I brought my battery to recharge here. The woman who helped me said the battery was damaged without testing it first. We checked it with the tester and the battery was good. When I returned to pick up the battery the battery was damaged. I have been a customer here for 6 years and a professional mechanic for 30 years. The woman who helped me thought I was just another fool to scam. They lost a client and I will report this to the corporation.

This Advance Auto Parts Store had the items ready to pickup that I ordered on-line very fast and was ready to go when I got there. Very Courteous and Friendly Associate working the counter. Will be back for my automotive needs! Great Store and competitive prices if not better prices than most if not all of the Local Auto Parts Store in Irwin! Highly Recommend this store!

Ken is an amazing person. My wife's car battery died, and right before closing he offered to stay late to help us change her battery. 5 stars isn't enough, thank you so much for your help.

Bought a battery and relying on getting it installed. Jim checked my online order to tell me my 25% discount doesn't apply.. He said" read fine print." I did.it doesn't say anything about batteries.only 10% off Diehard. He said to complain to corporate. I bought it anyways. He came out to look at terminals and was hesitant about changing.. I had them off 2 days prior. He took them off with 10mm socket. Went to hold down and jiggled it.went for a different socket.jiggled it and said it's rusted can't do it. I took battery home and used a 10 mm 5inch long wrench and changed it myself.LAZY. Had attitude from start that it wasn't getting changed..WILL NEVER SHOP AT ADVANCE AUTO AGAIN.This was the manager named. Jim.

Went here to get a new battery. They were super helpful and knowledgable. John put it in for me, then later found out it didn't work because my car has some other issue (not battery) so they let me return it. He even did some diagnostics on my old battery. Just above and beyond great customer service. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Fantastic service. Brought my truck here for a battery. When they went to remove the old battery, we found out that my old battery had been leaking, and all the fasteners were corroded by the acid. They had to put a lot of time and effort into getting the old one out, On top of that, it was a rainy, miserable November evening... They did finally get me back on the road, thanks for the extra effort!

I ve been here at least 4 times since moving to Irwin in October 2018, and every employee has been courteous, professional and helpful. Can t ask for much more than that. Highly recommend.

Had what I needed, helped me find it and gave me the market rate for it. Didn't try to upsell me or any of that. They seemed to know what they were talking about, I find myself coming here more often than I want to but it's always a quick exchange, and my questions answered.

Just stopped in for car wash and odds and ends. Idk if it was a slow time but there was 1 other customer in store but 4 employees. Quick easy and had what we needed

Donna, Malcolm, Dylan, and EVERYONE at this Advance Auto are the best. Tell them what you need and they have it! If you have your VIN, they will get the right parts for you at the soonest possible time, if they don't have it in the shop. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING, AND AWESOME TO WORK WITH!

Friendly and informative staff, willing to change wiper blades for you in rain, sleet, hail, or snow. Clean and organized store and usually has more specialty parts than other Advance locations in my experience.

Omg what can I say... our Lexus with over 300,000 miles on it broke down on the way home to nj. (6 hours away) Logan and his staff went above and beyond to get us the part and tools to get the job done. Car is up and running and we are on our way home. Advance auto should be proud of these employees. Thank you again for everything you guys did to get us on our way home..

I'm by no means a mechanic but I get batteries, plugs, wires, brakes, oil and computer readings off of them and whatever else comes up. They always have someone I can bounce ideas and questions off of and there always seems to be a sale or discount running.
