Will was a fantastic mobile mechanic! Gave me a very reasonable and thorough estimate for the work I needed done, and was very quick to schedule an appointment. When weather got in the way of our original appointment, Will was there early the very next day and was extremely communicative with me the whole time. I'm super impressed with how quickly they got the work done and even more impressed with how reasonable their rates are for these types of work! One other note - I was having an oil leak fixed, and there is hardly a drop of oil where they were working, so I know they kept things very clean and tidy. Great service and a great price - I would definitely hire Will and the MoKanex team again for any vehicle needs.

I spoke with Will on the phone about the issues my car was having and the steps I'd already taken to address the issues. He was able to give me an accurate, simple diagnosis just from chatting (unlike the other mobile mechanics in the area with whom I'd spoken), which gave me the confidence I needed to order the required part. It ended up being a very simple job (bad starter motor) so I handled it myself to save money. I offered to send him $50 just because the consultation was so helpful. He appreciated this but would not accept my offer and said he was happy to help.If you need a mobile mechanic in Pittsburgh, this is the guy you should be calling. Cannot thank him enough!

Will and his team are great. Had major issues with my Jeep. No other places could fix it for weeks and it was days before Christmas. The car was broken down and Will & team were able to meet me, locate a part and then fix in the next day. They are very diligent and know what they're doing. Would highly recommend. Honest, trustworthy and diligent mechanics. There are no services like this in Pittsburgh.

Will at "Mo-kanex" is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. I had a very positive experience having him help me on several repairs to my landscaping work trucks.I found the mobile aspect of his business very valuable as I lost very little down time with my work trucks. He responded quickly to me and was able to come to me for the repairs. MoKanex is a fantastic mobile mechanic. My car's power steering fluid completely leaked due to a rusted pipe. Will arrived within 15 minutes of calling. He was friendly, efficient, and transparent through the entire process. Will had my car fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend MoKanex!

Cannot say enough about what Mokanex was able to do for me. Friday morning my car wouldn't start, Friday night I leave a quota, Saturday morning he gives me a call and within an hour I have a diagnosis of my cars issue, a new battery, and a running car again.Will was kind, understanding, and efficient in his work. No wasted time or extra fees necessary to fix the issue and he was willing to answer every question completely! Within 20 minutes of calling he was checking my car, and within another half hour it was completely fixed. Will was excellent and I recommend Mokanex to everyone for any issue!

We had a car stuck in our driveway with a very dead battery and tried replacing it ourselves. It ended up being more complicated than we thought so after getting extremely frustrated, I found this mobile mechanic online! They were a lifesaver! Extremely responsive and professional and up front with their prices, which were very reasonable. The mechanic arrived at our home when promised and replaced the battery within minutes and started the car to make sure it worked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! WHAT A GREAT SERVICE. This is hands down the best and most convenient mechanic I have ever had to deal with. Very quick responses and and super knowledgeable around a automobile. Just found out about this bisz 2.5 weeks ago and I have already used him 4 times and next week I will have him do my stereo system and broken door handle repair. He replaced my starter brakes brake line and my rear shocks in springs. I had some estimates from some other mechanics with garages if I added up all my estimates from the other mechanics it would have costed me approximately 600 plus more dollars.. Hands down I won't be using anyone else for now on. Prices are better in most cases than a garage and he picks em up for you on the way to wherever your car is going to be fixed he comes to my house and my job depending on where I'm at.LEGIT!!! STRAIGHT FORWARD!!!and DAM QUICK I must say!!I recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs or wants car ,truck or SUV work done without spending an arm and a leg and wondering if the job is getting done right. All I can say is call his number and you'll see what I'm talking about you won't regret it That's for sure.... I want to personally recognize Will an excellent problem solver. He worked in tandem with me throughout the whole process. Our car battery died during low temps on Xmas. The next day we called AAA and they said they were unable to jump it because it was frozen and they also didn t have any batteries with them to replace it (kind of frustrating since that s a service they re well known for). We found Mokanex online. Will returned our call right away & provided a very reasonable estimate. Our technician, Steve, was there within an hour. He was very friendly & got the job done quickly. This review is about our experience with Will. He did an amazing job, giving us the most affordable quote out of the three that we solicited from local businesses. His availability was great as he was able to come out the next day as requested. He was professional and used great communication. The job was done extremely well which takes a lot of stress off of our mind especially when we are driving our kids around in our vehicle. At no point did we feel like we were being scammed or over priced. He was extremely reasonable and down-to-earth the entire time. Contacted them after discovering my car s battery had completely failed and they were able to come by the next morning and replace it. Service was very efficient, convenient, and timely! I was stuck with my son on a Fri night in Pittsburgh six hours from home due to car/engine trouble. My options were limited, I contacted Will at Mokanex same night and he promised to run a diagnostic first thing Sat morning. Showed up as promised diagnosed the issue, spent all day Saturday making the necessary repairs/replacement parts in the hotel parking lot to have us back on the road heading home again. Will explained the issues with my exhaust system then showed me the problem parts. Highly recommend, trustworthy and fair priced considering the circumstances. Same day service, diagnosed problem, ordered and picked up parts, made repairs/install. Will was to replace the alternator. Car broke down right after he left and battery was drained. I took car to another shop and said wires are cut and no plug is plugged into the alternator. Worst mechanic I ever dealt with. Will didn't even check the alternator when done because he knew he severed the plug and the wires. I have to take this to Court.

I used the mobile mechanic, they were kind ,courteous, on time and got the job done. It was very cold the day they came but they worked in the frigid temperatures to get my car back up and running. Had an appt scheduled for over a week, and nobody showed up for it. I called to follow up and was told they didnt have a mechanic who cld accommodate my appointment. There shouldve been better communication.

I have a 1992 Dodge Roadtrek that is 19 long, so finding a garage that can hold my van is really hard here in the city. The van wouldn t start, but with Will s sheer determination and trouble shooting skills he got it started again. The fix ended up being something only a true mechanic would find, not one of those places that only goes by what their computer says.
