Had my Harley Davidson towed to Roundhouse Harley on a flatbed from Berkebile towing I wasn t present when they loaded it but saw the damage that occurred when straps were thrown over my front fender, a dent and a bunch of scratches will cost me $500 to get fixed since I didn t have pictures of that fender the day before they hauled it I have to come out of pocket. I will never use them again.

My insurance company set up a tow for my wife's vehicle. They were supposed to have it picked up with in the hour, After waiting almost the whole hour I got call from.the truck driving saying it would be even longer. We waited almost another hour before receiving an angry call where they asked if it absolutely needed towed today or if it could wait for "three or four days" I explained to them it was our family's main vehicle and needed it done ASAP. The drivers ended up getting lost and canceled the pick up do to there being (a small amount) of snow on the road. This is western PA you should not be a tow truck driver if you're scared of little snow... They were completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!

The most unprofessional service I have ever run across. They accepted our tow from my car insurance company and then decided to cancel it without letting me or my insurance company know. for an hour and a half we sat at the disabled car waiting for someone who was not showing up. Then they said that they did not hear from us so that is why. BUT I CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE COMING AND TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE THERE. SO they are liars, and unprofessional as well. AVOID THEM as they clearly don't care.

This company doesn t even deserve 1 star. I don t even know how this company stays in business. They are unprofessional, rude, and have no common courtesy. They were called by my insurance company to tow my car, I was given a 45 minute time frame for them to be there. 50 minutes later the driver calls to tell me he s just now heading there. I was upset because my car was sitting in neutral and the keys were stuck in ignition. The first guy said because of that he d dispatch quicker. That didn t happen and they still didn t get there in time frame. After asking driver how long he d be the driver got snarky, yelling at me about that s how his life goes , and then hung up on me. 4 hours after I was told they d be there they left my car sit after my husband spoke with driver and didn t like his tone, insinuating there would be damage to my car. My husband called the company and they were to find out what was going on and call back. Two hours later my husband called them back getting some BS answer how they were busy and that s why he never called back. After almost 6 hours of the initial call another company was called and towed my car. Needless to say they checked everything out for me to make sure things were ok and wasn t surprised to hear Berkebile Towing didn t do their job. I strongly encourage everyone to pass by this towing company and find one willing to help and do the job, in expected time frame.

Very nice and honest people and also very affordable! Treat you with respect no matter who you are and get your car done as soon as they can. A little unorganized but other than that no complaints. Very happy with all the work they've done on my car.

They towed my car on a monday and they never called me to tell me what work they was doing and they did the work without my consent they had my car for a whole week and a day just to do a serpintine belt and a radatior then i picked my car up and i heard this sound in my wheel that i never had that problem before they towed it and i called them and they said they didnt hear it when they test drove it..i will never take my vechile there..also had work done elsewhere and Berkebile didnt have my radiator mounted in and they broke my strut towing it...i will never take my car there...

They had ne and my family waitinv from 8am til 2pm for a 2001 tire they charge us 137 bucks for that was unbelievable if your black DONNOT GO THERE

Do not go here. Absolute morons. All of them. They put an ILLEGAL compression fitting on my break line hose. Can't get it inspected and could have KILLED ME. I call them today to see if they can do a estimate on my van snice I got in to a car werck they said bring it by 2 pm and I did I they never even look at it at all I was there for about 3 hours weighting never even look at my van at all plus the lady was really rued to me and my daughter up there 3 hours weighting waste if time never go there again .
