I would recommend Firestone because they stand by there work. The staff at this store were very kind and work hard to make their customers happy. My only complaint is waiting for 7hrs and no one telling me how long it might take for the work. Thankfully one of the staff did give me an update just before my car was finished. She was busy the whole day with customers and said she wanted to come over and give me an update. I appreciate that.

made an appointment online which was really easy. got in the next day, the appointment was to get tires put on my bfs truck took an hour and faster than i thought honestly. the staff was amazing. service was amazing. price was amazing we will definitely be back here for other services and for when my tires need done on my subaru highly recommend

Ordered new rims and tires from Tire Rack. Had everything delivered to the shop. These guys did a great job installed quickly. Really appreciate these guys! Price was exactly what Tire Rack quoted. Such an easy transaction. Highly recommend!

I ve been here a few times to get stuff done. Normally I usually have a great experience. Today I called about just getting brake pads done on my car because I don t need rotors( I know because I just got new tires and had them checked). The guy that answered the phone was sooo rude and belittling that he disgusted me. I know I m a female, but I also know about my vehicle and what it needs. He proceeded to tell me that it s company policy that Firestone can t just put pads on, they have to put both. I know that that IS NOT A COMPANY POLICY!!!! It disgusts me how men treat women still when it comes to this kind of stuff. I ended up calling a different location where they CONFIRMED that was indeed NOT a company policy.

Still waiting an hour and a half just for an oil change. Apparently they didn t have the filter so we have to wait for someone to bring one. So going on two hours just for an oil change. This is ridiculous.

Get my oil changed there regularly and in an emergency they did me solid. I got a flat tire at perkins restaurant they got there with air quickly and got me 2 tires in a pinch. The only problem is getting my tire pressure light to go off. But all in all good experience

Not sure what happened to this place but I fear it has went downhill. Took my dads car in for an oil change. They then told me that the car needed a new battery and the air filter was dirty and that needed changed as well. As soo. As I was done there I went to autozone were I got the battery two months ago to have it tested. It was good. I already new the air filter was good because the car only had 500 miles on it since the dealership changed it. For years I trusted this place and usually got everything they recommended. I m glad I didn t this this. If you choose this shop make sure you get a second opinion on all suggested work!!!! Seems to me some shady stuff going on here hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Charged me for engine analysis and said they could update my trucks computer system and did not have the capability to do it, lied and said they did when all they did was clear the codes. Codes came back on in PA and firestone in PA were the 1s to tell me they couldn't flash my computer they don't have that capability it was only done by a dealer charged me 145.00 and scamned me took advantage of a disabled veteran and how many others veterans that is and active duty service men and woman have they scamned took advantage of? We the people that took an oath so they can do business in this country screwing over how many. Very highly angry an disappointed thought they were good company there not.

Fiance asked for a rear windshield wiper blade with our oil change. Next day it rains, same bad blade. Check the receipt and it looks like I paid for one blade and two installations--whatever, it's 3 bucks. But it makes me wonder if they replaced the front ones instead.I go in, and tell them either they forgot about it or they replaced the front ones instead and I ask for the rear blade.They check the receipt for evidence.They say yes, it was a rear one I paid for, so they grab a new one and go outside.A couple of attempts don't work, and it turns out we need to order the part. That's fine. It'll be $30 bucks. I ask them to prorate what I already paid, I think like 13 bucks.Suddenly my fiance never asked for a rear blade, she asked for the front passenger's side.She disagrees with this assessment. They checked the receipt themselves initially and said otherwise.Nevermind that the receipt says I paid for a rear blade. I gotta pay for another one.2 stars instead of 1 because it's just a wiper blade and there is a chance at some point a miscommunication occurred, with neither party at fault.But their receipt says one thing, the guy who did the work says another, and they're erroring on the side of it being my problem.

Came in for an oil change and got a call in the middle of the appointment saying that my car needed 10+ other repairs when it absolutely didn t. My oil change didn t even last 5 months before I got a low oil life warning on my dashboard. Not to mention they had me pay over $200 for it (which was a total surprise). Don t go here to get repairs and maintenance.Service: Oil change

Took our Hummer H3 in to have it checked. Wanted the ignition switch replaced. Was told that they really didn't want to do the job. They said the computer came up with codes. Well I didn't ask you for codes. I ask you to replace the switch. Now they told me to take it to a Hummer dealer to get it done. After Firestone charged me $130.00.

Ken and the team there were great! We were traveling through the area and called at 3 in the afternoon with brake issues. He had us come right over and was able to get it checked out. We had to order parts but they got us in as soon as the parts arrived. They were so helpful and we loved working with Ken!

Scheduled a appointment online and they said they never got it even though i got conformation email, had to come back the next day. Went in the next day for bad colant thermostat, they fixes the issue but I disagree with there price of labor they charge you, it was way to much.Save your money and go to a local shop for 3 times less the price.

Went for a basic oil change and brake work. Was told it would be a short time so waited in store. 4 hours later I wasn't updated nor told why it was so long. Could see my vehicle not being worked on, people dropping cars off and returning for them for more complex issues while waiting.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I see the bad reviews and though I'm sorry to those people, my experience was wonderful. I made the appointment online so I knew the out the door price I was going to pay. The receptionist (Sue?) was wonderful. She saved me some money that I had no expectations of. They were fast, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I watched them help others for small things and they didn't hesitate to help and showed excellent customer service. This was my first time here and I've already recommended my family and friends. Thank you guys for the solid set of Bridgestones and a peace of mind!

I set up an appointment on the App, got there as instructed and got my car take care right away , very friendly staff and very comfortable sitting with coffee and tv ., I definitely enjoy taking my car for oil change indeed

Aligned my truck up wrong then when I called for them to fix there mistake they told me my year warranty was up because I hit the mileage passed my warranty and when we bought the year warranty they never said anything about mileage this company is not recommended and they are to expensive I suggest to find a midias because they only charge 60.00 dollars for an Alignedment

Used to be good but past 2-3 visits in the past 18+ months have been utter rip offs. Been taking my 3 cars there for more than 6 years. Earlier service experiences were great / they were upfront, honest and did good work. But for the past 2-3 visits have been utter rip offs. Their tire service is especially horrendous. They will blame anything for tires wearing down well before their warranted life - the alignment (which they do but apparently not well), your driving style, your car, etc. I m done with these guys.Update 10/17/2021: I cannot figure out a way to respond to owner comments on this page, but here is what I emailed them:Here are some details pertaining to one of my cars (Honda Accord, 2013).Clearly, the last sets of tires you put in do not last more than 20,000 miles; and in one case, a tire wore out in 6,000 miles!And each time you do a "courtesy check"Yes, I get them rotated regularly - at your shop!Date | Mileage | Service08/15/2021 | 122,000 | Two tires replaced as recommended, wheel alignment done, did not replace other two tires as recommended9/1/2019 | 100,000 | One tire replaced as recommended2/10/2019 | 94,000 | All four tires replaced as recommended1/13/2017 | 74,000 | Two tires replaced as recommended4/26/2016 | 61,000 | Two tires replaced as recommended , Wheel alignment done7/25/2015 | 43,000 | Two tires replaced as recommended, Wheel alignment doneHope this helps.For what it is worth: since 2015, I have given your shop about $5,000 worth of business. Quick and efficient, got our car in for a service at 6 and was out the door by about 6:40. They were knowledgeable and answered our questions. Prices weren't too high.

They said our winter tires were too old to put on. Bought brand new 6 years ago. Still pass the tree test but apparently they were already 6 years old when we bought them. At least they did not charge us and were very nice

I got a screw in my tire and stopped by to see if they could plug it quick. I got told to come back tomorrow they said that they could not do it, as my car was setting in their parking lot with the tire losing air. You could visibly see the screw. How long would it have taken to put a plug in? I ended up going to the auto store and purchased a plug kit to do it myself. I guess helping someone out and customer service isn't a priority.
