WENT FOR A BATTERY REPLACEMENT AND *ZOEY M.* WAS VERY HELPFUL!! SHE REPLACED MY BATTER IN 20 DEGREE WEATHER AND SHE GOT IT AT ALMOST HALF OFF<3BIG SHOUT OUT TO ZOEY!!THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP

They found my battery was under warranty hooray they put it in for me they got me antifreeze and put that in for me so I didn't have to pay for a new battery

Oil change time.. They had the oil , and filter that I needed in stock. Nice people work there, helpful, and attentive. They even installed the wipers that I got for my truck.

I love AutoZone! Their prices aren't sky rocketing like all the other places! The Moxham AutoZone has well educated staff that will go the extra mile to find the best deal. Nicole and Shane were wonderful they knew the right questions to ask and knew exactly what I needed to purchase. They were extremely friendly and Nicole who waited on me, has amazing customer service skills. Shane and Nicole made me laugh and made my shopping experience so pleasant. I love AutoZone! I will always be a faithful customer!

Highly recommended! Roger is awesome.. he got the caliper paint I needed in for me and had it ready for me when I stopped pick it up. He also offered to put my wiper blades on for me in the rain, actually insisted. I will always go to this store any time I have a need for my car.. top notch service!

I absolutely love this AutoZone every time I go to get part they're always very helpful in finding the parts I always get a great praise and then they always help me put them on my actual car and it's just amazing the last person to help me put a headlight and we stood out in the cold together until he figured it out and I greatly appreciate it because he didn't have to go above and beyond like he did it's always such a wonderful experience

This is where I buy all of my auto parts. They always have what I need at a great price. The folks that work there are very knowledgeable and a lot of times give me advice on how to fix problems. They will pretty much accommodate you in any way if they think it will help you fix your car. From lending out tools to helping find just the right part, this is the place to go for the DIY auto mechanic.

I usually hit auto zone first if I need anything.Just have to watch because lately some of the folks are clueless. It used to be you just had to avoid the one lady.

My go to place for parts! Always great service with friendly faces wanting to help with any situation. Yes it can get busy but they're doing something right to always be so busy! Worth the wait... definitely NOT EVER going to Advance or Napa.

I stopped here on a commute because my check engine light came on. The associate that hooked the computer up to my car was knowledgeable and helpful. I would give a 5 star rating but he used foul language very loosely. It did not offend me, but if he spoke in that manner to any and every customer I think it would probably be an issue with his manager.

Best autozone crew, hands down, I've ever had personal experience with. I'm from out of town, had major car issues, and got stuck there for 3 days. They went above and beyond to help diagnose and fix the issues, even tho it was freezing cold, dark, and snowing out. All the guys were friendly and had great customer service, but I'd like to give a particular shout out to Zak and Rashon, u guys r awesome. Thank u!

Had a return on a part...one of the staff members was very rude and snobby asking me tons of questions loke.i was a dam convict....got mad that one of the employees there gave me a discount...i traveled 3000 miles not to be treated like that....you guys need to fire him and rehire new staff yall are terrible

I visited your store on Hickory Street after visiting to other auto parts stores. I was welcomed by Troy ( I believe his name is). He was able to get one part I needed and get the other from another store. This is sad after the other local Autozone told me no one in the area could get the parts till Tuesday. They told me to try across the street at your competitor. If it wasn t for Troy and Tony Friday night my truck would still be broke and I would have ordered parts online. I glad some employees take there jobs seriously.

These guys come out and help you if they can for no additional cost after your purchase. That's just awesome. I upgraded my lights, they put them in for me..
