We noticed uneven wear on a front RV tire while on a journey. So we called ahead and they could get us in immediately. We pulled in less than an hour later and they put 2 new Goodyears in the front. We departed and had major shaking amd tge alignment felt way off. We went back to a heavy duty alignment center next door to Goodyear who graciously took a look. They immediately noticed the tires were not balanced. Goodyear had used Equal to balance, whoch the shop said is useless. They took the tires off, c9nfirmed the use of equal and balanced them the proper way, by spinning, something Goodyear should have done. Sadly, this cost us several hours of worry and delayed our trip. I would NOT recommend Goodyear Commercial Tire in Irwin.

We were stranded on the Turnpike with a steer tire failed sidewall for hours calling every tire shop we could find on google only to be turned down again and again. Finally we found out about Goodyear 24hr service and got a tech out to change our tire. These were the only people willing to get us back on the road (we called over 10 shops and our roadside assistance failed to find anyone too). The tech was professional and courteous. I will definitely keep the Goodyear 24hr number on me from now on.

My driver got stuck in a snowstorm and had a steer tire blowout on the Turnpike basically in the middle of nowhere. I could have very well have been in Egypt. I searched all around and there was only one shop in the area that had 24 hr service that I really didn't care for at all. I happened to run into this Goodyear Commercial Tire shop on Google and called the number and got an overnight dispatch agent by the name of Sarah. She spent about 30 min on the phone with me and tried everything she could to help BUT the Goodyear shops did not have a RIM for my Steer tire issue. The key piece here is that she recommended for me to go to a local shop in Somerset who she said would have the RIM in stock and to call in the morning. All I can say is this experience was fantastic with Sarah because her recommendation on this shop was "On Point". The shop had the RIM, had the Tire and got it installed at a much more reasonable price than that "Other shop" in town. Without Sarah, I would have been up the creek without a paddle. Fantastic Customer Service by her for Goodyear! Thank you Sarah for your dedication and help!

Great place to work and have service done on your commercial vehicles. Joe, Mark, and Rob are great guys Dan and Walt are good managers. A great group of guys I'll go to bat for any of these guys.

Gotten 2 stear tires changed in under 2 minutes on my rig, Very pleased with the service that I had done today.

Brittany was very rude, and took to many smoke breaks while I was still waiting on her to ring me up. I will never come back here again and hope Brittany gets fired, also she was very racial.
