I took my new-to-me Toyota in for service yesterday. Everyone was friendly, and the service lounge was spacious and clean, with free coffee and donuts. I didn t have to wait long, and the price for tire rotation and inspection was much less than I expected. They even washed my car, and my all-season floor mats! I will definitely return, and can see why they have such a good reputation.

I trust Laurel Toyota to service my vehicle. They communicate with me thoughout the service time; it's done in a timely manner and it's complete. My vehicle is always washed and clean for me when they're done, and I would recommend them, and also will continue with them.

I had a wonderful experience at Laurel Toyota. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful. They weren't pushy, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of like at some dealerships.At the end of the day, I was riding off in my dream car at a price I could afford! Laurel Toyota gave us a great experience in buying our new car. The whole team, led by Scott Long, was terrific to work with. We took test drives to narrow our choice of cars. There was never any pressure to buy. This is our 5th purchase at Laurel, and we recommend this dealer without any question.

My elderly parents were taken advantage of by this dealership. They had a very nice Toyota Avalon that had around 61,100 miles on it and it was paid off. My dad explained to me a light came on saying check engine, brake, and emergency brake and was on for about 4 hours and then it went out. So they thought since it did that and because it had 60,000 miles on it, they needed a new car. I explained to my 87 year old dad that all he had to do was take it in for service if the light was on and, that doesn't necessarily mean you have to get a new car. I understand they voluntarily went into the dealership, but the dealership took advantage of the situation. I called and tried explaining this to Scott Bernardo and that my parents didn't fully understand what they were doing and he said I disagree and he was not exactly friendly and didn't even want to try and figure the situation out. He asked me what I expected him to do and I told him they should just give them their car back. This is unethical and wrong. When an 87 year old thinks that because a light comes on and a car has 60,000 miles on it that you need a new one, goes to show you that they don't fully understand!!!!! This is wrong on so many levels. Find a dealership with more ethics, this one definitely doesn't.

My brother in law (knowing that we were looking for a new car) sent me a link to the Laurel Toyota eBay post. Although buying a car off eBay raised a million red flags for me, I went ahead and trepidatiously began a conversation with Scott. It was great! He and his team were very quick and responsive to our questions and they were able to do most of the paperwork online. The process was very smooth; Scott made sure that I had all the necessary documentation for the trade in, and once at the dealership, they expedited everything to get me on my way. I really can't say enough about the ease with which everything occurred. Buying a car is notoriously a pain in the butt (especially if you are going after a hard-to-get model), but Laurel Toyota made it a bearable (dare I say enjoyable?) experience.

Gary was very helpful in answering my questions and Wayne is always willing to lend a hand in the process. The women in the front office are awesome in helping with the car rental procedure. Oil change, tire rotation, and a drill bit removed from one of the tires that was loosing pressure. Car washed to top off my visit. All good! Friendly, professionals to interact with me. Great experience.

Found a "rare" 2019 Buick Regal TourX at their used cars lot with only 18K miles on it. After a week negotiating with Scott, we got to an agreement. I'm from Florida and normally I would not buy a vehicle without looking at it first. But because of Laurel Toyota's reputation, I end up getting it. Flew to Pittsburgh and was picked up by one of the employees, Maryann. Very sweet lady and very knowledgeable about the area (she can be a tour guide!). Got to the dealer and Vikki got all the paperwork ready to sign and Matt had the car outside waiting for me to drive it back to Florida. Had I little hiccup with the tires not being balanced but they took care of it in no time. Very pleased with the experience. Thank you.

My service was for tire rotation and an oil change and key pickup. The service was done within the two hours I was told it would take. They also looked at my brakes as they squeal sometimes especially when I go in reverse but no issues were found and all fluids were checked. Finally, my truck was also washed, which was really appreciated.I have to figure out when I can schedule the two additional recalls that take at least four hours to complete and may be only temporary fixes. So this will presumably be done before the next scheduled maintenance in another 5,000 miles.

We did the complete purchase on line with Scott. Couldn t have asked for better service and keeping us informed. I would go back again and use them. Very happy with my car and they delivered from PA to CT for a minimum amount.

I really liked the buying experience. It was not what I've experienced in the past. There was a small issue with the cars availability, they went out of their way to ensure we got a similar car on time. I also like their warranty coverage. That was a factor in purchasing the car.

I was quoted that my car would only take one week to fix. I am presently going on six weeks. They ordered parts and had no tracking number so they kept saying they had no idea when the parts would arrive. Thankfully I had another car because the service here was grossly disappointing. I called in a few times to check on the status of my car too and they transferred my call and then hung up on me. I would never trust Laurel Toyota again.I finally picked my car up today. They showed me that when they put the car bra on, the bumper cracked so I have to bring it back tomorrow to have them put a new bumper on. I had to drive less than ten miles home and all these codes came up about the power train and the hybrid system overheating. It stopped moving and I had to call them to tow the car back to the shop. This has been very frustrating.

It was so unfortunate for me to have Mr. Travis Wills as a service advisor during my visit yesterday Friday, September 22, 2023. In addition to his lack of communication skills and tendency to yell, he is not the most pleasant person to have in such position. Don't you guys realize that you need kind and friendly employees at the front desk? This guy intimidates every single customer with his foul manners. Please let me know how long you intend to keep this man in a position that involves customers. It is my belief that he will be able to do a good job in a different position far from the customers.UPDATE: January 16/24 In order to be fair, I had a new service at Toyota and met again this guy. This time he was kind and efficient. Hope he ll keep this positive attitude with everyone.

Communication was good. Transaction was fairly easy. Thought it was odd that a certified bank check was not accepted as a form of payment, cash or credit. Seems every dealer is different. Due to the lack of inventory was happy to get the trim level I wanted. Thanks.

Bought a Toyota Tundra new in 2022, all service work has been done without issues and truck came back clean every time. They set the appointments send you a text as a reminder. It s as easy as it gets.
