Amazing staff, helped me figure out an issue I could figure out for months and was extremely friendly and even helped me with a few things no charge, definitely come here if you need anything for your car.

I stopped in with a friend, whose car I was driving, because i noticed that her inspection sticker was expiring. Dave and the guys working at this shop were unbelievably helpful. Such kind and fast service! If your faith in humanity needs to be boosted, take your car to Dean Jordan Goodyear!

I ve been taking my car to Dean Jordan since I moved to Richland 3 years ago and they are the best. They have great service, are efficient, trustworthy, and are always nice! I m so glad to have them down the road.

I went here for about 20 years but within the last few years, I started noticing they were being dishonest with me when it came to price matching and prices in general, I never said anything but they told my mother-in-law they couldn't sell her two tires but would be happy to sell her 4. They even told her it was illegal to only sell her two tires for the front of her front wheel drive. I had them put on brakes and rotors and although I never asked questions and just sat in the waiting area Dave told me I made the mechanic feel rushed. I don't know if he was just feeling crabby that day or what but I've never even talked to his mechanic you can't even see them from the waiting area. I caught Dave & Steve being dishonest with me so I started going to Firestone and Firestone is such a better place in my opinion the people are nicer and show they appreciate your patronage. I would encourage anyone in need of mechanic work or tires to go to look elseware. Buyer beware!!!!

They always go above and beyond for my family. We go here for everything. They always stand behind their work! We have always been 100% satisfied. All maintenance including oil changes, tires, tire plugs, A.C, exhaust, whatever, we always go here! Stand up folks with a home town attitude! Highly recommend!

This company has been our regular stop for tires and some regular maintenance on our vehicles for over 20+ years!! I consider both Dave & Steve as adopted Uncles to my 2 sons. They've never left my auto be unsafe for any travel. They have an excellent Goodyear credit program. They also commit themselves to all the customers's needs!! I hope this Goodyear stays open for many years to come, so my sons can take their autos there as well!!

Thank you Dave and Steve! Called on Monday to get new tires for my car, they ordered and had them installed before 10:00 am on Tuesday. Very well done and in record time!

I am so happy my friend recommended this place to me. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I received my car back quickly and the price was MUCH cheaper than the dealership down the street. I'm recommending them to everyone!

0 stars. Buyer beware! Examine your invoice carefully. The manager intentionally overcharged me and when I brought it to his attention, he refused to discuss it or make an adjustment. I had to file a claim with Goodyear corporate to get my money back. Never again! How does a dishonest and greedy company like this stay in business?

30 March 2020 - Kudos to Dean Jordan Inc. and their efforts to provide excellent service while doing their part in trying to maintain a clean, safe environment during this challenging time of National Crisis. I been going to this garage since my children were infants through now; where both of my sons are both full grown and graduated. They always treat customers with respect and go the extra mile to assist their customers with any car issue! I will continue to use this shop for years in the future!!

Truly amazing service! As a female that knows nothing about cars,and could have easily been cheated out of a butt load of money (has happened before), I was taken care of like family.Could not be more grateful!!

I walked in the door, asked for two tires and within minutes my truck was up on the lift getting them put on. Everyone was so nice I will absolutely be returning.

Stopped in here on a trip with tire vibration. The owner took it for a drive, found my problem, showed me what was going on and even had a good used tire to replace my damaged one. Honest and straight forward. This is the place to go.
