Extremely friendly staff. The communication was excellent, really helpful and knowledgeable mechanics. They work fast and thorough. I'll be coming back whenever anything is wrong with my jeep.

I had an issue to which I thought was a starter failure. Mark walked up the road to my car to help me jump start the car. Then he evaluated the vehicle and took care to the problem. Great Service! Terrible business!Lied about my purchased vehicle having a new timing belt, old belt and was missing bolts holding vital pulleys and engine components.Car has bad piston rings which have now ruined the catalytic converter.They won t even use their own warranty to fix the problem because in reality it s useless.Litigation is necessary.

Nice, honest and friendly full service car dealership. Would buy from again and again. Mechanics are also very good if you need car repairs. I get all my vehicles repaired and maintained here.

These guys are amazing ..from the mom who is the sweetest lady that always makes sure you get taken care of like family to her son mark and the other mechanics that get the job done and make sure you get your vehicle back quickly ..and Jerry is the man that takes care of your scheduling ,he is amazing as well very kind and efficient..thank you all at Roman Motors for making me and my family feel like a part of your family
