Great buying experience from sales, to service!! As a first time boat buyer, I had a lot of questions. Full Performance Marine was patient and took the time to answer them all with no pressure so I could make the right choice for my family.

Called to see if they would check and repair the power trim on my boat. Told them aPanther model 55. Told me they not interested and wouldn't know where to get parts. Had they googled panther 55 or panther marine or Amazon they could have found the info needed. Should not have been puzzle at all.

We had a great experience buying our boat from FPM. Jimmy and Amanda walked us through exactly what we needed to do and were super nice, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. With their help, the entire process was quick and easy. We will definitely go to them again for future purchases and for boat maintenance!

Family run company with exceptional response to work with us on buying a boat. We had looked at several places to upgrade our boat from a 16' Pontoon with a 20HP motor to a 22' pontoon with a 140HP motor.Matt worked with us tirelessly on what we were looking for and offered a used boat which had all of the features we wanted + additional features we hadn't considered. They delivered the boat when promised and spent a lot of time with us going over the boat; we took it out on the lake to make sure it worked fine.Brenda handled the paperwork and payments and kept us informed of when payments arrived and what she needed. It was a great buying experience and I would highly recommend Full Performance Marine for any of your boat purchases.

Can t say enough about Full Performance marine! My wife and I spent a couple weeks looking at pontoons. I m pretty particular and we looked at everything within 2 hours of Mechanicsburg, PA. We were back at several dealerships more than once trying to decide which boat we wanted. We eventually seen and spoke with Marty, Matt and Jimmy and even met Jason a lead service tech one day on the sales floor. All of them were polite, very knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. We felt like their facility and staff offered the best support and service after the sale. We struck a deal on Thursday afternoon. They delivered the boat the next afternoon and Jimmy did our demo that evening. He took all the time we needed and then some. Even helped us get our slip set up with our fenders, lines etc. Highly recommend this Family owned business for any of your boating needs.

I purchased a Yamaha AR190 over two years ago (Feb of '15) and the deal and the experience was great. Would not hesitate to recommend shopping there!BUT what is earning my review of 5 stars today is after moving to a new state and losing some of my original purchase documentation which is needed to re-register in MD, I gave them a call. I ended up speaking with Brenda, and she did not hesitate to extend her help. Two years after my purchase, with no real business incentive (I don't live close enough for service, parts, etc.), She went out of her way to locate the documents and send them to me.I can't comment on their mechanical service, but from original purchase to helping me out now over two years later, their customer service has been stellar. Thanks Full Performance, and when I decide to upgrade to a Yamaha 24, I'll be giving you a call.

Full Performance couldn't have been more accommodating during my boat purchase. Tim, Jim and Matt were very customer oriented and continue to be after purchase. My many questions were patiently answered through the selection process. I took a few days to decide and during that period the Yamaha I opted for had been sold. Full Performance went out of state to acquire the boat I wanted. The demo ride was informative and included jet boat practice maneuvers to improve skill levels. Love my Yamaha jet boat and highly recommend Full Performance Marine for your boating needs.

The people were very nice but upset with purchase. They guarantee that the boat would run like it should. Just say first time in the water couldn t even get it off the trailer took it back to have them look at it and they claimed to fixed it. Second time I went to start it before I took it out it s doing the same thing. Do not trust the story behind the boats they tell you and that they guarantee it will run as is because they don t. Will never buy another item from them. We were going to buy a new boat from them next year but with what has happened with this boat and service department I will not be going back.

Where do I start, physically went in for a verbal estimate for a sea water pump impeller replacement for a 2008 LX240 Crownline 6.2L. I was quoted $300.00. So I scheduled the appointment for two weeks out. I was taking my boat out of storage at home and bringing it up to the lake to get the work done and then I could take it right to my storage at the lake. Took a week to get done with a few phone calls from me. I'm two hours from the lake. So during my few phone calls I was asked if I would like to have the trailer inspected and agreed and they said they would need my registration card. So Friday on my way to my camper, I stopped by to give them the registration card and was told the boat would be done in the morning. So Saturday morning waited for the call that the boat was done. It is now 11:30am no call yet. Now I needed to be home for a birthday party at 2pm so I called full performance and was told that the boat was done earlier this morning and they forget to call me. So this is the beginning of my agitation, told John I'm on my way over. I stopped to fuel my truck up and got another call from John. He told me that my invoice was emailed to me, never telling me what I owe. I think he was to embarrassed to tell me the total cost. I proceed to pull up the email and to my amazement the price was now $869.00!! Never received a call that the work was going to be more than what was quoted and should they proceed. Not happy but what are you going to do but pay the bill. Will never step in your building again and will make sure I tell everyone what crooks you are.

We love the boat we bought. We had a great sales rep to deal with. We were however disappointed that they do not offer a referral kick back of any sort. Our cousins (who weren t even in the market for buying a boat, but loved the pontoon we bought) went to them 4 days after we bought ours and purchased a brand new pontoon. We felt that we should have be offered a kick back for the referral or at the very least a nice discount on purchasing merchandise from their store. I run a retail business myself and always offer referral incentives to my customers.

My wife and I purchased a new pontoon from Full Performance early this summer and could not be happier with the customer service we received. From the buying process to the help and service that we received we could not have asked for more. Everyone that we have dealt with at Full Performance has been awesome! We will be long time customers of Full Performance for all of our service, storage, and future purchases.

Nice place but we just went there with our current boat on tow to trade or sell ripe to purchase a new boat and no one really engaged us. One guy asked if we needed help as he walked by us, I said, " I've had my boat for 4 years it's time for another" and he just kept walking. Another was laying on a boat, said he had a sore neck but that was it. Disappointed

Just purchased a pre-owned Yamaha 242 Limited and a Kawasaki 300x Jet Ski from the guys at Full Performance Marine and had a great experience. Jimmy, Marty, and Matt were all fantastic. Both were fully detailed and ready to go when I got there. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a boat. The entire staff was friendly and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks again for the great deals! Will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

This was our first pontoon purchase and we had our mind on buying a used one. But thought it wouldn t hurt to take a look at new ones. We met Jimmy and he was great and listened to our wants and needs. He went above and beyond to make our dream come true. We now own a beautiful Aqua Patio 259CBD with a 150 Yamaha. I will definitely recommend Jimmy and the team to my friends. Everyone was so helpful. Jimmy insisted if we have any questions or concerns to not hesitate to contact him. Every question I asked he either had the answer or got back to me with it. This built trust for me.

Super Positive experience! I had been looking for a pontoon boat for a year. We live in DC and have been to most dealerships anywhere close to our area. We were visiting PSU and someone suggested that we check out Full Performance Marine. Lucky for us we did. The staff and owners could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We learned more about what we were looking for (our actual boat and motor) than at any other shop. We could have bought the same setup in our backyard but chose to drive 3.5 hours back to FPM three weeks later because they earned our loyalty and business. Since that time I have learned that others in our area have done the same. We have had the boat for a couple of weeks and just completed our 20 hour service/ maintenance. If we were closer I would have had FPM handle the service but with their detailed instruction I replaced all of the fluids and filters myself. It might be worth the 3.5 hr trip back up there for the 100 hour service:). Bottom line is if you are thinking about buying a boat you would be hurting yourself not giving them a shot. Thanks FPM (special thanks to Matt) and you have earned a friend and customer for life!

These people rock! We just took the delivery of our new Bennington 21 FSX and each step of the process was a great experience. We have been out of boating for years and this is our first pontoon and they treated us with the utmost respect and were very thorough and thoughtful explaining the differences between runabouts and pontoons. They also explained about the costs that we can expect. Out of the 4 boat dealers that we have dealt with over the years, Full Performance Marine has been the best. Thanks again to all of you!Steve and Jane

My wife and I decided to use this dealer since they are the closest Yamaha dealer to our cabin in Raystown. The check engine light was flashing on our boat. They fixed it and told me that they had called Yamaha and Yamaha said it was not covered under the extended warranty. Long story short, after paying the bill I decided to call Yamaha myself to find out why it wasn't covered. Yamaha asked me if a second problem had occurred since they already paid for the first one. They actually billed me AND Yamaha to repair the same problem. Then they had the guts to lie to me about calling Yamaha and getting rejected. Unbelievable!! We will not return and I hope many people read this and stay away. We will go back to towing the boat home to Lancaster. Thanks to Yamaha of Camp Hill for letting me know that Yamaha Motor Corp does pay for things like switches in their extended service (Y.E.S.)plan. Learn how to do an honest business Full Performance!

My dad new what he was looking for in the pontoon he wanted. He let them know and as soon as they had one they called my dad immediately. Everything was hassle free and easy. The boat is beautiful and we spend many family weekends at the lake. Thank you Full Performance for your professionalism and friendliness. It's nice to come to a place where you already feel like family!!

The whole FPM family was a great help when we were looking to purchase a new pontoon. They took the time to walk us through the options with no pressure but instead talked through what we will need for how we will use the boat. Made it worth our 2 hour trip from DCL. Never received that kind of friendly helpful service at the lake. Can t wait to put our new boat out on DCL in the spring!

Consumer Beware...I had warranty work completed on a one year old Aqua Patio at Full Performance this past winter/spring. I had the pontoon stored on site while they had all winter to complete the warranty work. The flooring was bubbling up by the ladder, one month into the season the flooring started to bubble again. I guess the glue that they applied must not have worked!Prior to them storing it for the winter, I paid to have the toons cleaned and what I got is white streaks down all three toons. They burn the toons when they cleaned them.Consumer Beware of Full Performance service and their less than professional employees (Brenda and Jason). They also put a dent in my motor along with a nice long scratch. When I spoke to Jason about the toons and the damages to the motor prior to leaving the lot, he with his smug arrogance proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their fault and took no responsibility.I have been boating for the past 12 years and have not experienced this type of customer service from a marina. They certainly lost my future business and I will make sure to tell all of my boating friends not to go to Full Performance.Beware when handing over your baby for service especially when they post replies on customer reviews... "since you didn't purchase from us."Check out my profile image for just a glimpse of their work.Update in response to Owner reply:They were told I bought my pontoon from a dealer in Indiana, and I was calling them because I live in Ohio and use/store my pontoon in Pennsylvania where my family is located. I called Full Performance because they were the closest authorized dealer for the brand of pontoon that I own. Of course, I was not going to trailer my pontoon 9 hours to the dealer in Indiana. I called to inquire about warranty work for the flooring and a tear in the upholstery. Look at original paperwork as you were unsure the upholstery would be covered under warranty so you didn't find anything on the dressing room that wasn't already discussed. They did warranty work which is what authorized dealers are supposed to do.Due to the fact that I was having warranty work done it was only common sense to have you winterize the pontoon and store it while the warranty work was being completed. So to address the statement of me having problems with other marinas is incorrect as you were also the only marina that has ever had my boat since I bought it, put it in the water, and then delivered to you for warranty work. It wasn't even a year old.I expected no less of a response like you have provided as I noticed all of your responses are as smug and arrogant just like the service one would receive in person. As for you doing exactly what I asked for, that statement couldn't be further from the truth, I asked to have flooring fixed, that didn't happen and still have the same issue. I asked to have my boat winterized, I got toons that were ruined do to acid wash that was applied incorrectly (spoke to several dealers in the field) and a dent and scratch in my motor. I noticed you didn't address the dent and scratch, I'll take that as an amission of guilt. Also, if you are an authorized dealer you should care for all boats that are brought to you, not just boats that are purchased from you.I am in the business where compliments mean everything and where inquiries are opened for all complaints. This is my second review, I completed a review for Bills Marine Service in Deep Creek, MD this summer. I would encourage all who read this review to travel south a couple of hours to visit Bills Marine as they are courteous, professional and treat you with respect... like a true boat dealer.

We brought our boat to them to replace some parts. Picked it up a week afterwards The boat seemed to work fine the whole day, until we tried to leave and it wouldn't start. A nice family towed us back in and we dropped it off the same day we picked it up! After the 1st week of nothing happening they promised us that it would be looked at at the beginning of the week. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't looked at it yet!!! Never using them again. We'll go somewhere else who can actually take care of their customers. I guess our boat won't make them much money so that's why they keep putting it off. I will never refer someone to use them for boat repairs or buying a boat. They're a terrible company.

As first time pontoon boat owners, Jimmy and everyone else at Full Performance made it a very enjoyable and exciting experience. What a knowledgeable and friendly place. No question was too dumb . Can t wait for spring when Jimmy shows us all the ins and outs of our boat on the lake. Left Full Performance feeling like I have a whole new group of friends! Thank you Jimmy et al!

PLEASE STAY AWAY. Part 1 but thet keep deleting this. Back on 10/16/16 I inquired with the owner s son, Matt, about a boat they were selling. He had it listed as needing some minor engine work, a wiring harness and an impeller. Everything else works . I told him that this was my first boat and inquired about how much that would cost to have fixed. He told me that he estimated it between $750 and $1,500 but if I were doing it myself it would be around $500 to $700. He said that the engine overheated and it melted the main wiring harness. I again asked him if he was sure that the boat just needed a wiring harness and impeller. I also asked him if he tore the engine down to come to that conclusion. He told me that as of right now they know for sure the wiring harness and water pump Impeller need to be replaced and that the engine ran fine all year until this happened SO THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY FURTHER ISSUES . I asked him how the transom was. He said SOLID. YOU CAN T GET HURT ON THE BOAT. HIGHEST BIDDER TAKES IT. IF THEY FIXED THE PROBLEMS HE COULD EASLIY SELL THE BOAT FOR $10,000 to $12,000 easily. So I bought the boat thinking this was an honest business. I took the boat to the Marine where I live who showed me the compression results that were previously written on the motor prior to me purchasing it. I was told that they all had low compression except one, the bearings are tight and the piston is scored, meaning it needed a new motor, not minor engine work at all, mind you. I asked Matt if they did a compression check. He related that they did not. He also related that they did take the cowling off to inspect the wire harness. He would have definitely seen the compression results already printed on the motor and that they were low unless they did the compression check and were being deceitful. I asked him why he didn t mention the compression was bad. He said they couldn t do a compression check because the engine would not turn over. How do you test the impeller if the engine won t turn over too. That makes no sense. How do you sell a boat saying it needs minor engine work, provide what is wrong with the boat and an estimate to fix it to a customer if you didn t know what was wrong with it to begin with unless you did know what was wrong with it. I had Matt have the previous boat owner call me. The previous boat owner called me and told me that he did not have the compression test done and also told me that he was searching for a used motor prior to going to Full Performance. He also said he was unaware that the impeller was bad. Matt tried blaming this on the previous boat owner as being a liar when he traded the boat in but so far all of the above says otherwise. Matt never got back to me. I got the Vehicle Fraud Unit involved from the Pennsylvania State Police who told me that I could have Matt arrested for Theft by Deception or I can try and work things out with them if they would make good on their end. I decided to let them try to make this right. The Trooper called Matt and had Matt call me. He asked me what the estimate was that I received to fix/repair the motor. I sent Matt the estimate from the Marine which was estimated between $6,000 and $7,000. Matt asked me to drive the boat back so his mechanics can look at it. Keep in mind I live over 3 hours away. I drove it back. I was told that the boat motor needed to be rebuilt. A few weeks went by and I was advised that the motor could not be rebuilt because there was too much damage to it from salt water. Again READERS, why didn t Matt notice/mention this before after he removed the cowling. I was then advised that it needed a new motor and one would cost me $6,000. I said no way am I paying $6,000 for their mistakes. They agreed to split the cost with me charging me $3,500 plus tax for the motor and over $100 in gas so they can test run it. Transom is rotten too. Had family, friends and children on the boat and could have been seriously hurt, if not killed. Should have never been for sale. Absolute liars.
