Dustin P. at Jim Shorkey's in North Huntingdon went above and beyond. It was late in the evening and he still had the "Help you" drive of the morning! Great deal, awesome service and a happy customer! (Ian, Chris, and gentleman that provided the Luxcare this evening all were very helpful assisting Dustin in the business transaction/experience!)

Honestly this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had not only was I racially profiled they used very manipulative tactics to make me uncomfortable during the car buying process along with telling me a lot of misinformation and wasting my time I would recommend buying from any other dealership they seem to mis the point of working at a dealership which is to sell cars you are better of going to a dealership more focused on getting their customers into cars instead to profiling their customers it was as if they felt a sense of entitlement and should be the ones who personally decide what cars someone can and cannot drive based upon their own personal preferences

Austin was fantastic! He was very laid back and professional. My husband and I felt he was always putting the customer first. Mike Opel was fantastic as well. He is the reason we came in to repurchase a Mitsubishi. Great people, great experience! I will recommend my family and friends go to Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi!

Danielle did an amazing job taking care of me with my financial situation. She did everything in her power to make the deal work for me and spent 8 hours with me trying to figure something out. I am very pleased with my experience and how well she worked with me. You can tell she wanted to help me out and not just get a paycheck. She was super energetic and excited to help me out. 100/10 would recommend her!

We had a very positive experience purchasing our previously owned vehicle this month. We were communicating by text with Brandon, but he had a prior commitment and was unable to meet us at dealership, so he assigned salesman, Dan Gruber, to meet us. Dan was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our car buying experience was a pleasant one. We love our car and will definitely return when another car is needed.

Our Sales Consultant Maddy was awesome!! We just came to see what we would need in order to get approved for a loan because we were in need of a more dependable vehicle ASAP and we both had poor credit. Next thing we knew we were approved for a loan within our budget and the vehicle was getting ready for delivery. She went beyond to make sure we were very comfortable while we was there especially with 2 small kids. She also answered any questions we had throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back and recommend her to anyone. Jim Shorkey has a new customer for LIFE!!

Dustin Peters is the man!! By far my best experience with a salesman. His outstanding personality and great understanding of cars helped me decide which vehicle I will be pursuing in the near future. I definitely will be recommending him to others as I feel comfortable with my next car purchase going through this man! This visit for me was outstanding. We are very pleased with our experience at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi in North Hills. Steven, our salesman was very easy to work with. He was patient with all of our questions, and was very helpful and personable. Instead of feeling pushed to buy a car, we felt supported during the process.John worked with us in the financing; helping us in finding the best interest rate for the loan. This took several phone conversations for which we are grateful. Great car buying experience!

I would like to recognize Maddie as an amazing sales person. I was extremely emotional, my credit was terrible, my car was junk, I had no down deposit. She showed me options and even when I became emotional she was extremely empathetic. She went above and beyond and did her best to get me an affordable option so I had a car ASAP. I felt like I made a new friend, she made sure I made it home safely. She even called me a few times to see how much I like the car and if I had any questions. Also, the finance people I met with, a new male staff member with a cool tattoo and a beautiful woman with dark hair and big glasses, were amazing. It was the first time I ever was sat down and explained every piece of paper I signed. Everyone was patient, compassionate, and personable. It was the first time I have ever car shopped and felt actually respect and valued. I cannot wait until my credit is better and I make more money so I can get an outlander!

This young man Dustin Peters was an outstanding salesman. His smile and kindness is going to keep me as a customer and I will be recommending him to others. He has a way of being congenial and fast. This visit for me was remarkable. I haven t bought a car just yet but you can believe that he is the only person I will buy a car from till the day I die. Dustin was our salesman. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the technology and how they make the vehicle safer and comfortable. He was very easy to converse with while waiting and very pleasant during the test drive. We would absolutely recommend buying at Shorkey Mitsubishi!

Danielle McMichael was great! She wasn t pushy, listened to exactly what I wanted and was consistently in contact with me (with out being annoying or overbearing). Even the finance agent was friendly and easy to work with. This is my second vehicle from Shorkey and I have been very pleased both times. I noticed a few flaws when I picked this one up and the Manager was very accommodating and set up an appointment to fix the issues. I can say with confidence that my next car will be from Shorkey also and if Danielle is still there I ll be calling her directly.

I want to give the biggest shout out to Danielle McMichael. My husband and i went in kinda having an idea about what we was lookingfor, as soon as wet met her she was the sweetest person ever, right away offered to help us. We told her every thing we was kinda looking for in a vehicle and she worked so hard to make sure she found us the perfect vehicle for our family of 4. I cannot say how much I appreciate everything she did for our family!! Definitely a 10/10 working with Danielle and this location!!!

I had the best time purchasing a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with Danielle McMichael. She was so friendly and helpful. Very personable and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend utilizing her for your next purchase!!!Also a thank you to Shane Steffenino in assisting in making sure everything on the mechanical side was perfect!Would recommend this team of individuals to anyone.

I am extremely happy with the service and experience that Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi provided me when buying my new car. When I first walk in I was greeted by Mark Lehr who ended up selling me my car. Mark was incredible polite, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to. I am a few weeks out from buying my car and he continues to check in on me and the car and has helped me with any questions I ve had. I would highly recommend Jim Shorkey to anyone looking for a car and I would tell them to make sure they ask for Mark!

I have within the last two years bought two cars from Jim Shorkey dealerships and been very satisfied with not only their service but their professional courtesy. However I recently helped my Son purchase a car from Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi, a dealership I had not previously Dealt with. He bought a 2010 Chevy Malibu with low mileage which was very encouraging. He drove the car for about a week and the dashboard went out. He took it back to them and they agreed to fix it. He got it back and it still did not work right and the car didn t seem to be driving right. At this point he s owned the car for just under three weeks but has only driven it for about a week. He took it back to them and they told him they had used a used part which apparently didn t work so they had to order a new one which they would replace. They told him to drive it until then and they would let him know when the new part was in. He had not driven it long when the whole car died and would not drive. He towed it back to them on his own expense and they said that the transmission was bad. They would fix it for him but he would have to pay for it. The best they could do was offer him an employee discount so they estimated about $2500. He bought a car in good faith from them drove it for maybe at best 10 days and the transmission went. The car had less than 70,000 miles on it and they re saying they are not responsible for the transmission. This is at best shady used car dealership action and I am totally blown away that a reputable company like Jim Shorkey would treat one of their customers like this. They should be responsible for what they sell. Do not buy a used car from this dealership unless it comes with an outstanding warranty. They don t back up what they sell.

Austin Wells did a fantastic job. He had the vehicles ready for when my husband and I got to the dealership. He worked with our budget. We were successfully put into a vehicle that would help make our growing family comfortable. Throughout the few hours we were there Austin did a great job. He made conversation easy and relatable. I work in the customer service industry. I manage a large hair salon. From the moment I walked into the dealership to my husband and I leaving! We felt comfortable. The greeter at the desk I was unable to get her name! She was fantastic! She was relatable! She had a smile and witty sense of humor! The few sales man in the dealership was friendly and welcoming. The greeter showed us to the refreshments and got us some cold sodas. The finance manager was very easy to understand. He worked very hard to get us into a family vehicle! The sales manager was friendly and helpful. Let us not forget about the detailing team. You guys rock!! In the customer service industry it take one hiccup to make an impression on an experience! This team made every step of the experience the BEST part of buying a new car! We will definitely be back to the Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon Location! I would love for all of these individuals to be recognized for their hardwork. The Philburn s will be back! You have earned my business!

Highly recommend Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi! My wife and I had a couple bad experiences at other dealerships recently and didn t even want to come in and look at anything but Danielle (our sales rep) was persistent that we come in and just explore all options. We traded in our 2018 Jeep Renegade and got $3k more for our trade then the other dealerships offered. When things weren t looking great Danielle told us not to give up and she was right. She got us the right deal and we left with a brand new 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross.Thank you to Danielle and the whole Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi staff.

I must say Dustin Peters was true pleasure to work with. He was extremely attentive and maintained contact during this month long process all without being overbearing or pushy. He made sure we remained connected and up to date with one another so to get me in the exact vehicle I desired. Throughout this month I shopped vehicles through other dealerships and even found one but because of the experience I could not (nor did my son want me) do business with them. My son was determined that my business stay with Mitsubushi simply due to Dustin's salesmanship compared to the competitors. I am overjoyed with my vehicle and my overall experience with all staff members at Mitsubishi. I will most certainly refer people to Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi North Huntingdon/Dustin Peters

Noah King was my salesman and he did an incredible job of finding me exactly what I wanted. He made the process extremely easy and just an overall positive experience.I also went back the next day to finish up some final details and Maddy took care of me and showed me some features on the vehicle. She was very friendly as well.

My daughter bought a vehicle from Jim Shorkey a few months ago and highly encouraged me to give them a try. I wanted a used Outlander, so Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi was my first and last stop! They were so easy to to work with and very accommodating. Their follow-up was spot on. They offered a great deal and it was nice to do business with someone who didn't try to nickle and dime me. I'm thrilled to now be a part of the Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi family!

When I first decided to buy a car.. I had never bought one brand new...I was contacted and helped by Dustin and Maverick. My credit is fair but not high, and I wasnt very confident about getting approved with little money I had saved down. My car I already had was an expensive gas hog that kept costing thousands to fix ans I was sorry tired of it. I ended up with a good deal and drove the cat off the lot worth the amount I had to put down plus a good discount included. Now, I own my very first off the lot brand new car... They made it happen for me as a team from Dustin to sitting with maverick to the supervisor to Jessica in finance... I'm sorry pressed and when I'm ready to get another car in the fire I will be dealing with them. I will reconvene to all of my friends.

Couldn t be happier. Myron Ramirez was amazing! He was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help me get the car (2020 Subaru WRX STI) that I wanted. He never was pushy, was very patient and was more than helpful. Car had a minor issue (tire pressure light won t go out) and he had the service manager call me that day to have the issue corrected. The service manager was friendly and more than happy to take care of the issue. Was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. Everyone I talked to at the dealership was friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Myron to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will definitely be back the next time I m in the market for a new vehicle!!

I just got a Mitsubishi Outlander SEL touring from Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi. Not only do I LOVE my new vehicle but the customer service was outstanding. Reggie Little was my salesman and I wouldn t go to any other! The rest of the team was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. All of my questions were answered and I can honestly say I GOT AN AMAZING DEAL! I have bought all of my vehicles from Shorkeys and have always been extremely satisfied.

I recently traded in my car for a newer one. Mark Lehr was the one sales employee that guided me through the whole process. Overall I had a wonderful experience and Mark had made the process go so smoothly. He was straight to the point with what I was Interested in the specific vehicle. He always made sure I was happy and if I had any additional questions or concerns. The man even asked if I wanted water or coffee because he cares about the person on the other side of the desk. Best dealership I ve encountered in a long time, one Salesman really stood out to me his name is Dustin Peters! , this young man provides incredible service. We had an incredible experience buying our Outlander last week. When another local dealer fell short on their customer service we called Austin from their parking lot and drove the extra 15 miles to visit his location. Best decision ever!
