Fair and honest...spent a little extra time showing me the old tire and explained how it was impacting my fianc�'s driving: I try to do the same thing at my work (spend the extra bit of time showing client what's wrong before I fix it...shows you're genuine and builds customer loyalty in my opinion.Will definitely be back when my own car needs something.

Got my vehicle in quickly, everyone was helpful and pleasant. Owner gets kudos for his honesty and integrity. He just saved me about $400 by finding a recall on my vehicle, that can be fixed at a dealership for free. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but instead he earned a new lifelong customer, and I will spread the word to others as well. I will never go anywhere else!

My go to mechanic! Very thorough! First mechanic I have been to that doesnt talk down to me in a condescending manner! Quiet the opposite here. Only complaint is wish they had more parking and a better parking lot. Very uneven pavement.
