Racist employees. Felt very uncomfortable a couple times. Loss prevention guy seems to only follow people of color and lady (didn t get her name) was watching so hard as me and family looked at 2$ clearance clothes as if we were about to steal $2 clothes. This is unacceptable

Yo shout out to our boy! Absolutely hilarious and had a great vibe.After this photo i ended up having trouble with the card reader, and on my way to get another cart I mentioned that. This poor man who is on door duty, walked the whole way to register 7 to make sure we were receiving help!Walmart Indiana Pa

Horrible experience in your Service Center. I tried to do a return from Walmart Marketplace. I followed the instructions online, and had a bar code. I was trying to explain what I did, and the very rude Walmart employee, told me I needed to stop talking so they could tell me what I needed to do. I told him he was rude (A TEAM LEAD). He told me to cancel the return request and it would prompt for me to print out a return label. Well, there was not option to cancel the request online. Good news, I did a Chat and a very nice man named Mohammud (not sure about the spelling) was able to get my refund. I appreciated his kindness.

Love Walmart and a caring place to shop. I don't use self checkout because I love talking to checkout persons and customer service desk and pharmacy great too. Just a people-oriented store from the time you walk in until you walk out.

Dex, Nikhal, and Kartick were all amazing associates. Hopefully, I didn't butcher any of their names trying to spell them. Very helpful, very joyous. Sky was wonderful as well the other day when I was there. More money to all of them. They are doing a fantastic job.

It's my go-to because it's less expensive. However, they should not have a $35 minimum order for pick up and delivery. Some people need small things and can't afford to pay $35 for something small.

Shopping paradise. You name it, you have it here. Grocery, sports, toys, clothes, house hold stuff, bakery, fruits, dairy products- just everything. Ample parking space. Public transport available. Good pick up service. Friendly staff. Self service billing. Simple and wonderful.

I went looking for Holiday Barbie, imagine my surprise, no doll in the store, only online. Ruined my holiday for sure. It was sad anyway, lost my husband in February, but made me happy thinking I could give my friend a surprise gift. What is happening with Walmart? No everyone shops online.

I mean it's Walmart. They are most the time out of everything. The people who are doing the shoppers for the pickup orders are robots. They're ignorant. They block the road. They don't say excuse me. They hit you with their cart. They're just drones doing the job. Actually a robot would probably be nicer. If there's any chance that I could drive to ebensburg I would do that because they have everything. The people are much nicer and it's just a better trip

They had great clearance prices on items we were looking for. It was a great location for where we were staying. People were very friendly.

It's Walmart. My complaint is the employees do not seem to care if customers are in the stores or not. Merchandise blocked by unattended boxes. Employees basically reach around you and almost knock you over getting the curbside orders ready.Advice: do curbside or even better, don't go at all.

Indiana PA Wal Mart is the worst Wal Mart I have ever been to. Nobody is ever around to help you and customer service doesn't do there job. Don't even bother calling the store because nobody answers the phone EVER. A one star rating isn't even what they should get! It should be negative 1.

I dropped my car off at 8am to get an oil change and tire rotation. I work close, so I told them no hurry as I work till 4 anyway. I show back up at 430 just to find out they did not do the oil changed. Apparently they did not have my oil filter, but did advise me I can go get one and buy it and they would put it on. This is after the car is been there all day and not a single person called or alerted me till I went to pay for it. Horrible service, but at least they did my tire change ..

Went right in to the pharmacy, prescription was not ready. Went and picked up a few things, you have people that act like they never had food. Went back to the pharmacy had to wait in line, got to be my turn told them the info, he had to go back and finish the prescription LOL. You just have to love Wal-Mart.

I was looking for baby boy pants & there wasn't many options. They carry tons of girls clothing but hardly anything for boys.

The new thing about Walmart today was the start of phasing in a new option that is called "Scan & Go". It is a very practical and time saver option. You pick a cart and get a scanning device. Once you get something off shelf, you scan it and bag it. So, you only pay on your way out and don't have to wait in a queue for a check out. I am looking forward to having this option completely implemented in all branches.

Like all Walmart's you can't beat the one stop shopping these Supercenters offer. Always a convenient place to pickup a variety of items ranging anywhere from sporting supplies, electronics, clothing, automotive, office and stationery supplies, health and beauty aids and a huge inventory of food products. See you at the Southpointe Walmart!

Earlier in the day I visited 2 previous walmarts whose online site said they had a specific dog food in stock. When I got there they had 0. I called Indiana walmart and spoke with a woman named Marilyn, she went above and beyond. She had checked in store stock system. Then when I asked if she could double check in isle for me, she did. I was very grateful because my dog is on special diet and I had to travel a great distance to buy the PURE BALANCED BRAND BISON AND BEEF rolled fresh dog food. I ran into Marilyn during my visit unexpectedly and thanked her personally. I think she should be recognized for her hard work and great customer service.

I work here so I can't say much about customer experience. But I can share associate experience so everyone can hear and know the truth. I would like to say that management is a lot more understanding than originally though. However, one thing to note is sometimes some managers may make you feel uncomfortable. If that is the case, don't be afraid to speak up. They aren't going to fire you for it. It's honestly really hard to get fired. Learn from my experience and you may enjoy working here. Probably. I give it a 5 star for it's ability to change and adapt to any complaints. And it's responsive. Remember to always speak out, don't be afraid.No, they aren't blackmailing me either for anyone who is paranoid. They also aren't bribing me as well. Lol

Beware of doing online orders, local delivery drivers are stealing deliveries!!I'd give this place a 0 if it was possible. Don't hire people from the woods to do your deliveries.

I have to say this Walmart located in Indiana, PA is one of the of best I have gone to. Always clean and they are adding more variety for people with diabetes or on a keto friendly diet.

I understand the employees need to do their job, stocking shelves, getting pick up orders but they make it almost impossible to shop in person. I rarely go there because kf that.

I have been hearing many people say that they will not go to Walmart or that they haven't been in many months. Personally, I find myself in Walmart about once a week. Not necessarily because I enjoy the experience, but because the sell meal works which I need to feed my toads. (LOL) In theory it should be a good place to shop since it has everything in one place. But the reality is that the store seems to be poorly laid out. When I am there, I seem to be going from one side to the other and back again to find things. On the positive side are the workers. They usually have a cheery disposition and are more than happy to help you. They will drop what they are doing and take you to find the item you can't find. They might not have a large selection of an item, but they usually have a large enough selection from which to choose.

It was a good experience, other than I do not like, nor do I agree with the self check out and bagging. Prices should be lower if I have to ring out myself and bag my items myself.

Ugh, no tap to pay...why, tho. They got all new registers but no tap to pay. Other than that, it's a typical boring lame Walmart. subway is sub-par

All Walmarts are terrible. If I wasn't in desperate need for something I wouldn't have gone into this store. 5 for variety and price 1 for literally every other aspect of shopping here. Just trying to navigate the parking lot is stressful. They have a big sign on the front door asking if you forgot your kid in the car. That is the kind of people this store caters to. They insist you use self check out then demand to check over your receipt before you leave. Either put a person on a register or trust me to do their job correctly for you. This is why I prefer to shop local.

I went in looking for specific things, and was able to find them. I had used the website beforehand to pin point what types of eco-friendly laundry detergent they had on-hand, so even though they didn't have my first choice, they had a decent option I was able to put my hands on immediately. When I asked for help loading my items into my car, though, I was told that there wasn't anyone like that. Or that maybe if I flagged down a person pushing carts they'd help me. That sounded pretty strange. And much less helpful than I'm used to.

The Automotive dept absolutely horrible to deal with. They now require you make an appointment for tires to be replaced and you are still waiting for your car to be finished 3 hours later. I started going elsewhere for tires and oil chages
