Very happy with the service I received here. Steve G. The manager went above and beyond to assure a great experience. Brandon was the sales who showed me the truck and Steve worked out the numbers. Love the truck! I'd definitely buy here again in the future. Get constant compliments on this truck when I'm out.

I purchased a 2016 jeep wrangler rubicon from Mike and Steve here. They were extremely helpful and answered all my question fully and completely. I had zero issues going through the process and considering I came from out of state for this vehicle there were a few minor dings. They assisted me in getting it all worked out and got me a great deal that met expectations. If I lived in this area I would 100% recommend them to people who were looking for a vehicle.

I picked up this sweet truck at aunt pennys powered by Kenny Ross. My salesman Nick at Aunt Penny s was top notch and was able to show me everything the truck included. Big thank you to CJ in finance at Kenny Ross as well, for being easy to work with and for making sure I got the best deal! If you re looking to get into a new vehicle, I would highly recommend these professionals.

This was definitely the most enjoyable truck buying experience I have ever had! Steve Wine and Steve G both made our purchase simple and fun! They treated us like royalty from the moment we walked in the door until the second we drove off the lot! I would recommend Aunt Penny s Tough Trucks to anyone looking for a well built lifted truck! They sold us a quality product with low miles and a killer warranty to come with it! Don t shop anywhere else!

I was in the market for a Ford Explorer.I had purchased a teardrop camper (T@G)and needed a tow vehicle.I had received an email from Kenny Ross South.There was a 2014 Explorer for sale at Aunt Penny's.When I arrived, I found the Explorer that I was looking for. I bought my 2018 GMC 2500 Denali from Al. Best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. Answered any and all questions I had, worked with me and hooked me up with the best deal possible, better than other dealerships. Will for sure buy future vehicles from him.

My sales girl Brigit Snyder was awesome. Answered all my questions. They over exceeded my expectations. Steve Gregio sales manager got me out of a situation with my current loan and got me bought. Tony Brooks was my finance manager. He explained all the paperwork carefully! Definitely recommend these guys! They took my problems! I am very impressed!

When you go to this dealership excited about a car you saw online, be ready for a surprise. The price you see isn t the full story. They ve added a $2,000 accessory package to every car, which they don t tell you about until you re there. It feels like a bait-and-switch.They decide who they think they can push this on. I drove an hour, only to find out the deal wasn t what it seemed. I talked to a manager, Andrew, who admitted this is just how they do business. They say the package isn t required, but they ll do their best to make you think it is.It s a disappointing way to treat customers. They re playing games to squeeze out extra money, hoping you won t notice or care. Don t let them trick you like they tried with me. Be aware, ask questions, and don t let them pressure you into paying for something you don t need.

We dealt with Bridgit first and she was our sales person. She made herself available by phone and in person to be convenient for our schedule. She was a very friendly person and sharp appearance.Steve was our sales manager and spontaneously returned a personal call between us and Bridget to satisfy us.Jim was the finance officer and appeared to be very honest and knowledgeable.No one pressured us but we wouldn t of purchased a car without a fair price.

Brigit Snyder and Steve Gregio were absolutely fantastic!! Totally professional and they gave us different options based on what we could afford! I expected pushy salespeople, but instead felt like I was met by friends who wanted to help us get into a car we wanted! I would recommend these two to anyone looking for an affordable vehicle! Brigit Snyder was an amazing sales consultant from the get go. She took care of all of my questions and concerns. Steve Gregio, the sales manager, was able to get me a fantastic deal on the truck I wanted. He was able to get my payment to where it needed to be and did it with a smile. Dan Fay the finance manager was awesome! He explained to me in detail what was all in my payment and explained the warranty information in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend Tough Trucks to anyone who is looking for a great deal for the truck of your dreams.

Great experience with Matt and Raeann. Purchased a used but extremely clean F150 to get us into the RV camper world.The pre-sale inspection they complete is very thorough, and they repaired several parts of this higher mileage truck before it was even advertised for sale. (all documentation provided)

STAY AWAY!! Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. Bridgit was nice but really didn t seem like she knew what was going on. Steve was rude and very pushy. He loves to talk fast and in circles. My situation got so bad that the manager from Mazda, Keri, had to step in to clean up the mess that Steve had made. I was there for over three hours the first day, signed all the paper work but yet won t get my jeep until three days later, possibly. If I could give it zero stars I really would. edit to answer the comment below - I was pretty much forced with bridgit over my shoulder to write a review. it has to be 5 stars and mention Steve and my name

Brigit Snyder and Steve Gregio - They were extremely helpful and friendly. I had the best experience today. I absolutely suggest everyone to visit their branch and find the best car they dream. I also really liked the finance manager, Dan Fay. He had the key role for all paperwork and transition today. Definitely, 5 stars for all service.

The experience my husband and I had at aunt Penny's tough trucks was really awesome. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient and his manager ,Steve, really took his time to make sure we were completely comfortable with every step of the process, but ,maybe more importantly, he took his time to find us our very best deal. They were the best and I'd tell anyone to go see them FIRST.
