Dan and Bob took good care of me and my car. It was just winter tires to summer tires swap, but you'd be surprised about how many things have gone wrong in the last few years with this simple procedure. Being overcharged ($200.00), overtightened lugs nuts which had to be drilled out, and not checking psi on tires which have been sitting in garage for months! So, if you want reliable service and very nice group of people, give them a try.

The current manager & staff are incredibly cool, knowledgable, personable, professional & fast. I've had state inspections, emission inspections, tires replaced, tires rotated, full synthetic oil changes & wheels static balanced. I've been extremely happy on each visit with the staff & the performance of my 2010 Ford Mustang GT every time I drive away. Thanks guys!

When I went I had four tires out on and new valve stems and caps and oil change. When I left I had tmps light on and low tire air on. I took back to get lights off he did get low air off but the tmps light still on . He didn t know how to get off. I said that s fine I ll be going apass honda I ll get them shut off light. I went to honda they said that was sensor in tire if wasn t on before they probably broke when doing tire. I went back to the Monroe and told them but didn t have time to get fixed. Then flat tire started kept putting air in for maybe week then switched to my suv till I could get car back in. I got back in they said something with valve stem on tire and replaced that. Then they said tmps light could be for car being 2013 I said that would be way to convienant no way. So they did fix something they said wasn t reading it or something. Light was off then on way home the same light was on . I have shut off on dash button it goes off but last time it wouldn t. I need to take back and get them to fix so it stays off. Hopefully they can fix it this time with out a bill to play. When I was there I got good service just not done right from start. Now will be second time I go to get repaired. Waste of my time going again.

Stopped in without an appointment have a nail removed from a tire. Gary had me in and out in under 10 minutes and was super friendly. Thanks again!

I wasn't going to leave a review but my friends talked me into it I was there last week there was two people in the garage and no cars so I stood at the desk as they were talking and waited patiently but no one came out to talk to me after about 10 mins someone walked in the office (waiting area) and asked rudely what do I want when I asked if they had time for an oil change they said no they have a busy day ahead of the mind you there was no cars in parking lot or in garage and this was around ten am so I sat in my car looking up other places and was happy when NTB down the road said they could get me right in

Amazing workplace! I won t take my car to just anywhere and they were professional and took great care with it. Alignment was great, car is running fanstastic, couldn t be more happy. Manager was very knowledgeable and I ll be returning here in the future. Thx again!

The shop guys were super friendly and completed my job quickly! I appreciated them taking a look at my AC problem as soon as I got there after 2 other shops were unable to do so and offering repairs the next working day. Fair pricing is also a bonus. Great little shop!

I have historically had acceptable dealings with this shop until today, but today's goings-on are unacceptable.I scheduled a car inspection for 10/1/23 back on 9/17/23. I have confirmation emails and appointment reminders of my inspection. It was scheduled for 9am-11am.I pulled into Monro at 9:05am, and no one was there, so I left my keys in the lockbox and filled out the paperwork. I stayed until 9:20 just in case, then I left and my wife left a V/M on the way home.Over the course of the day, I tried calling several times, but there was no answer. And no one answered my V/M. So presumably the shop never opened. The web tells me their hours were 9-5 today.We called other local Monro's who confirmed that yes, the shop should be open, and they knew of no reason why they would be closed.So with my key in the lockbox, the shop has just held my car hostage all day, and now my wife won't have it for work tomorrow.I had sn appt since 9/17; if they weren't going to open today, they should have called their appts to let them know this!Poor show, Monro Irwin.

Very professional, respectful and honest! This was my first experience with Monro Tire and the gentleman in the front and the mechanic explained that what I thought was an entire screw in my tire turned out to be just the head and it was in the thickest part of the tread, they removed it and there was no damage to my tire and no charge for the service! I still offered to pay for him for his time, but he still didn t charge me for the service. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and kindness!

I had a screw in my tire that was causing it to deflate. I called and the guys told me to come tight over. They plugged the tire for no charge added some air and I am on my way. I have bought tires from Monroe in the past always a fair reasonable price and great service.

Had my daughter's car in yesterday for service, they took it in right away. Brett was extremely nice and the mechanic Bill FaceTimed us at home to explain what was going on. Would recommend to anyone. We will be back.

Really great service with very friendly staff. I picked up a screw in my tire at work and they had it fixed in less than ten minutes after I arrived. Absolutely recommend this crew to anyone in need of service.

I recently broke down and had to pull over, the only turn I could make was into Monro Auto Service. Josh was nice enough to come outside and ask if we were okay and without hesitation offered to take a look at my car. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful for Josh's help! Thank you!

Brett, Cj and Bill are seriously the people to see. Took my car for an alignment, they got me in right away, got it done super fast. All of them are very kind, honest people. Won't be taking my car anywhere else anytime soon. Brett is definitely a manager that cares about his business and as far as cj and bill it shows that they know what they're doing and they're honest about it. 10/10 would recommend !

My Subaru needed a muffler install and the tech noticed that a spark plug shot though the cylinder Wall.The staff was very helpful and professional I highly recommend stopping at Monroe.

Got my tire replaced in no time at all and very reasonable price. Both guys I talked to were very kind, patient, and didn't mind explaining things to me. Glad I decided to give them a shot!

I had an appointment to get an alignment done. I got there early and no one was there. I could hear someone in the bathroom because his email kept dinging. He came out, didn't even bother to say hello until I did. Said he couldn't do my alignment because no one showed up. When I asked why he couldn't call and tell, he was very rude. Will not use this location again.

Went to get a muffler put on my car that was split, asked for estimate 400 dollars. Bought muffler for 55 dollars called back wanted 150 to put on and weld told them not to weld still wanted 150 offered 50 to take off to clamps put the new one on they told me no sorry sir ,went home took me 40 minutes to do in the street with no issues.Just to let everyone know I'm 62 had 2 mini strokes and a heart attack, that's how they treat seniors today .Thank you guys ,at Monroe muffler on RT30 in Irwin..Paul

The new management and staff are great. Took my fiance's car in to get the window fixed due to issues with the previous management. The new guy fixed it for free and was super nice about it. Took my car to get air in my tires and he was super quick and friendly. Glad to see this place is on the up and up. :)

The guy was friendly, took me out of my scheduled time because the car registration sheet was not satisfied, he wanted to see the tear-off part of it only and I did not have it. Also, the price I paid, the title number, and the date were shown on the sheet I brought. 19,500 miles car, no parts were changed/replaced/installed but I was charged $15.03 for SHOP SUPPLY FEE. . I give 5 stars because the guy was nice and patient, anything else was just the rules of the company I guess. 1 month old tires were rotated with no need. Inspection, oil, oil filter, waste oil disposal ($2.90) - all together cost me $175.

I took my car to them during Easter weekend to get it inspected but my insurance card had expired and with it being a holiday weekend I was unable to get a new card until Monday. Not only did Monroe squeeze me in on Monday they had my car done earlier than expected. We have been going to this garage for over a decade and they have always provided excellent service and great prices. They have even dropped me off at my work when i have had to drop my car off in the morning. Thank you so much Monroe for your continued excellence! I will never take my car anywhere else!!
