If you are looking for an honest, competent mechanic, come here... Phenomenal service and integrity!...Three times now I have fully expected to need thousands of dollars in repairs, but they found the problem to be something simpler, and fixed it... Sooner and for far less money than I expected... I feel very lucky to have found them, and recommend them highly!

If I could give 10 stars I would! After the unfortunate experience of hitting my first deer and then waiting 6 hours for a tow from my insurance with no avail, I decided to give these guys a call. They had a tow out to me in half an hour and they were more than helpful from the beginning. Not only did they start by apologizing for my circumstances but gave me a clear image of expectations, (ie: the paint won't match perfectly due to previous sun fade, etc.) When my car was finished I was amazed! Everything was absolutely beautiful! All new parts aligned perfectly and all replacements are mechanically sound. When I tell you that the paint match was perfect, I'm not kidding!! Burman Collision completely exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier! Not only did they detail the outside when they were finished but they detailed the inside also! My car looks better than when I even bought it. HUGE thank you to everyone!!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Came to PA for the summer and on the way a deer ran out and hit my car! Did some research and decided to take my Acadia to Burman Collision. Great customer service! They did an awesome job! Thanks so much!!!!

my girlfriends car was involved in a deer accident a month ago. Bermans took a week to pick it up(after we called them) and now 3 weeks later the car is still not done after they said it would be done a week ago and again we had to call them because they haven t updated us. I know of 4 body shops that would ve had this done in a week and 3 weeks after they pick up the car it still isn t done no call updates or anything. Very poor customer service and we will never bring business to this shop again.

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Burman's for years any time we hit a deer. Their work is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Premier body shop of Northeast PA. Service first with many insurance companies. Your insurance company or tow driver can NOT tell you where to have your vehicle repaired, the choice is yours. Also available for vehicle maintenance. PA inspections. Oil change, Tires and computerized four wheel alignments.

Always good to us got the axle done on my Jeep just before I left for Pittsburgh....6 hrs on the highway...runs great....those guys are the greatest....

Car done 2 says late and after having a headlight repaired, we got home and turn signal didn't work....light bulb is needed to work. How do you forget a light bulb?
