I needed my rear bumper replaced and alignment work done and the repair was flawless. They even washed my car when the repairs were finished. NICE!Mr. Swaney and the technicians did a fantastic job. My vehicle was rear-ended and West End Auto did my estimate as well as the repairs. I picked it up today and it looks amazing! Seriously, looks 1000% better than when I purchased it! Thank you Chuck and crew for being so prompt, efficient and friendly. If I ever have collision issues again, I will most certainly go to West End Auto. I highly suggest them to everyone!

This shop is a State Farm shop, and after having bad experiences going to other body shops I decided to try this one. I brought my car in for an estimate, he gave me an appointment to drop the car back off. Dropped the car off Monday, it was done on Wednesday , picked it up Thursday. Looks just like new. Super fast work, easy to deal with, would recommend. Only complaint is that their person who washes/cleans the cars needs to do a better job.

Horrible went for an estimate after hitting a deer. Told him I just needed the estimate because I wanted to do the repairs myself. Told me I was wasting his time. Gave the insurance company a ridiculously low estimate. Said I needed no parts. My insurance company had to fight with claims over the estimate. Would never recommend him to anyone.

Due to an unfortunate situation along the highway late at night, I was required by State Farm to have my car taken to West End Auto Body because it was the closest shop on their list of repair facilities. I wouldn't have otherwise chosen to go here, mainly because of its distance from where I live. I was treated very well and the repair was done correctly and completely in a short amount of time. I am very impressed with this shop! I think they may have even waxed our car before returning it to us. Don't hesitate to get your collision repairs taken care of here.
