I had my 2009 Ford leaking transmission fluid. Jack said it might be another issue that may cost you an extra $200. I said do it since this car is a 2009 Jack said NO until I check it out. JACK found out I did not need it. My bill was $294.00. A great place and honest owners.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Great experience with Jack and David. I m from across the state and I broke down with a blown transmission. I had it towed there just based on a phone call to a random garage who referred me here and checking the online reviews.I came back the following day after picking it up to check a rattle which turns out was not related to the trans but Jack went out of his way to check it out and identified the cause.

They were very quick to get our car in. Took it in on a tuesday, ready within 2 days.They were very honest and detailed with diagnosis of problem and estimate.We didnt have a 2nd car and they even gave my husband a ride to the garage for pick up!First rate, professional and was on point with final cost! Highly recommend!

They were all super nice! Took my car through multiple trials to figure out what was going wrong and gave me advice on what to do with it. I'm a woman and sometimes walking into a mechanic shop the people there act like you don't know anything. In the case of my transmission, I didn't. But they didn't treat me like that or assume I didn't know. Very pleasant and friendly. 5/5, would recommend to everyoneServices: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

They are quick and the quality of their work is top notch. Had a transmission rebuilt in my van and it only took a couple days. They were friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. The quoted price is exactly what I paid even though they had more work in it than they expected. Transmission is working great now and I have no complaints.

I am a fellow garage owner and I send all my customers to Shiftright for transmission work because Jack is good and honest. There are always people who post bad reviews because they think making you look bad makes them look good. Keep up the good work Jack!

I had Silverado transmission rebuilt in one day truck runs perfect. Also replaced two transmission lines on my Express van also one day. Great price, very professional, and most important to me you can trust the owner Jack to perform only needed repairs.Great shop!

Needed the clutch replaced in my sons wrx. Talked to owner Friday morning, took car in for estimate. Was given a price to remove and check exact problem. On Monday was given the total price to replace clutch and told would be done on Wednesday. Car was fixed properly on time and at quoted price. Very fair price, FAR LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE CAR DEALER GARAGE WANTED. Would highly recommend.

Dealing with Shiftright has been fantastic. Other transmission shops have literally told me my problem was "too complicated" and would cost upwards of $3,000. Jack quoted the job at $1,800. He went over budget fixing my problem and discounted the difference so it matched the quoted price. Even found a different problem, which I was already aware of, and warned me about it. That's something only a friend would do for you. A great guy with a great shop. Would highly recommend him, especially after what the other shops put me through.

Problem with my transmission. Called & scheduled an appt. They gave me an approximate dollar figure for the cost. They got me in & fixed the issue. The cost came a little over but they kept the price at the quoted price. Even though it wasn't a binding quote. I'd recommend them for your transmission needs.

I had taken my car here to get the clutch replaced and I m so happy I did! My car runs like it s brand new and at a great price. The owner was also extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend taking your car here for repairs.

Thank you Jack Savage for being such a great guy. We really appreciate you taking time or of your busy day and helping us immediately. There's no bigger worry that a mom has than her daughter being out on the road with car trouble. We really appreciate how you took your time with us and explained everything so that we could understand and knew what to do. We are especially grateful that you didn't do anything that didn't need done. You were completely honest and completely reassured this mom that she was safe. As a women taking a car into any repair shop, I feel like people take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but you did not and for that, I would recommend you to everyone I know. Bad transmission leak and feared the worst. Got me in a day early, completed work the next day! Very honest...2 hours labor and 2 seals. I hope I never need them again, but, if I do, they ll be my first call. Nice to do business locally!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

The best the most honest mechanic i sent my daughter there they could've told her anything instead they told her it wasn't her transmission at all it was her catalytic converter so when it comes time to get a transmission Shift right will get the job highly recommend all go there thank you Shift Right

I have had work done on a couple of my vehicles at Shiftright. They have always been thorough and have done good work. They explained what needed to be done and why. I would recommend Shiftright to anyone looking to get transmission work done on their vehicle.

After having 2 transmissions rebuilt by ShiftRight I thought writing this was absolutely necessary. The first one was done about 4 yrs ago and the car now has another 100K on the rebuilt trans still running and shifting perfectly! The second car I told Jack that I wanted this done 100% correct and be very careful of my car since it s my baby. Car was done quickly and right once again trans is shifting tight and perfectly! People this is the right shop to go to by all means! Thanks for the awesome work its rare these days. I can t tell you how many times I paid for automotive repairs only to go back multiple times because of poor work etc. Nothing worse than paying good money to find wiring harness snapped, bolts missing etc Anyways not at ShiftRight! Hope to not visit for a while but if I have another trans problem on another car I know where I m going!Thanks,Rick Batyko

The owner was extremely rude to me because I was from out of town. Told me it would be 2 days to replace my transmission with a new one and 8 DAYS LATER he was finally done. The money I saved by not going to aamco we more then spent on hotels. STAY AWAY!!! I wish someone had warned me

A local dealer had my car almost 3 weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with the transmission and finally told me I needed an entire new transmission. I took the car to ShiftRight instead. In 2 hours they determined that a wiring plug was defective and repaired it for $137 total. Thanks!

5-star service! They checked out my car and the issue turned out to be an electrical problem rather than a transmission problem. No charge!! Good people!!
