Hung up on me...sounded like he was looking for an excuse not to help me with every question about the repair, from the location ("I can't go to coordinates") to the payment (when I said I can pay by credit card: "Oh, that's a big problem"). In the middle of saying it didn't sound like he wanted to help me he hung up on me.JB Truck Repair should be removed from NTTS board.

WARNING - I wished I would have read the reviews before calling this guy. I did call for air leak on my truck and he came after one hour. Then he played around just to imitate that he is doing something and charged me over $650 for doing nothing. He does good by taking the pictures of you, the truck and the credit cards only. If you want a picture of you and your truck go for this guy otherwise NO!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I call this company because under there NTTS site it says "we Go out when others won't " this is a joke and not true . It also says "no job to big or to small " this is another joke . I call them they try to high ball and make excuse not to come out . I hope you don't ever have to call this company. . I recommend Lander enterprises that made no excuses and told me when he would be out and very friendly .

Absolutely the worse. Doesn't take card over the phone doesn't offer any other kind of payment other than cash! its 2021 time to up grade. personally don't waste your time. also has a very bad attitude !

THIS COMPANY WILL SEND AN INCOMPETENT SO CALLED MECHANIC ON A ROAD CALL. THEY WILL LOOK AT THE SITUATION FOR 2 HRS AND THEN CHARGE US FOR A REPAIR THAT THEY COULD NOT OR WILL NOT FIX. DURING THIS TIME THEY WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THE JOB SEVERAL TIMES AND THREATEN TO TOW THE TRUCK AND INVOLVE THE POLICE. 2/28/18. WE HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE REPAIRS. THEY DISCOVERED IN 5 MIN. HERE JB TRUCK REPAIR BROKE THE CLIPS OFF THE COOLANT LINES. THE OTHER COMPANY HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP TO FREIGHTLINER COSTING US $290.00 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS. THE TRUCK IS NOW REPAIRED CORRECTLY AND I CALL ED JB TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. THE OWNER CALLED ME SEVERAL NAMES AND HUNG UP ON ME. USE CAUTION WHEN USING JC TRUCK REPAIR.
