They made time to check my tire at the end of the day, and were extremely generous and kind! They answered all my questions and were super professional and friendly. I live nearby and will definitely come back for anything I might need in future. Thank you so much!!

This shop is awesome and is my go to for tires and brakes for all my vehicles. The staff is polite and professional. They get the job done in a detailed, efficient, and affordable manner. My family and I will definitely use this shop for future projects.

I've been taking my vehicles here since I moved to the area a few years ago and won't go anywhere else. The Manager, Chris, always provides excellent service. He is fair, and not looking to take advantage of people. He will let you know about any additional issues there may be and offer to perform those services. I have never had a bad experience here.

Completely terrible experience. I guess Walmart called them and told them my order was delivered there and Monroe told the to send the tires back to the shipper knowing I had an appointment to get the tires installed then they didn't inform me of this so I drove over a half hour to show up for my appointment for Monroe to tell me that they told them to send my order back.. completely unprofessional

These guys are so helpful every time I'm in for work on my car, or even if I just need something checked! They never make me feel stupid or uneducated and always explain the details! Service is always fast and courteous. Would recommend to all!

Should be able to give zero stars. This company is a joke made an appointment yesterday online in Indiana to have car inspection when I arrived was told can t do it inspector called off sick. Made appointment today for this location on line when arriving was told would take hours they re backed up. Your on line appointment is a joke and this company sucks will never do business with them again ever!!!

I love this place bc the main guy (forget his name) he answers the phone all the time. He s VERY HONEST. you don t get many honest mechanics around anymore. He told me what was wrong with my car and kept it clear, cut and precise and he was honest about what he would do in the situation and I took that information and used it. I love him for that.

Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Gave Chris the coupon for $39.95. told me I would still have some charges. My bill came to $55.25 total. Six months earlier had the same services done. The bill at that time was $55.25 - WITHOUT A COUPON!!! I'm just saying the coupons they send out are worthless as are the gift certificates they issue. I am now looking for another garage to do the necessary things to my car. No more going to this one that rips you off.

With a 13 yr old car, things are starting to run down. 3 visit under 6 mths. Yesterday my tire went flat and they got me in the same day. Those guys are always great and hard working. I appreciate them greatly! Thanks for everything!

Service here is Great. A gentleman by the name of Chris, helped me with my purchase and went above and beyond what I feel any other location may have done. There was a deal on tires during black Friday, but you had to purchase online and you could get the rebate, along with a larger rebate if using a Goodyear credit card. My father was in from out of town, purchasing my tires, he wasn't too fond of the application process with the Goodyear card. Chris recommended the Monro Drive Card, which we ended up getting, and he even matched the rebate deal that Goodyear was offering, which was a concern of mine. Because let's be honest, who doesn't want to save money these days! Chris was more then happy to extend the same rebate/ discount. He got my tires in shop promptly within 2 business days, got my vehicle serviced on the 3rd business day! He kept in touch with me each day on the arrival of my tires and was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.All the employees at this location are very professional and friendly. My car was in good hands at this location. They kept my vehicle clean, use covering for everything they come in contact with. And no worries about being told you have to get un-needed repairs done, here! Which is a huge worry I seem to have at most garages! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Don't hesitate to ask for Chris as he is very informative, helpful, and friendly!Ps. You can stop and have lunch at my favorite pizza place near by, within walking distance while you wait - Pizza Mans Pizza, you won't be disappointed, check it out!

Chris and the guys are great!! We have been dealing with Chris and the guys for over 15 years. They give an honest price for what needs to be repaired without any fluff or BS. Never had an issue with an repair not being done right. I highly recommend them.

I was NOT happy with the price I was charged.Also,I wanted to "split" the bill between my Drive Card &bank card.I was told the by the man in charge ( Bill) that either he couldn't do it,or the computer wouldn't let him.Normally,I have NO complaints about the service.Chris treats me pretty good,but I guess there is a first time for everything.

Back in February or March I had my front breaks and rotors done. Recently I been hearing squeaking when I hit my break. I assumed it was my calipers because I just got my breaks and rotors changed a few months ago but when I took my car to a different auto shop I found out my rotors have heat streaks and my break pads are worn down already. I paid almost 600$ for labor and parts for pretty bad work and they used cheap break pads. I m really upset because I spent a lot of money this year with Monroe and they screwed me with no Vaseline.

Been taking my old 2011 Impala here for years, and have always been happy with the work done. One of the easiest places to make an appointment in a timely manner, prices are fair, communication is good, and personnel have always treated me with respect. Chris is a professional and will take the time to explain things. Recommended!

Fantastic place. Got me in for a tire change on my Silverado, spotted a few other things, got everything handled at once. Even got me some money off of my tires. Awesome place with such friendly staff. Both times I was there Chris and Glenn provided amazing customer service. The garage always gets me in quickly, and always on a weekend which is super convenient with my work schedule. They do an excellent job and their prices are very reasonable. I ve had a few great experiences with this garage and I definitely plan on going back for all of my car problems in the future!
