The guys here are great and very helpful. If you don't know, just ask, and they will point you in the right direction. This location is my favorite to stop at for all my car washing and maintenance needs.

First of all, yall got some weirdos up there, excuse me for being rude, but when 20 is dropped on a fob that's now broken (because of your workers) and they only refund 8 dollars back?? Be so for real.

The staff is really helpful. They have a wide variety of items in stock and can order as well. I'm short and when I had my van, the guys always change wiper blades. They will do this for anyone. The staff knows a lot and offers budget or high quality items, whichever you choose.

Quick in and out. Bought brakes and a caliper for my car prices very reasonable. I took back the old caliper and got 50 dollars back which helped. They had me in there maybe 3 minutes so it was very quick . Thank you!

Staff is fantastic and there parts system has come a long way. I had previously written off Advance due to parts being misidentified which meant another trip to the store and more than likely a night wasted. This hasn't happened for a few years now and the speed perks are an excellent incentive. Employees on Scalp are always excellant as well.

Excellent customer service! Gentleman was waiting on me and answered the phone. Another employee seeing him wait on me and taking the call moves him out of the way and says " move, move" and then proceeds to say "is that everything mam?" I felt so important and it just made me feel good inside because all I was buying was a $3 pack of tire plugs but he treated me like I was spending thousands! What a great place to buy ALL your automotive needs.

Asked for a set of LED headlights, they boxed the wrong set the first time. Went back for (hopefully) the correct item, only to get another wrong item. They sold me fog lights not headlights. The store will be closed before I'm done working so I'll be stuck driving 45min home in the dark. Not happy, won't be back other than to return this worthless item..

I purchased a battery online for my car. When I got to the store they had it ready to go! I asked if they could install the battery for me and they did without hesitation. Although I'm pretty sure my battery was against their policy bc it's located in my trunk next to the spare tire. John changed it anyways. Service there was beyond Great!! Definitely deserve a 5 star. I'd give a 10 if I could..

Oh my goodness the kids who were working tonight (sorry they looked young and my children's ages so they're kids to me)were absolutely amazing! They helped me out so much! I needed a headlight bulb replacement and the bulbs everyone was giving me were the wrong ones they didn't look like they would fit what I have. Here I have aftermarket LED's and everyone was giving me the factory ones so they weren't wrong we just didn't know what I had! He went outside and instantly knew exactly what ones I needed,told me how to install it step by step,told me you have to wear gloves to change it and can never touch it because you'll put hot spots in the bulb and it will burn out! It's nice to have a place that you know will go above and beyond and especially being a female that you can trust and will steer you in the right direction! That's definitely what you get here! I honestly can't thank them enough for helping me out!

Normally my go to store for parts but after how rude the employee was the last visit I won't go there again needless to say put everything back and canceled my online pick up

Good place for parts. Had a problem with the online site and using discounts. The guy there got all the parts I needed and applied all the discounts. Very helpful.

The motorcycle battery I bought for $95 (autocraft) looks cheap. When I got home it was part dead and had to throw it on the chargers at 2amps for a couple hours before it was fully charged. I can't believe the battery has only a 3 month warranty.Also the date on the battery was September 2018 making it 8 months old before i bought it. I'm sure I got ripped off.The original battery in the bike was a yuasa and it lasted 10 yrs and it was a plain flooded lead acid.If this old overpriced battery (agm) lasts 5 years I'll come back and change my response. A battery that has only a 3 month warranty I'll be surprised it makes a year.

Prices of cheap especially if you can shop online staff can be helpful with auto repair advice when in extreme staff navigate to computer text you off very quickly for search for parts

Planned to spend $200 for a car battery. They weren't very friendly or helpful. Told me to go to a garage as they couldn't install a battery for me.

Bought front calipers, rotors and other items. The caliper bleed screw was jacked up by manufacturing. Tried to replace it 4 times. I still do not have the correct bleed screw.

Helpful staff. I always feel like I am paying too much at chain auto part stores, but wth do I know about auto parts? Oil is cheaper at Walmart, but Walmart does suck, so...
