My car was shutting off at Auto starts and auto stops, I bought my car here so I got it towed here. They did a computer update and send me on my way 4 months later my car broke down again so I got it towed there a second time, My car was there for almost 4 months, they told me there was no code so they couldn't diagnose it without a code the drove at home a few times and apparently it didn't mess up on them after all this time went by I said okay I guess I'll just pick it up because it's not messing up no more when I picked it up I thought you got a complimentary Car Wash apparently not but my trash can was tipped over so all the trash was thrown through the car my car was on E the light was on which I never let my car go on E and then not even 24 hours later I was broke down on the side of the road, so for the third time I got it towed this time I went to smail gmc, the next day they called me told me my car was reading a code that there is a foreign object basically. The technician started looking around instantly they found a Tracker placed on my vehicle. Don't know why it's there but what I really don't know is why Riverview did not get this code why they didn't think to look for that why they just said my car was perfectly fine when it wasn't it broke down on the dealership twice and read them a code instantly I'm almost feeling like they just didn't want to deal with me!!I went weeks and weeks without hearing from somebody. While the car was at riverview, and even though I had a warranty I was never asked if I needed a rental 3 1/2 months I was out of work my life has completely gone downhill so much while my car sat up there and I didn't have another vehicle to go to work in! The other dealership found the issue they're putting in a brand new battery for me since the tracker drained this one they're going to drive it for a few more days all complimentary!!
