty that Roxbury offers for an additional cost, but they were under the impression that they were charged for it. Then "Bobby" proceeded to upset my mother and tell her not to drive the car and that the chunk out of the tread was from "going over a sewer grate." After I took their vehicle to my mechanic, my mechanic said that it was okay to drive until the new tire came in. Also, because of the lack of clarification on the warranty, my parents had to pay for a new tire. Service was good... Freddy always greets the customers when they walk in, which is nice. But this is going to be the last time buying tires here. Just be careful... not everything is what it seems.

Very unhappy with the company. My 18 year old daughter took her vehicle to them because they came highly recommended. She just bought the vehicle needed some work done. After putting a control arm on, tie rod end, bleeding the brakes, and alignment the vehicle is making more noises then it did before and there are no brakes. It cost 605 dollars which would have been fine if the vehicle was fixed correctly and its not and when they are told about it they say well it worked fine when we were done with it so you must have did something to it. The vehicle has not been moved or touch since it was brought home. I just don't believe this is a way someone should be treated they were sure fast to take all the money but not whiling to check it over to see if a mistake is made.

Anytime I have a problem with my car I take it here. Freddy's crew has fixed tire, computer problems , oil and really most things a dealership does only with a significant price difference. The crew there is knowledgable and courteous.The only thing I would tweak would be for example: My throttle control went out. My son and I barely made it to the shop but we did. I left my car to be fixed. I could not find a ride home which is only 2.5 miles away. I asked if we could possibly have someone take us home like they had done before. Needless to say my 7 yr old son and I walked back up to westmont. A little exercise never hurt. Maybe a service for a ride home within a reasonable range to where the garage could add to the final bill would work in owner and patron favor? If new to the area or just looking for an affordable quality garage check out Roxbury Tire.

Stopped by and got tires while I was in town. Fast, friendly service and a fair price. I don't think I need to say much more. I will add that if they don't have what you want in stock, they can usually get it in a day or two.

Over the weekend my pressure light came on. I need my car desperately but had to wait till monday when they opened. They were so busy but told me to bring it up. They are very kind and professional. Extremely good service.

Great service, knowledgable staff, best prices in town and online. I came back to Roxbury Tire after being a customer in the past...I will buy from only Roxbury Tire in the future. I ve already referred a friend to experience customer priority service!!

I am posting for my cousin whom was there yesterday September 11th 2017, she does not have a smart phone, she bought her tires there this past June along with a warranty on them she had a flat on the 1 tire and made an appt. to have it replaced, and oil changed, while there the 1 employee was screaming about phones not working, so she went out side cause it upset her, saw person that was supposed to be working on her car, doing everything but working on her car, sweeping, checking out a car along with all the other employees that came in on a tow truck, then had to wait for Napa to deliver the oil filter which should have already been there since she made her appt. quite awhile ago, then they said she would have to pay $10.00 more for another warranty on that 1 tire ! Needless to say, she was there for an hour and a half for just those 2 things she needed done, plus had to put up with the screaming, she will not return ! Noticed most reviews on the site rating them excellent and many stars but they are old ones, don't know what changed since then but she was not happy with everything going on there and will not return !!!!! Had to put a star to post or would not have even done that !!!!

Stew & Romo were a big help, never gave up, stood in the rain with me, didn t complain, didn t break anything, they re definitely professionals at their job. Highly recommend they made my miserable situation turn into an enjoyable experience.

I called to make an appointment to get my inspection done. As I'm a senior, with health risks, I wanted to make sure that they were following the state mandated protocol. I was flatly told that there are NOT masked or following ANY protocols. But, I could "wear a mask, if I want". This is absolutely unacceptable. That a BUSINESS would decide NOT to follow state law and seemingly disregard the safety of their customers. I will NEVER use Roxbury Tire again, with or without COVID.

Best I know always seem to be fair and easy to work with . So far I m happy .. to take my car to a garage is like having a love on go under the knife so far my car as have many good outcomes . I hope it will make it again five stars

Normally not too busy, and they really try to take care of the customers really well. Mainly tires, but also do mechanical work. Just not sure how deep into diagnostics they get though. Get your tires there.

Went in for an inspection. They had my car in and out in about an hour without any difficulties. They were friendly and I have no complaints whatsoever.
