Thought I had an coolant issue, turned out I didn't. They call and explained what they found and turns out I didn't need a flush. Saved me large amount of money. So I ended up having my oil and filter changed and a tire issue fixed. Great group of people. I will never go any other place than Penton now for my vehicle. Moving here last year I was very new to the area and driving many miles with school so I needed my oil changed frequently. I called Penton and Mike answered and he was so nice and inviting. He made me feel like he really cared. They are very reasonable with pricing and it s very easy to make an appointment with them. Even after your appointment they will follow up with you to make sure the service went well. I highly advise this place for your vehicle needs!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Christian and Mike were absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond for my repair and made the whole process easy and enjoyable! They went out of their way to make sure I had my truck back in time and even looked over a few other things while they had it! They got me in quickly for inspection on our truck that was due to expire the next day. Also rotated the tires & let us know what would need done before the next inspection! Friendly staff & good communication!

They were more than accommadating to my walking in to get my tires changed. They also fixed my lug nuts because the original had rusted. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them for their needs. Penton Automotive has been my 'go to" garage for years. Recently I had a coolant leak. The guys at Penton diagnosed the issue quickly and got us running. About 3 weeks later, similar issue. They got us in next day, warrantied the defective part, and we had the car back under 24 hours. Penton Automotive has always been wonderful to me. Communicative, prompt and helpful. Once gave me a car to use while mine was in the shop, and another time came and picked up and dropped off my car as I didn't have anyone to bring me. Always honest, fair and do a great job. They go over and above for their customers! Definitely recommend highly!

Made the mistake of not calling around for different estimates and got severely over charged for the repair I needed. The Chevy dealer could have done the same exact repair for 1.6 hours and I was charged over 5 hours of labor (at almost $100 an hour) by Penton. Not to mention the one and only part needing to be installed was $88 through Chevy and Penton charged me $266 for the same part. I was all for supporting local businesses and especially this one because the owner seems like such a nice guy.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! They charged me $100 an hour giving me a bill over $600 took it in for alignment and inspection it failed inspection and they were going to charge $125 for it failing. They say they did alignment but it is the same. They made me pay for emissions even though it failed. Made me think it passed and it didn't. Oh and he knew that I'm a single mom of 4 living on SSI taking care of my bestfriend who is disabled too.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

They were able to fit us in on a Friday when we were passing through town on an emergency tire situation. They got what we needed within the day and got us back on the road. They even gave us a car to get around town to go get lunch and run errands. They were so friendly and helpful, went out of their way and didn t even mention the trouble. Wonderful people.

They had my vehicle for 9 days, October 7 - October 15.They never called to tell me they were over a week behind.When they got to it on the following Friday, they test drove it, scanned it for codes and said they didn t know what was wrong, and it would have to wait until Monday, which would have been October 18th. I had it towed ($$$) to a professional shop where it was diagnosed and repaired the same day.Service: General repairs & maintenance
