I d like to give a shout-out to Paul and the fine folks at JMA Collision Center - Johnstown. When you have a great experience I think it s worth sharing and recognizing. In 25 years of driving, I was recently involved in my first accident, other drivers fault. JMA did an absolutely fantastic job on my 2015 Toyota Rav, and it looks as great as the day I first got it! JMA Collision Center is the only repair center I would use. Their quality and attention to details is of the most superior quality. They take pride in their workmanship and back it up with a warranty. I have used the services at JMA a few times and their customers are treated with kindness and respect. Excellent customer service. Repairs done in the time frame they quoted me! My repairs were exceptional. I asked them to buff my car due to several scratches. The day I picked my car up it looked like the day I bought it! Plus they gave me a coupon for a free wash! Thank you so much JMA for your exceptional work! JMA took over two weeks to buff my car and repaint where there was tree damage. They charged for body work and paint then fixed 2/15 issues and painted overt everything else. When asked why I was charged and the items not fixed the manager of the Johnstown office said I can get ahold of allstate because they are backed up and cant fix anything for a few months. Also the shop manager stated thats as good as we can do, i d see if someone else can fix the swirls we made, we really are rushing we have alot of cars to do . I had to contact Allstate who wanted to see the car, before I got out of the car my agent said I saw it all when you pulled in, who did this to your car?! After taking it to Thomas Autobody they have to repaint the entire car and fix the damages CAUSES by JMA now on top of the tree damage. Completely unprofessional and the quality of work is even worse, Allstate agent toldme they plan on dropping JMA from their network because this is a new consistent problem. Excellent and highly recommended! Quality service and craftsmanship to restore my vehicle back to normal. Paul and team are very friendly and courteous to their customers. They fixed my vehicle. Installed the rear bumper without the metal bumper guard that goes behind it. When I picked it up, I wasn't advised about it. When I contacted them because my car did not pass Inspection for that reason, they wanted to charge me almost 400 dollars for a part that cost 89 and was suppose to be installed in the first place. I do not recommend them at all.

Was going to yellow creek. But as soon as we found this place. But completely fell in love with the Q. Have been going to the Q spot ever since. Much closer as well. Family friendly and the one day pass is affordable.

JMA completed approximately $4,000 of work on my truck after a deer strike. The actual body and structural work completed on the front end is perfect. Beyond the work, their customer service is superb. Paul and his team went above and beyond to get the truck back to me very quickly in a time where parts and labor are hard to come by. Employees were very professional and friendly. They did a excellent job fixing my car after a deer hit me.They explained everything they did thoroughly. I received a coupon for a free car wash and they even cleaned my weather tech mats in my car and cleaned my dash. This was my first time going to JMA Collision Center and that s because it was my insurance companies recommended shop and I m so blessed to have come across such an absolutely amazing repair shop with phenomenal customer service from everyone there. I can not be anymore happier and completely satisfied with the repair work on my Toyota RAV4. I will no longer go to any other repair shop that s for sure. Excellent service with regular updates via texts. The repairs were done on schedule, and I loved the free car wash and vacuuming. I was also given a coupon for a second free car wash! Heather walked me to my car and explained the work that had been done. She is a first-class customer service representative, and is very professional and friendly. 5 Stars! I hit a deer, took it to JMA and now my Subaru looks awesome! They did a great job with the repairs and paint work. It looks brand new again! They did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car!My car had hit a deer two years ago. And the previous place that fixed the car (not JMA), said the clips couldn't be fixed . So it left my bumper slightly disconnected and sticking out. JMA fixed this issue and I got my car back looking like it drove straight from the dealership! GREAT JOB! highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give them negative stars I would!! They had my car for 39 days, waiting on a part, that I had to call the dealership to find out where it was. It was delivered the next day!! Paul was very dismissive and nonchalant about when my car was going to be ready!! They charged my insurance over $7200, treated me as if it was ok that I had been without a car for over a week. If I didn't put my foot down and stepped in I probably still wouldn't have my car back!! If I didn't call I would have never gotten updates about my car from them!! After treating me so badly all they had to offer was a free car wash, that I'm never going to use because they will never touch my car again,, also my car wasn't that clean when I picked it up!! My advice, if you need body work, go to a dealership since they order the parts from them anyhow!! Sorry for the long post and I really try to not give negative feedback but how they treated me was the worst!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

JMA offered excellent service for my 2019 Subaru after hitting a bear; yes a bear. While the body of the car did not suffer extensive damage as one would expect, it did have electrical issues and the crash sensors were damaged. The Subaru Eyesight was also knocked out of calibration. This is usually a Subaru dealer service - but JMA offered it in house as well as a pre and post service electrical scan. (I had several codes that were triggered post collision). I cannot speak highly enough and there are not enough adjectives to describe how easy this process was. Seamless. Professional-grade service. Kind and courteous. If you have the unfortunate need for collision service look no further - JMA is the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It should be said that this establishment refuses payment with any type of credit or debit cards. Secondly when signing this policy I was not given a copy and to be fair did not ask. The insurance check I was issued was set to expire very close to my completion date and I did not feel comfortable handing over an insurance check before work was completed so I deposited the check in my personal account. There was indeed a few days delay due a needed part; was told they would accept a personal check for deductible portion (1000 dollars) but NOT for the insurance portion. The reason cited was that many people would stop payment on the check after the car was returned. I guess nobody informed them that this is a possibility with ANY personal check of ANY amount. My damage was incurred in June and work wasnt started until September. In retrospect I learned a valuable lesson, read the fine print and ask for copies of all documents signed. I would not recommend this shop. I m new to the Johnstown area and my bank is in WV so I had to secure 2400 cash to pay them due to their ridiculous archaic payment policy. Find another shop if you need work done. The body work was substandard as well I might add. To penalize and inconvenience new customers for the shady practices of others is unfair and insulting.***Update: Paint job with multiple circular defects present not there when brought in and car window on passenger side will not open. Off to the dealer for repair as I will avoid JMA for this shoddy workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed an estimate for some damage that occurred in a fender bender. They schedule appointments for estimates and I got one the next day. They were really quick and friendly and gave me a detailed estimate for my repairs. The quote was considerably less than I was expecting, and they spent a little extra time looking for the most inexpensive parts.

Failed to confirm the estimate of what was actually damaged in the accident. Instead they tried to get the insurance to pay and fix the entire vehicle when we didn t need them to and could of caused a lot of problems for us.
