Overall, decent dealership. Jack Murphy is a good guy and is very nice. Whatever you do, don't use salesman Gary Berlin. He is condescending and dismissive. I really didn't appreciate his lack of patience and understanding with my anxious and excited 18 year old daughter who was purchasing her first car. At any rate, the car, a 2018 Chevy Cruz, is a good sturdy car, and we are well pleased with our purchase.

The service team at Bryner Chevrolet are the best in the business. They are all very knowledgeable and get the issues fixed right the first time. The only dealership I will go too for service.

Not a lot of selection on used cars. But did find one for my daughter. And they worked with us in every way to get her in this car. Thanks Gary!

Good service today as usual. I didn't have an appointment, but I was able to be seen anyway. I had my family with me and they grew irritated because they were restless. Next time if they come with me hopefully they can speed up the service and I can get my family to be a little more patient.

I always get great service when at Bryner. All of the associates at Bryner, whether its sales or service, are super helpful and they provide top-notch customer service.

Always stellar service. Clean and bright waiting area. Staff members are more than helpful. Only had one issue with cashier at check out, but won't let that count against the service team. I bring all my Chevy's for service here, even the ones I didn't purchase from Byrner. Been a customer since 1997.

Best place to get your Corvette serviced. Steve knows Corvettes like the back of his hand. Work is performed with absolute care. Everything looks untouched just like it left the factory. Never dissatisfied

I had a terrible experience with trying to buyout my leased car at Hessert Chevrolet on the Boulevard. They basically refused to let me buy my car that I ve been driving for the past 3 years. After they wasted 2 hours of my life, I left and went to Bryner Chevrolet. I dealt with Joe Valori to buyout my leased car. He was great and I walked out of a car dealership for the first time in my life without feeling regret. I previously had dealt with Hessert Chevrolet on the BLVD for all my other vehicles. I ll never step foot in Hessert again. Huge thank you to the good men at Bryner Chevy! I ll be back!

Just so everyone knows since it's not posted anywhere. As of 2/7/2022, the rate to diagnose the check engine light is $172 plus tax.They also wanted it paid up-front. I believe that is also the hourly labor rate, but not positive...Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm new to the area, my vehicle is a 2021 traverse. I called Bryner Chevy for service. They transfer me from department to department. No one had no idea of what to do. At the end, I ended the call.
