Was there the other day. The girl working there knows nothing and not friendly at all. When I got home I had a question so I called back and she was so rude. When I said bye she said yep. When I asked her a question she said I don't know, is that all you need. The only thing they know is putting in the computer year make and model.

My husband dropped a battery off to be charged and tested on a Friday. He called back Sunday and the gentleman who answered the phone said he would have to charge it and test it. My husband asked why? The man said because he wasn't sure that it was charged. My husband told him he seen the staff put it on the charger Friday. They ended up giving him a new battery because it was under warranty, but itvwas not a die hard battery like the one that was exchanged under warranty. The second incident was the other day. He called to see if they had a duel filter for his truck. The guy who answered the phone said yes we have 1 in stock and told him the price was $64.00. He stopped to pick it up, the price went from $64.00 to $112.00. He asked what happened to the one thay was 64$. Guy said I can't find that one. It was literally an hour what do you mean you can't find it!?Not to mention, the entire time the guy was waiting on him, he was chomping on some type of stringy candy smacking his lips together...so unprofessional.

The folks at 6629 Broad street store are awesome, more than helpful and knowable. I ve worked in automotive retail for more than 25 years, Dave and crew are awesome

Super helpful employees! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I went in for a set of new wiper blades and while that may be thought of as "easy", the salesperson was very polite, quick, and knew what needed done. He helped out with getting a coupon, and then offered to out the blades on. I took him up on it because I figure that they are much more the professional with this and they do it everyday, I do it maybe once a year. He had the blades on lickity split, and one of his co-workers (maybe the manager?) was outside doing something else and he just came right on over to help/oversee things and it just really struck me as a well-run team.Thanks for a great experience!

Went in to get washer fluid and the the guys at the front desk were so helpful!The one employee helped me get my car hood open and made sure I put the washer fluid where it needed to go. Very helpful and personable employees!

Auto coolant has become an unnecessarily complex subject. I stopped in at the Broad Street store in Johnstown the past week and David was extremely helpful in boiling down (pun intended) the subject. He gave me information for several of my cars and did so without acting put upon to do so. High marks to David!

Electronics can't be returned and purchasing online has a burdensome return policy taking days to refund. Otherwise I love them "speed perks" and deep online based discounts.

Staff member worthless as the bag of high chew he was fumbling through. You think that a man working at these types of places would figure a woman coming in with questions about an item or trying to buy something to get truck legal for night driving would be like see what you re talking about. But whatever I ll go somewhere else

Not enough people working and always a hassle with lifetime warranty you sell overpriced parts from China and get mad at a customer for bringing back the bracks ag 6 months sell better stuff.Manager is the problem at the store in Johnstown.

Good in a pinch but be ready to pay a premium. Name brand oil by the quart twice as much as Walmart for exactly the same brand and viscosity.

Asked to check the computer for fluids that work with my car, just got it and need the essentials, man said "no, we don't do that... if you don't know what works for your car we don't know either." Ignorant, this is why i hate going to auto stores...too much testosterone for one place.

Sometimes the people that work there ain't that smart and have no clue what they're talking about but the parts are very good and they do have a lot of parts for cars that are harder to find that's why I like this part store
