I took a 2022 Nissan Rogue for test drive and loved it. Katie compared prices with a 2023 Nissan Rogue, I was better off buying new.They didn't have the color I wanted, but they did find me one from somewhere else within a couple days.I give them an overall 10 for going above and beyond being helpful, so polite towards their customers. After getting the 2023, every button and all information was explained very well about the car.The financial department was very polite and helpful also. I would highly recommend Laurel Nissan to others. Thank you so much for everything, I am loving my new car!

I had an oil change scheduled. While there, they noticed it was weeks away from inspection time. I appreciated the heads up and had it done. Everyone is very nice and good at their job.Also, Laurel Auto Group is celebrating their 40th year in business! Congratulations !!

My husband and I bought a Nissan Rogue from Katie. She was as absolutely fantastic through the entire process. She answered all of our questions and made it so simple and seamless. When I went into the dealer I was paired with salesman Scott. I had already had a pre-approval with my bank, which is Capital One. I also knew that I was upside down on my trade, but had money to put down. I was initially told no one would help me with how much upside down I was. Capital One Auto Navigator site is pretty accurate and spot on. So I knew where I d be looking at. Again I was told they don t think Capital One will work with my numbers.They asked me if I wanted them to run the credit and see or not because they didn t want to take a hit on my credit. I sat and thought about it, because I was already feeling defeated by them saying no one will work with me without a lot more money down. Not to mention I was offered a low price for my trade. I told them to run the credit and let s see. Needless to say they went above and beyond making sure I got the car I wanted. Salesman Scott is a very nice guy and will do what he can to help you. I recommend them if you re in the market for a new/used car.

Car wash is a nice touch. Great service. Facility is clean with great amenities if you decide to wait. Ambassador pups are well behaved and charming. Overall every time I come for an oil change or repair I leave satisfied. Thanks to the staff for maintaining a consistent high level of professionalism and empathy. Bravo Zulu.

Laurel Nissan was a real joy to lease a car from. Katie the sales girl and Beth the finance girl were on top of everything. The manager was great support as well. After being disappointed in customer service elsewhere I opted to drive over an hour to get my new Rogue! I love my new car and especially loved Emma. LOL

Called up to fix my flat tire and they ask me to come in at once right away and they fixef it with a very reasonable price. They are honest on whats wrong with it. I can say they are there to help you and not to ripped you off.

The entire buying process was very quick and easy. Everyone was nice and friendly.The service department clerk was very friendly and nice. The Oil change was quick and my appointment was on time.Had my second oil change this weekend. Barb is always the friendliest and answers all questions.The service department was amazing as usual. Barb is always so nice and helpful.

I really can't express how wonderful this dealership was to my family when we experienced an issue with our Nissan Rogue as we were driving halfway across the country for a family emergency. They were communicative, empathetic, flexible, understanding, and truly kind. They got us back on the road quickly and were very fairly priced for the services they provided. I honestly wish Laurel Nissan was my local dealership! Thank you guys.

I had my vehicle in for service, and the service part was fine. My concern is, when I got my vehicle back, one of my window visors were broke. It was fine when I brought it in. They try to hide it by using the window to prop it up. This shows me the type of people they are.

Laurel Nissan did a very good job of repairing my Pathfinder and it works great. I just would have liked being updated a little more, like notified when the part arrived and an approximate time for the repair completion.

Salesman was very personable and did a good job overall. I would have liked if he would have taken the time to get in the vehicle and show us what each button and feature was instead of just going over it with us on an iPad. Also felt they could have worked with us a little more on the overall price of the vehicle and/or the trade. Overall we are very happy with the 2023 Nissan Rogue we purchased. We absolutely loved Emma!

Service on my 2016 Titan The service department is trying to diagnose and fix a intermittent issue with Titan deisel emissions system and I appreciate that they tried to fix issue by not just swapping parts. I seems they are actually working the issue. 2 other dealers swapped a "sensor" and the problem reoccurred. Glad to find technicians not part swappers.

The wiring harness was corroded and they don't make them anymore and the technician had to rewire all 100+ wires by hand. I thought it would take several days but it was done by the next day.

Pleasantly surprised by the superb service from start to finish, the service from Customer Service excels! The visit was to manage a recall on my vehicle which was done with efficiency and timeliness to resolve the problem. Very happy with the outcome and the work of NISSAN mechanics, they prove themselves repeatedly, thank you for great staff who uphold quality, much appreciated.Nov 2023 - Once again, excellent service for scheduled maintenance which was done so efficiently, kudos for the staff and their on point service schedule, had everything checked over and the usual winter services all done under one hour! Appreciate Customer Sevice for their attention to details and awareness of quality service. Great job!!!

I am actually delighted with this dealership. Years ago I was disappointed because of the way they did things and ran their business. I don't know what has happened since then but they have really upgraded and made a positive attempt to take care of customers. I was delighted with my visit and the outcome and would recommend anyone to go there. My second visit was also exceptional. Very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
