Drove 100 miles only to find at 4:15pm I forgot the keys to my camper . They helped me out by lending me a key (helped but not fully). By the time I got back to return said key they had someone there that not only could help me but was willing to lend me their key!!! (Keep in mind this is very very close closing 2 days after Christmas after a snow storm) I will make sure they get 100% of my camper needs business from now on!!!!!!!

My rv toilet was leaking while camping down the road from Bear Creek. Being a diy person I stopped in to get the plumbing parts I needed to fix it. They not only hooked me with all I needed they let me borrow the crimp tool required to do the job. Awesome folks

**buyer beware**To start off we started inspecting the camper and the awning was broke but previously we looked at this and it worked just fine. They offered to replace the spring. The camper we were trying to purchase they didn't even have the title. It was still in the last owners name. So instead of telling me this upfront they delayed me any way they could till they could get the last owner to provide the title. And since bear creek is NOT a notary they couldn't hold the title. Instead they had the owner sign the title they we had to drive about 20 miles away to get the title transfered from the past owners name into mine. After that. We had to go back out to the lot and hook up the camper to take it. At this point the battery wasn't working and they told me it was just dead from sitting. Also the tail light on the driverside wasn't working and they told me it was the 7pin connector. Which I found out later it wasn't and I had to run a new wire because it was cut inside the camper somewhere and didn't have power. Also once we finally got the camper home they didn't give me keys to the front bedroom door. They told me they didn't have them the past owner didn't give them to them. So they offered (since this was such a bad experience) to replace the handle with new keys for that door only. I also complained about they battery at this point telling them it would take a charge. They did switch out the battery but it only lasted 2 months tops. Now trying to get ahold of them about the warranty for the battery has been terrible. I have called and left messages. I've talked to John he keeps saying he will look into it and now I get no reasoned no return phone call. Nothing back. So I guess I'll wash my hands of this horrible company and go somewhere that has a good standing.

I had broken light switches but I was under waranty. When called i thought they were going to replace the entire light which i had 7.which would have cost hundreds of dollars I had 100 dollar deductible. However they only replaced the switches that cost about 30 dollars. My bill to them was 126.00 dollars with my deductible.I talked to them before that if only replacing switches it doesn't make sense to use my warranty for something I could have done myself and save 100 dollars. They were not forthcoming and screwed me!!

We are seasonal campers at Raystown but live a few hours away. John at Bear Creek opens and closes our camper each year. They do an excellent job when service is needed and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service from John. We have used Bear Creek for over 6 years. They service our 5th wheel and open and close it each year for us! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
