I recently visited this location to have an alignment done on my vehicle. Between Bob and his staff, they worked endlessly to make sure my vehicle was aligned. My vehicle has been lowered on after market lowering spring so the suspension was wonky and all out of whack. They did a full inspection and spent several hours going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was driving correct. Not only did they adjust my alignment, but they also installed muffler bolts that I needed for an affordable price. I cant express my gratitude enough on the hospitality and patience they showed me and my wife. The customer service was A1 and the quality of work was phenomenal. These two gentleman need a raise. Thank you for the fabulous experience, I will highly recommend this location to anyone needing automotive work. From Philadelphia all the way to Richland, Pa one love, peace.

I highly recommend visiting for your next oil change. It was one of the fastest places in Johnstown. The overall customer service was great. Thank you Bob and other employees who helped make my experience pleasant, quick and easy!

I have been here in Johnstown for about a year on military orders, and the gentlemen at this Monro have taken care of me the whole time!I am mechanically inclined, but sometimes you just need a shop's professional opinion. I have taken in my commuter and truck for various checks after I have done work myself, and twice they have saved me money with tips and tricks.They also helped me find the best deal on tires and alignment, very much appreciated. Straight shooters in this shop.Shoutout to LT Bob, thank you for all the help sir!

Excellent service!!! My wife & daughter were in Johnstown for the weekend from Canada & Bob took great care of us. In addition to installing new tires at an amazing price, balanced & aligned as well. They even road tested & retorqued for the long drive back. Best of all Bob heard I m a long time Steelers fan and dropped off decals !! Bob, you re the best!!!! Thanks.

Great service! I came in late because I got caught up at work and they were still extremely accommodating. After taking my car around the block they alerted me to some other issues, that I was already aware of but hadn t gotten addressed. They went ABOVE and BEYOND with their service.

Manager is knowledgeable but limited. Technician installed a new wheeling bearing backwards. A local shop had to install a new one. If the manager was able to assist and supervise his technicians, this would have never happened.

Don't ever work there. They will lie to you about your pay n expect you to do everything for nothing. They don't have ASE certified technicians. They also get there parts from autozone and upsale the customer for whatever they can. They are not professional in any way shape or form. Can't tell you how many times I had to bail out other technicians because they don't know how to work on cars. This would be the last place I would ever bring my vehicle

This was my first time having car troubles and having to visit the mechanic to fix my car up. The staff at Monro went above and beyond for me today in the windy, cold and rainy conditions. As a college student it s definitely a struggle to balance my time without a car on campus. Bob, whom I spoke to on the phone for the most part, related with me in that sense and was the main reason I was able to get my car in and out today. I would like to thank all of the staff at Monro once again for their courtesy, patience and kindness, and if car troubles come your way in the Johnstown area, I would 100% recommend this place.

Went in to have my winter tires takin off and summer tires on. Guy scratched my rims pretty bad. Still waiting on a response from corporation before I file a complaint against this place.

I had a flat tire that needed patched or replaced ASAP for a trip. I called Monroe at 1:00 to set the appointment for 4:00 and by 5:00 my tire was fixed. Thanks!

Got a state inspection only. The part mark ups were outrageous, like 350% plus above the Advanced Auto price. Rear rotors and brakes. I looked it up after i got the bill. Watched the kid from Advanced drop off the parts. Questionable if the work even really needed done. My car's on the lift and this is my only day off...so I paid it. They even have the nerve to try to have you get other useless things done on top of the outrageous price they are gouging me with. Never again...if you can go elsewhere, I would advise it. Sketchy...

On 9/12 on the way to my brothers funeral in Johnstown, my tire was rapidly losing air after unknowingly running over a drill bit. I called Store 129 and Kenneth Byington answered the phone, I have been a Director of customer service for over 30 years, and in my life I have never encountered a nicer, friendlier person in my life. Kenneth gave me directions over the phone to the store, we were there in 10 minutes. You should give his man a metal for outstanding customer service, if he lived in Boston he would be hired in a minute. I can't thank him enough, because of his above and beyond attitude we made my brothers service in time. If I could give him 10 stars I would. You are lucky to have him!

Extremely slow service, unprofessional behavior from all techs. Watched one slam someone s door off a lift multiple times. Took 2 and a half hours with TWO techs working on 4 tires. And most of that time was them standing around talking. Would not give them my business again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! There are plenty of others that will treat you better and better prices...I just quit this place because of corporates unreasonable expectations of working me ( the 1 and only employee they had working for them because everyone keeps quiting and they have no one willing to work for them ) all over there district manager and his unwillingness to give me off on Saturdays because it's not fair to make the only tech they had work everyday like a slave

I got my breaks fixed in June paid 1200 I left wit a lifetime warranty on them since June I been back 5 times to get my breaks replaced the last time I been it was 2 weeks before I came back so when I came the last time they said it wasn t the breaks this time it was the fact that someone did not place the bolts back on it from the break pads or something of that sort( I have video recordings) they still have yet to contact me in replacement of my rim and everything else that was damaged due to the bolt not being put on and they had to find a substitute for the bolt because the workers that fixed it a couple weeks ago quit I m so upset and I asked to speak to the district manager and he never called me

I would like to personally and publicly thank CJ, Ken and Travis for their great work on my truck Monday 8/28. I was stranded 8 hrs away from home (Boston). I arrived at 7:30am, Ken went for a ride in my truck and diagnosed the problem. He then took the extra steps to investigate the safety of my truck. He found additional issues. Ken explained everything to me. He kept me informed all along the repair of my truck. I would never have made it home without CJ, Ken and Travis's dedication to getting me safely back on the road for my 8 hr journey. Thank you guys. You have a long distant friend for life!

From start to finish my experience At your store on scalp avenue in johnstown pennsylvania was excellent. The store was very clean. The manager of the store was very friendly the two technicians we're friendly and well spoken. George the manager handled my situation promptly and without any hesitation. I will recommend this store to my friends and CO workers.

This was very easy, and solved a lot of issues at once. I was provided information on my vehicle and also was assisted with an issue I couldn t resolve my self. Also a great team at my location I will be returning for future service.
