What a great place to take your car. I'm done with dealerships. Kenny Montgomery comes from a long line of mechanics and does a great job. Wwe almost fell over at the price. What a nice man. WHAT A GREAT PLACE, GO AND RELAX YOU'RE IN GREAT HANDS. HALLELUJAH!

Ken Montgomery is a diamond in the rough. He's an expert at diagnosing problems - a real car doctor/wizard. I've been taking my car to him for almost 9 years, and I have found him to be honest and extremely good at what he does. He'll explain the problem, show it to you, and show you how he fixed it. If it doesn't need fixing, he'll tell you that, too.

Overall pleasant experience. Kenny really knows his stuff. He doesn't cut corners and takes extra care to make sure everything is working properly and you - and your vehicle - are satisfied and happy.

Small-scale operation so you won't have the luxury of dealing with a team of service reps. As long as you can be flexible about reaching Ken and sometimes with scheduling, you won't find a fairer or more knowledgeable mechanic in Montgomery County and probably beyond.

so here's the thing, i've had my car maintenance done by them and it's always been good, however, there have been several misshaps with communication. For one, every time I call, I get a busy signal. The last time I tried about 4 different times on different days and was met with either a dead line or a busy signal. I went down there and told the guy. I also confirmed the number was correct and showed it on my cell. He couldn't figure out why I couldnt get through . Ok. I made an appointment for 8am on a weekday. I show up at the shop at 8am on the agreed weekday and there's no one there. I call and surprise, surprise, same issue. Cant get through. No one called me either. I eventually DID get through in the afternoon and the guy says "oh yeah sorry, I had jury duty". Would have been nice to get a call...also doesn't he have one trustworthy employee to open the shop? Now I've been trying to get through again from my office phone and am having the same issue, just tried and the line went dead , tried again and a busy signal! Service is good but not worth this hassle.
